08/06/2026: We stayed at the Valle Rosa farmhouse in Spoleto this weekend (June 6-7, 2026) and had a truly excellent experience. The property is simply beautiful, surrounded by greenery and tranquility, ideal for a complete escape from the daily grind. The room was very spacious, well-maintained, and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing stay. The pool is a real highlight: large, well-maintained, and nestled in a truly pleasant natural setting. The restaurant also deserves a special mention: we ate wonderfully, with quality dishes and authentic flavors. Special thanks go to the impeccable welcome. Even though we only booked one night (Saturday to Sunday), we were given the option of keeping our room in the afternoon, allowing us to relax after lunch and enjoy the pool. A much-appreciated gesture that demonstrates great customer service. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, quality stay: my compliments to the entire staff!

07/06/2026: A magnificent spot, a farmhouse just outside the city of Spoleto, where I stayed for a few days and where nothing is missing: greenery, tranquility, organization. The rooms are housed in three buildings; large, modern, comfortable, with everything you need. All surrounded by a large green space. A beautiful swimming pool with dedicated spaces, a covered parking area with photovoltaic panels and electric charging for cars. Additional parking areas are dedicated to each building. There's a breakfast room and a restaurant, which I'll discuss later. If you have any problems, there's always a very kind and helpful gentleman on hand who can resolve the issue! EXCELLENT... in many years of my travels in Italy, I haven't found such a satisfying establishment!! Oh, I forgot... the price is a tad higher than a mediocre B&B that doesn't even have anything I've written! WHAT CAN I SAY: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

09/06/2026: We went to the village restaurant for dinner and it was a very pleasant experience. The place is wonderful and the dishes we ordered were very good. The staff was fast, attentive, and friendly during service. Recommended!

02/06/2026: Pest control needs to be largely improved!! Got at least ten bug bites during the stay. No screen on the window. No ventilation in bathroom so you have to open the windows. There is a large unmaintained lawn that most of the windows are facing, and lots of bugs are from there. Need to seriously do pets control… other than that Rooms are overall very nice. Common area is also nicely designed, but all the bugs make it hard to stay outside for even one or two hours.

25/01/2026: As they say, "a botta sicura" (a sure thing); the French fries are worth the trip, but don't underestimate the rest; even a simple appetizer of cold cuts shows a careful selection of the finest ingredients. Strangozzi are homemade, as are the desserts. A proper wine list is lacking.

04/05/2026: The best truffle restaurant I've ever eaten at! The best! The best!!! I come all the way from Rome just to have the experience of tasting it again! Excellent service! They preserve the two-thousand-year-old antique floor!!! Just come!!!

24/05/2026: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. The atmosphere wasn't so great - the room was brightly lit (fluorescent?). We almost passed the place up because of it, but we tried it out and are glad we did. You adjust to the lighting quickly. Other than the lighting, the setting was nice. I had risotto with taleggio and truffles. Delicious. My husband had carbonara, which he really enjoyed. The folks at the next table had the lamb with roasted potatoes, which looked wonderful. All in all, I would recommend trying it out.

17/05/2026: A fantastic restaurant where we enjoyed truffle risotto and truffle pasta on the terrace. A real treat! Dessert was an exquisite tiramisu and chocolate fondant. A beer and a bottle of sparkling water brought the total to 60 euros. The waiter was friendly. I highly recommend it.

11/02/2026: I come here every year to recharge my batteries in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, set in a unique natural setting. Good food, peace, and tranquility.

08/02/2026: Seven of us went for lunch, and the outcome exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was comfortable and well-heated: we were offered welcome appetizers of a cheesecake and potato flans. The dishes (including desserts) were authentic and well-prepared. The final price was excellent (coffee and cover charge included). The owner was helpful and extremely kind.

20/04/2026: What a welcome experience! Based on the menu prices, it seemed like a simple piazza cafe. When the food arrived, it over-delivered by a long shot. The ravioli and pork tenderloin dishes were well prepared, flavorful, and an amazing value for the price. Friendly, helpful service, and yes, the occasional smoker at a nearby outdoor table. Hey, it's Europe!

07/04/2026: A recharge of smiles and kindness after the night train! We arrived at Caffè degli Artisti at 9:00 in the morning, after a sleepless night on the train and the first few kilometers on foot from the station. We couldn't have made a better choice to begin our Camino de San Francesco! The staff is exceptionally kind: smiling, friendly, and incredibly helpful, they make you feel welcome right away. The place is immaculately kept, clean, and very welcoming. We had breakfast outside in Piazza del Mercato: a perfect cappuccino, a delicious brioche, and a slice of strawberry cake that gave us our lives back! 🍰☕️ If you're passing through Spoleto's historic center and are looking for quality and a feel-good atmosphere, come here. It's absolutely worth it, even after an uphill walk. Highly recommended! We'd go back in a heartbeat.

29/08/2025: Our go-to place during our holidays in Anzio, a vast assortment of pastries ranging from biscuits to fruit baskets, classic pastries, and delicious brioches with generous fillings and a variety of flavors. 😋 EXCELLENT COFFEE, thanks above all to the skill of the two guys in charge, and attentive and meticulous service... All under the supervision of the owner who welcomes you at the cash register. .. Congratulations, we'll definitely be back.

24/01/2026: I went for lunch with a group of 50 people. The waiters and the owner were very kind. They gave us seconds when we asked, even though we had the fixed price. The appetizers, fried food, and the first course were delicious, all plentiful. 😀
