03/05/2026: We went on May 1st. The place was very busy, and the service and kitchen were clearly struggling. Beyond that, on a holiday, it's understandable that lunch might take a little longer than usual (the barbecue arrived after 4 PM). I'm giving it one star because everything arrived in a baking dish, and I don't think the portions were respected...very meager, and the prices were ridiculous for what you get. The place is truly worth it, but as for the management, it's not up to par.

02/05/2026: May Day lunch, the restaurant was packed on both floors. A table for 10 people, including a pregnant woman, had biblical wait times, but that's understandable given the holiday. Reservations were made without a menu, and the wait was very confusing even though we'd requested it. Three appetizers for €24 each were truly paltry considering the price; the few slices of salami were transparent, despite how thin they were. Eight strangozzi with truffles arrived in a baking dish, resulting in a barely half portion for each. The pregnant woman was supposed to eat first, but instead waited the longest. For the main course, two portions of mixed grill plus a slice of meat for €120, or one hundred and twenty euros, which came to just one piece of meat each. We split the chops and sausages to get something on our plate. Standard desserts and house wine. Price €50 per person, we left at 5:30 pm hungry. It's a shame because the location is truly beautiful, and we've been regulars for a while. We won't be returning.

24/11/2025: I celebrated my 60th birthday here just yesterday and was very satisfied, as were all my relatives who came from outside Spoleto. The service was excellent, prompt and friendly, and the food was excellent, despite the fact that the group had several health issues and therefore required special attention and precautions. 01/03/2026: Excellent pizzeria, very clean and tidy, with a young, friendly, and highly trained staff. The pizzas are excellent, cooked very well, with generous toppings. The wood-fired oven gives them that extra flavor. The owner is very friendly and knows how to welcome customers. Congratulations.

07/05/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Silver Spuleti, in the heart of Spoleto's historic center, and the experience was truly excellent. Here, you can breathe and taste authentic Roman pinsa, crafted with great skill and in full respect of tradition. The ingredients are of the highest quality, and every item on the menu reflects attention, passion, and research. Special praise goes to the chef and the entire kitchen, who have succeeded in bringing an authentic slice of Roman life to the evocative setting of Spoleto. But what makes the experience even more enjoyable is the service: welcoming, friendly, personable, and always attentive to the customer. All this is framed by a refined, elegant, and very pleasant setting, perfect for an evening of good taste and conviviality. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

02/05/2026: The pinsa was very good, well-cooked, and tasty. Unfortunately, the overall experience wasn't a positive one. The place seemed poorly maintained: the floor was dirty, the pinsa was served on a slate rack that was too narrow (with crumbs and toppings easily spilling onto the tablecloth), and the temperature inside was uncomfortable, partly due to the front door often being left open or ajar. It's a shame, because the quality of the food deserves more careful management of the place and the comfort of the customers.

17/05/2026: An excellent pizza at the right price, excellent food, impeccable service

15/05/2026: We discovered this pizzeria by chance while wandering around on vacation (it was near a farmhouse that recommended it to us). Of all the pizzas I've ever tasted, as a pizza lover, it's definitely the best Roman one: fine, well-made, with unique flavors without being overpowering. It's a shame I don't live nearby to go there once a week.

09/06/2026: We went to the village restaurant for dinner and it was a very pleasant experience. The place is wonderful and the dishes we ordered were very good. The staff was fast, attentive, and friendly during service. Recommended!

02/06/2026: Pest control needs to be largely improved!! Got at least ten bug bites during the stay. No screen on the window. No ventilation in bathroom so you have to open the windows. There is a large unmaintained lawn that most of the windows are facing, and lots of bugs are from there. Need to seriously do pets control… other than that Rooms are overall very nice. Common area is also nicely designed, but all the bugs make it hard to stay outside for even one or two hours.

29/06/2026: A classic tourist trap. The menu features so many dishes that have nothing to do with Umbria (cotoletta alla milanese, tortellini alla bolognese...)...which immediately make it clear that this place doesn't serve authentic Umbrian cuisine. The quality/price ratio is absolutely inadequate. Paying €2.50 for the cover charge, then when it came time to get the bill, the waiter left the receipt on the table without even giving us a receipt or saying goodbye... Speechless. The strangozzi alla spoletina was flawless; the pasta was stuck together. The guinea fowl was good. I wouldn't go back.

30/05/2026: I stayed in the female dorm and had a nice experience! It was clean, the beds are firm so you don’t feel the other person move, there are spacious lockers for your bags for which they provide keys, the toilet in the room was also clean and spacious, it’s located in the town centre and check out is quite late. Staff was also nice. The only down side is the kitchen. It’s great to have access to a kitchen, but it seems that it’s never properly cleaned and the bins are not emptied very often. Everything felt sticky. The toaster is a bit broken. Yes, it is other guests leaving it dirty and that’s disrespectful, but it is the hostel’s responsibility to make sure it is always clean for the new guests. Also, it’s the first time someone stole from my food bag in the common fridge, I was heartbroken 🥲 I would come back and recommend it, just please find a new system to take care of the kitchen 🙏🏻

19/05/2026: The dorm was alright, although with 36€/night a bit pricy. However, I was a bit surprised as they charged me 5€ for storing my bike overnight.

10/05/2026: Recommended 👍🏻We had a pleasant dinner there. The place was clean and tidy, music was nice. The staff were very friendly. The Trebbiano was good. All the food we had were fresh. The salmon in the antipasto was tasty pairing with shiso and orange, so was the wakame with wood ear. The red dragon sushi was a good fusion. It is very good that most sushi were kept simple without putting cheese in them. We will come back for other seafood when they are in season👍🏻

03/05/2026: Nestled in the greenery at the entrance to Spoleto's charming historic center, this hotel stands out for its excellent location. The rooms are clean, though a little basic for a 4-star hotel. Breakfast is good, and the staff is very friendly and professional, always attentive to guests' needs. A must-visit if you're staying in this Umbrian town.

24/04/2026: This is our second time here. The staff is always friendly. It's a quiet, relaxing place just a stone's throw from Spoleto. This evening I had a delicious, super-light pizza and a delicious millefeuille. Highly recommended.

11/04/2026: Terrible restaurant in every way. Tables practically crowded together, too crowded. I hate dining next to strangers, especially if they're as rude as we were... but the most unnerving thing is the food and the service. They brought a slice of bread with a strange sauce without asking, so I asked what it was and the answer was "Tuscan meat." I tasted it and literally felt like vomiting. It was liver with a very strong flavor, inedible! Saying it was liver, was it too expensive??? I have the right to know what I'm eating!!! The first course arrived, pappardelle with prawns and asparagus, a completely unseasoned dish with the asparagus literally tough and woody. I had to add oil twice to eat the pasta, the whole thing was completely disjointed and tasteless. For the second course, we had pistachio salmon, which was a shame it was SPOILED. It stank terribly, and the water around it said it all. What can I say...they didn't even bother to apologize, and that makes me even more infuriating! It's been years since I've eaten so badly at a restaurant. Never again!
