A unique place nestled in the woods and surrounded by silence
24/11/2025: I celebrated my 60th birthday here just yesterday and was very satisfied, as were all my relatives who came from outside Spoleto. The service was excellent, prompt and friendly, and the food was excellent, despite the fact that the group had several health issues and therefore required special attention and precautions. Everything went smoothly and without a hitch. A special thank you to everyone.

10/05/2026: Recommended 👍🏻We had a pleasant dinner there. The place was clean and tidy, music was nice. The staff were very friendly. The Trebbiano was good. All the food we had were fresh. The salmon in the antipasto was tasty pairing with shiso and orange, so was the wakame with wood ear. The red dragon sushi was a good fusion. It is very good that most sushi were kept simple without putting cheese in them. We will come back for other seafood when they are in season👍🏻

17/08/2026: A typical Italian restaurant where they serve Coke in cans – we thought that was pretty cool. However, the food was disappointing. The prawn cocktail was warm, the pasta was far too firm and partly dry, and the starter salad was meager and uninspired. Taste-wise, it was more for those with low expectations. But the beer: that was nicely chilled and delicious 👍🏻. Overall, not recommended.

I have no idea where these positive reviews come from.
Friday evening, it was deserted.

31/08/2025: It's not easy to find such a refined and authentic seafood restaurant in Umbria, but this place is a wonderful exception. Super-fresh dishes, prepared with care and flavor, generous portions, and a well-curated wine list.
From appetizer to dessert, every course was an experience. The raw fish was top-notch, and the seafood pasta... simply perfect!
But the real added value was the company of the owner: a delightful, passionate person, capable of making you feel immediately at home. His friendliness and hospitality made the evening even more enjoyable. In a world where service makes the difference, here you truly notice the passion for hospitality.

Ristorante Cinese Hong Kong - Sushi Giapponese

02/01/2026: Terrible experience. (Let's start by assuming I love raw sushi.) The sashimi is ridiculous: tiny, unappealing pieces. The fried food is inedible, with a strong smell of old oil that completely ruins the dish. The only redeeming feature is the noodles, which are quite well made, but they don't justify the rest.
The worst part is that the last two times I've been very ill, with severe stomach pain after eating here. It can't be a coincidence.
Considering the quality of the food and the problems I've had, I strongly advise against it. I won't be returning; for €14 for lunch, it's highly advisable to spend more and eat at other all-you-can-eat restaurants (even in the city).

Neutral staff. Good location for an aperitif, but nothing more.
01/08/2026: I hope this comment helps improve: it's a bar with potential, but the service, unfortunately, doesn't bode well. Superficial, rude, and distracted. In my case, the waitress was more attentive to her cell phone than to the customers... Too bad.

19/06/2026: We visited TricTrac twice—once for aperitivo and then for dinner. On both occasions, the service was very friendly and prompt. The food—such as the truffle risotto and polenta with ragù—was outstanding and stylishly presented. The location, with its view of the cathedral, is unique. Overall, a great atmosphere.
18/06/2026: The service wasn't attentive or thorough, but the view was truly magnificent! The food wasn't sophisticated, but it was tasty. We each had two craft beers (trying both the light and dark ones) and a mixed appetizer (scrambled eggs, ham, apple and walnut salad, and three crostini with vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, and radicchio).

01/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant, the prices are high for the quality of the food. If you pay with a POS you don't get a discount, but if you pay with cash you get a discount. In 2026 we're still at these levels. Naturally, you don't get a receipt.
18/02/2026: It looked so nice, offering simple, tasty food.
Imagine the complete opposite, with the addition of a relatively exorbitant price tag, including fake barbecue!

31/07/2026: Avoid. A tourist trap. I'll start by saying I'm from Spoleto, so I'm well aware of local prices. They charged me 7 euros for a sandwich with ham (very little) and very thinly sliced cheese, almost nonexistent. The nearby grocery store in the market square was exactly half that price and much better. Terrible!

18/08/2026: Some might call it a "tourist trap," but I wouldn't say so. We had two entrees, two desserts, two coffees, a Coke, and a water, and I don't think it's worth spending €50 on this. We paid with a card, but a receipt is optional. Furthermore, it's unclear how much we spent on the Coke and desserts because their order/receipt was incomprehensible. Incidentally, I ordered the truffle strnagozzi, but as impressive as it was, the truffle dish tasted more like it than it tasted. I'd say I agree with the other negative reviews and will avoid it in the future.
