31/05/2026: Hi, I came here last week. It was my first time here, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a charming place. The service was excellent, and I especially appreciated the kindness of the older waiter.

14/05/2026: I had lunch with my wife on May 14, 2026. We love Umbria and its cuisine, but what we were served here was by far the worst we've ever had in Umbria. Aside from the fact that the missing sun-dried tomatoes were replaced with regular tomatoes after we complained, it was, in our opinion, a tourist trap.

16/06/2026: Beautiful, private and welcoming place with a swimming pool and excellent services for those who want to stay in peace and quiet in complete relaxation!

31/05/2026: We stayed two nights in this place that claims to be 4-star but isn't even worth a single one. The apartment is old and dusty, poorly maintained, with an ugly, dated, and broken sofa. The curtain on the only window doesn't close completely, making it impossible to sleep in the mornings with the light. There's no Wi-Fi in the room, and the breakfast was worthy of a 1-star guesthouse, sparse and extremely disappointing. But the unacceptable thing was the spa. Aside from the lack of maintenance and the fact that, despite it being private, staff were constantly circulating, we booked it that evening for the afternoon of the following day, and when we arrived, the water in the hot tub was cold!!! The staff responded to this serious shortcoming with zero response, without even apologizing or offering an alternative. The staff was inattentive and rude, and the prices were far too high for what was on offer. Don't go there!!!!
