12/10/2025: Discovered by chance, delicious gelato. I had a cup of Williams pears, cinnamon and chocolate chips, and strawberry grapes, prickly pears, and basil. An explosion of flavor. It's a shame I couldn't try the other flavors, so many and so unusual. Definitely worth a try if you're passing through Spoleto.

23/10/2025: During a visit to Spoleto, we were fortunate enough to visit Ristorante Apollinare. I won't deny that our expectations were high, and I won't deny that they were met. As soon as we entered, we were greeted—literally, like I hadn't been in a long time—by the very knowledgeable and courteous wait staff, who seated us and even helped us put away our outerwear. Let's get to the point, because the place we entered wasn't just a restaurant, but the starting point for a sensory journey. Rarely have I found a place where passion for cooking translates into such simple yet surprising dishes. The absolute highlight is the quality of the food, which to call "excellent" is an understatement. Each course is a celebration of the raw ingredients with sublime preparation. My favorite dish was the tagliatella al tartufo, a simple homemade tagliatella made with just egg yolks and creamed with salted butter and truffle (I hope I didn't miss a thing from Marco's presentation of the dish), a true feast for the taste buds. The service, as mentioned, was attentive yet discreet, with the wait staff explaining the dishes with genuine knowledge and pride. The elegant yet understated atmosphere creates the ideal setting to fully enjoy their creations. If you're looking for a culinary experience that will leave you with memories of authentic flavors, excellent ingredients, and a kitchen that dares to be bold yet respects tradition, APOLLINARE is the place to be. 15/11/2025: great place with many shops. I like to stay there with a glass of drink chilling under a sunny sky or under the stars. In the night, the ambiance changes, the music rises and the aromas can be sensed

19/10/2025: We had lunch here during a cultural tour of Spoleto. Excellent products, friendly service. The price is in line with the location. Perhaps the focaccia could be served with a platter at no extra cost. A truly complimentary treat for the customer. Recommended.

11/10/2025: Excellent selection of meats and cheeses plus veggie items served on focaccia or as a tagliere. Went twice in two days. Good value and both inside and outside seating. Buono!

16/10/2025: Dinner walk-in, creative menu presentation-look like tarot cards in a case with each dish and description featured. Had the flavorful stuffed squash blossoms and tagliatelle with asparagus, with 1/2 liter of wine. Service was bustling and excellent, all tables served by the owner and staff member. I always forget to go to the cash register when finished vs payment machine brought to the table. Have to add the interior neon lighting was annoying.

15/10/2025: Beautiful, slightly unusual place: The table, chairs, and glasses are all different in color, shape, and material. The menu is a tarot deck, with each card describing the dish on one side and a caricature of it on the other. The business card is a 1000-lire banknote. We shared a platter for two; it was plentiful, varied, and delicious. We also tried the parmigiana, which was very good, as was the house wine. Very cheap.

03/11/2025: Yesterday we came by this pizzeria and we are really glad we did! Pizza was the best, really soft and crunchy, tasty and for a very good price. But the best was our server, a young man who was the nicest with our kids and dogs and by all means made a very good experience for us. 10/10 would recommend. :)

15/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, all the dishes are exceptional, strictly homemade and almost zero km or from local vendors, like the desserts strictly made by the owner, with jam made by the same, fast service, the small waits are only for the food to be cooked, very kind owner and modest prices highly recommended.

27/10/2025: I have always known this place, even though I have lived in Romagna for 30 years, it is one of the places where we like to gather to be sure of eating well and feeling at home.
