29/04/2026: We stopped by for lunch during a long cycling tour. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The estate, under the sun, was well worth a visit. We didn't sleep here, just had lunch.

25/03/2026: My wife and I had the opportunity to have lunch at this typical family-run restaurant. An excellent ricotta and black truffle flan was worthy of being followed by a wonderful plate of strangozzi alla spoletina. Both plates came back empty and clean, due to having to mop up the sauce. We'll definitely be back.

10/05/2026: It was recommended to us by locals, but it's disappointing. Service for the kids was prompt, but for us adults it was slow until the restaurant was full. The platters were good; I recommend the focaccia one over the appetizers. The pork cheek was good, but the tagliata was tear-inducing: poorly presented, overcooked even though we'd asked for it medium rare, and above all, overpriced. €22 for six pieces of meat seems really overpriced.

03/11/2025: Yesterday we came by this pizzeria and we are really glad we did! Pizza was the best, really soft and crunchy, tasty and for a very good price. But the best was our server, a young man who was the nicest with our kids and dogs and by all means made a very good experience for us. 10/10 would recommend. :)

07/05/2026: We ate at Ristorante del Mercato on May 1st, a wonderful experience. Excellent food and fair prices. If you're passing through Spoleto, I recommend trying this restaurant.

14/04/2026: We had a lovely lunch in Spoleto. The food was delicious - we started with the cheese antipasto and ideas amazing - the assortment was very good and the jams that came with it were delicious. We had the strangozzi with spicy tomato sauce and the lamb with mashed potatoes as well as a mixed salad. Everything was very tasty and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

08/12/2025: I wanted to hug the chef, but I was really too full. There were seven of us. The regular dishes were good, the truffle dishes were good, the snail dishes were good. There's an impressive variety of choices, and everything we ordered was good. The meat—wild boar, lamb, chicken wings—was all juicy, tender, and flavorful without being overly flavorful. The sauces were excellent, in the case of goose, truffle, snails, and a simple red wine. We finished with semifreddo and a special spoletina. The house red wine was strong but pleasant. The limoncello and grappa were special, especially the grappa, which was very smooth. I really appreciated it. It was my first time, but I really hope it won't be my last. Everything was exceptionally good, from the appetizers to the coffee, from the first courses to the second courses, from the side dishes to the dessert! The location is neat and welcoming, the service is very friendly and attentive to every request. The final bill was excellent! We will definitely be back!

26/04/2026: Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. Starting with the service: excessive wait times even for basic requests like a bottle of water, with a total lack of customer service. It feels like being completely neglected. The quality of the food didn't live up to expectations, with dishes that were poorly prepared and lacking the level of service one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber. The ambiance was also particularly disappointing: throughout our stay, the smell of smoke from the grill was clearly noticeable, making it unpleasant and unpleasant, especially while eating. An experience that, besides being unsatisfying, leaves nothing to remember: it's not even worth a photo. Overall, a place that didn't make us feel welcome and one we'll be unlikely to return to.

10/05/2026: A very nice property in a beautiful farmhouse setting very close to Spoleto. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the bed comfortable. Excellent breakfast. The half-board dinner was excellent. We had a great time. We recommend it.

09/05/2026: I had booked a room, but for family reasons, I wasn't able to get to the property, "luckily"!!! I called them to ask for information because they hadn't received the cancellation! After a while, the man in question called me an idiot and hung up on me! I called back immediately and started making fun of me! Rudeness without limits! Shame on you, you rude guy! And it doesn't end there, dear sir!! I'll file a complaint tomorrow morning! Let's see if you'll still be so daring to label people without knowing them! People, be careful... you're bound to find rudeness here!

07/04/2026: We dined at this restaurant over the Easter holidays, a family of two adults and two girls. We opted for the tourist menu, and everything was fabulous! The waiters were also extremely kind and professional. We highly recommend it!

09/04/2026: We went for Easter lunch: seated at 1:30 PM, finished at 5:30 PM. Yet the wait was reasonable until the first course, around 3 PM. After that, I don't know what happened, but there was an hour-long wait that was unreasonable. Maybe because there was a baptism on? Strange, considering it's a place known for hosting large events. Good food, gorgeous location. I would have preferred more for dessert...

The only thing I would have liked to have been informed about the happy hour-style musical entertainment when booking was that it was fun and well-organized, but not suitable for some of the people at my table.

The menu offers numerous culinary options, from the pizzeria (Neapolitan pizza, thick and richly topped, and served pre-sliced) to the restaurant (we'll be back to try the first and second courses!!). We especially enjoyed the appetizer, which was very generous and accompanied by the unique fried gnocco! Very fair prices and a full belly, highly recommended!
