31/03/2024: Alas, from a nice experience in Gubbio I expected more from this restaurant. The low service even more so. Waiters wandering around and not even knowing what they are serving. Bread from the day before, hard and flavored focaccia, ham cut double like a fillet, meatloaf looks like a bon roll cut into slices and fried, raw potatoes... sorry. Never again. I don't recommend it!!!

We ate veal steak and lamb steak, very good. The pan-fried chicory is also good. The strawberries were a little too astringent, probably seasoned at the moment and not fully ripe, the coffee was excellent. Recommended to go.

As starters we chose a trio of tartare, red cabbage pie with brie fondue and summer truffle, cheese platter... everything perfect! As main courses, a gluten free pizza with non-homemade dough, grilled chop and mixed salad, sliced ​​chicken with rocket, cherry tomatoes and parmesan, stuffed pasta. Very satisfied.
