10/05/2024: Quick lunch on a work break: the pizza is really good, crumbly at the right point and well seasoned. The interior of the place is also beautiful. The ice cream is also excellent, the assortment of flavors is remarkable.

01/04/2024: I experienced the stay as continuous stress due to the lack of organization and little professional ethics in administrative management (online estimate), little transparency for the guest. He did not issue an invoice or receipt.

27/03/2024: Charming hotel in an easy to reach location with a good breakfast. The WiFi was good and necessary as the walls were thick and cell service didn’t work. The grounds were beautiful. The pool was not open in March, but looked inviting. I didn’t try the restaurant as I met friends staying with a tour group. My only complaint was that the cleaning staff threw away my plastic cup and shower cap each day. There were others, but this seemed wasteful. I should have asked at the desk to not have my room cleaned every day.

Here you can find all sorts of drinks, gins from all around the world and the bartender is truly a professional in his job. I recommend this place to everyone visiting Gubbio. 18/03/2024: Consigliatomi da un amico pranziamo in questo locale molto caratteristico molto pulito veniamo ricevuti dal cameriere sean molto gentile ci mette subito nostro agio ci consiglia il tagliere con prodotti locali salumi dal sapore di altri tempi x la gioia del palato vino ottimo prendiamo il dolce non di loro creazione ma abbastanza buono conto onesto cosa dire andateci senza pensarci grazie x averci fatto sentire di casa

16/01/2024: I went to this very nice restaurant in the center of Gubbio on a Sunday for lunch; very informal and characteristic environment, friendly staff and good food. We took two platters with cured meats, cheeses and croutons (mostly cured meats), very good, with a note of merit for the truly exceptional truffle honey, then we took a melted caciotta with truffle (very good), a portion of truffle umbricelli ( really good and plentiful) and a tartare with truffle and pumpkin cream, this good but nothing exceptional which is why I give it 4 stars, the pumpkin cream was served too cold and the meat itself a little tasteless. Overall though it's definitely a place I would recommend! Average prices.
