07/04/2024: Everything was delicious, generous portions.. you need to book well in advance, always full. Very nice and elegant place, can't wait to go back! The only flaw for me is that I love chocolate desserts and that there was little choice on desserts...

04/04/2024: Very kind and professional staff, welcoming owners, good raw materials although perhaps I was expecting something more intense in terms of local flavours. I tried the platter, the escarole and the artichoke. Tastefully renovated place, perhaps it lacks a little "warmth" overall.

06/04/2024: We had 3 first courses and 1 really good second course... the passatelli were very good with speck and porcini mushrooms, the pappardelle with wild boar were decent (I didn't find much difference with the penne with ragù, the other first course we took), and the kebabs were tasty and fragrant …

11/02/2024: Accolti da una calorosa stufa a legna e dall’ambiente piacevolmente famigliare, abbiamo passato una bella serata assaggiando prodotti tipici locali. Gli affettati e i formaggi accompagnati dalla “crescia” di Gubbio fumante sono stati strepitosi. Ci hanno anche offerto una bevanda digestiva tipica di Gubbio: barcarola. Il ristorante si trova a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro ma merita davvero lo spostamento. Assolutamente consigliato!

02/04/2024: We were there on Easter Monday and even though they were busy with work and we hadn't booked, they were very kind, they made us sit down and let us have lunch and we were also with two children and they cooked pasta for them and the staff were very kind. Thank you so much you were unique!!! Optimal!!!

08/03/2024: Locale non grande ma molto accogliente, personale gentilissimo e pronto ad un sorriso(cosa non scontata). Si sono anche fermati a scherzare con mia figlia e l'hanno coccolata. Cibo ottimo con tutte le proposte molto interessanti. Piatti abbondanti. Cappelletti fatti in casa con brodo speciali. Torneremo sicuramente.

03/05/2024: Structure located in an excellent location, easy to find and with a large car park available to customers. We were greeted by super professional staff (both in the entrance hall and during dinner). Lovely room, with attention to every detail and very clean. Wonderful spa spread over three levels. Advise!

04/04/2024: Historic place lived only for one night for a conference! Excellent cuisine, service and spacious, equipped rooms. The external stone structure is wonderful. It's a shame about the renovation of the interiors where something more could have been done to recover the ancient walls and the architectural elements of the former convent.

01/04/2024: I never do reviews but this time it can't be avoided. Let me start by saying that I didn't stay at the property but I just stopped by to see what it was like and maybe stay there in the future. The road is terrible, with my car, I touched under it twice, the time to travel the section that separates from the asphalt is about 40 minutes. Once I arrived in front of the structure I was disappointed, because not even the shadow of a castle, I would say more of a country house. I will definitely never set foot there again.
