The quality of the products was excellent, the flavors and aromas of the dishes we ate were exquisite, and the welcome we received was warm and welcoming, making for a truly rejuvenating evening.

24/08/2025: The absolute best: come here to enjoy delicious, expertly crafted traditional Sicilian sweets. The almond biscuits are exquisite. The arancini are delicious. Thank God for this little corner of Sicily in Foligno and for the talented people who prepare these delicacies. They use the highest quality ingredients and techniques that demonstrate their mastery. We'll keep coming back for more :)

20/08/2025: Dinner with friends; they let us sit inside because it had just rained outside. The interior was very quaint, with well-preserved and beautifully arranged cupboards and period furniture.
The food was simply perfect: prosciutto al taglio with focaccia, spaghetti with pesto and zucchini flowers, meatballs with pecorino cheese... and the side dishes! Everything was exceptional!

14/09/2025: Excellent pizza, but if the all-purpose pizzeria owner forgets dessert and justifies himself by telling you you saved money and calories, we're not getting it. Holy shit, she wanted to serve us and got shoved in the shoulder because she wanted to be the center of attention. Doing too much hurts.

Thanks to the attention of Massimiliano and the staff, everything was perfect, along with professional and friendly service. EXCELLENT.

28/10/2025: During a trip to the area, we had the pleasure of stopping for lunch at the Hotel Lieta Sosta restaurant, and we can say it was truly an excellent choice!
The quality of the food was impeccable. The wait staff was kind, helpful, and very attentive to our needs, especially in adapting the menu to the needs of our athletes, who follow specific dietary rules before the races. Everything was handled with care and professionalism, perfectly adhering to the instructions received.
Another strong point was the speed of service, essential for those like us who have limited time between stages. The quality-price ratio is truly excellent, and its proximity to the SS77 Val di Chienti exit makes this restaurant a very convenient option for those traveling.
A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Lieta Sosta for their hospitality and courtesy.
21/10/2025: Ideal place to stop for those doing the Camino Lautetano, spartan but clean rooms, only breakfast was served, not dinner as the restaurant observed the day of rest.

12/10/2025: Today, after hiking the Menotre waterfall trail and visiting the hermitage, we had a sandwich at this magnificent little place. It was a great sandwich. Excellent hospitality, reasonable prices, and we had a great time sitting outside in the little square.

17/04/2025: Ho passato due mesi a Foligno ed è un peccato aver trovato solo gli ultimi tre giorni i Dei Franceschi...le luci rendono l'ambiente rilassante...la Padrona di casa Cinzia e, la mamma, ottime cuoche e persone squisite...le portate e la Pinsa buonissime!!!...Quando tornerò a Foligno sarà un posto fisso per la cena...Assolutamente da provare...ah...più di una volta!!!!

25/08/2025: Other than takeout pizzas, the location is perfect and ideal for outdoor parties in the summer. Everything was excellent. I didn't expect it to be so welcoming. My daughter and her friends had a great time. Highly recommended.

Ma diciamo che sono in linea con la cittadinanza di Foligno, dove l'educazione e la cortesia non esiste. Per i prodotti devo confermare lo zero perché sembrano usciti da una pasticceria anni 60 e forse hanno quella data. Non lo consiglio
