08/03/2025: Arrived, ordered immediately and ate after about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
When asked how the order was going, the answer was “gentlemen, eh…a little patience, thank you”
When other tables were served and the room filled up.
When asked for well-cooked pizza, the opposite was probably understood.
I had come with great expectations given the fame, bad evening or not, terrible management of the room.
08/03/2025: It's always nice to spend an evening in this pizzeria. The food is all delicious, the service impeccable. A place of the heart.

Location unica e curata nei minimi dettagli. Il ristorante è ricavato all'interno di un ambiente storico, lasciato quasi intatto.
La cucina l'abbiamo trovata strepitosa. Non un solo piatto è risultato banale. Complimenti anche allo staff, sempre molto gentile ed attento.

26/02/2025: Every time I pass through Foligno, I can't help but come to Sfizio.
The artisanal piadina is really delicious, and they also have some good beers.
The environment is relaxing and there is a room with a fireplace that is always lit but well ventilated.
Go there and you will feel like you have never eaten a piadina.
31/12/2024: The top piadina in Foligno and surrounding areas, my favorite with ham, mushrooms and dried tomatoes, and sublime with Nutella, my favorite table next to the fire which is always lit in winter, Sergio is the fantastic daughter.

25/03/2025: Restaurant with very good food, with a particular atmosphere created by the large fireplace in the center of the room. Fair prices, friendly staff and clean bathrooms. We come here every first Sunday of the month in conjunction with the Pissignano market. Highly recommended.

23/12/2024: What a nice little bakery cafe. Stopping through Foligno on a Sunday you'd think the town had banned cafes (it said Domenica Chiuso on the door but it was open). Thankfully this place was open and we had a lovely cappuccino and a biscotto. Nice warm lighting, jazz, and friendly service. Will come back next time I stop in foligno
