13/12/2025: Unfortunately, we all got sick... two separate groups on two different nights left with severe stomach pains. Having said that, although I already consider it serious, I can say that the dishes are talked about way too much, creating a lot of anticipation that isn't found in the actual tasting. There's a lot of effort and it shows, but some important aspects still need to be addressed. There's room for improvement.

27/04/2026: Excellent I had a coffee and croissant, both excellent. A tray of delicious mini pastries was also served. Highly recommended.

27/06/2026: This unique location is definitely worth a visit: a former cinema transformed into a beautiful restaurant with an enchanting atmosphere and an open kitchen. The quality of the food is top-notch, as is the service and the friendly staff. The owners, a wonderful and close-knit family, will welcome you with the enthusiasm typical of an Italian business family. We discovered this restaurant a year ago, and since then it has become a regular spot for sushi, Asian food, and, why not, a good after-dinner drink. Highly recommended for any occasion.

04/06/2026: It's not good! The quality/price ratio is inadequate. The menu is limited and restrictive. The service borders on indecency, as do the replies they post to the criticisms they receive: offensive. So much for restaurateurs 🤐

02/06/2026: It's one of the key stops on a journey that also includes the culinary aspect. It's one of the most unpredictable places I've ever been: it always manages to amaze and reassure, with its cuisine, its hospitality, the love Damiano and Giorgia share, and their generosity. The food and wine are delicate and powerful, like the spirit of the osteria.

11/06/2026: The ice cream is good; the problem is the quantity. For two cups of two flavors with cream (€8), you'd expect there to be some ice cream at least at the bottom of the cup. Alas, no! The server, who isn't particularly friendly, very carefully scoops the ice cream so it doesn't fill the bottom of the bowl. I find this rather sad. A way to save money that leads to losing customers.

10/06/2026: The ice cream was delicious and had so many flavors. It's a shame the sales assistant was rude.

30/05/2026: A modern ice cream shop with a fast-food-style automatic payment kiosk. The gelato is small but really good. I recommend the hazelnut and pistachio ones, delicious.

28/05/2026: The ice cream is undoubtedly good, but I'd rather go somewhere else that's even less good and be treated with courtesy! The place opens promptly in the afternoon... 5-10 minutes late, no problem, but today was great! The place, still closed, is supposed to open at 2 pm. They open, we go in and say hello, no response, and the extremely annoyed lady starts setting up tables and chairs outside, not deigning to say a word to us, continuing her work with some fervor, demonstrating to us that she is "annoyed and annoyed" by our presence... embarrassing! We left and left... and frankly, I will never go back! This is no way to treat the public.

03/05/2026: Saturday evening in Foligno with friends. A total of 8 people, including 2 16-year-old girls. My wife calls to reserve a table and they say they're fully booked. After a bit of persistence, telling them we're from Rome, they manage to accommodate us with two tables for 4. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected event that evening, there are 6 of us, and we also inform them of this by phone, out of courtesy; perhaps the two seats we're not using could be used for other guests. We arrive and politely ask to combine the tables, but they immediately refuse, citing safety concerns. We, the parents, sit at a table for 4, and the 2 girls, alone, sit at the other table for 4. When ordering, a young woman explains the pizza of the day, and since it includes anchovies, my wife asks them not to include them. They refuse again, citing the lack of flavor. After my pizza order, I ask if they have beer. By the way, there are no appetizers and no beer mentioned on the menu, at the expense of wine costing €20 a bottle or more. Another disclaimer, as their pizza is leavened for 72 hours and they recommend eating it with wine. This is inappropriate, considering the yeasts clash and "ruin" the flavor of their product. I'm 56 years old, and such insensitive treatment really annoyed me. This girl treated me like a fool who drinks beer (of which I don't know the brand or price). Not a good night. And isn't the customer always right? It's certainly better to sell a €20+ bottle of wine than to please a customer (whom they'll never see again, living 150km away) with a €5 beer. Bad... Bad...

09/05/2026: A delightful place, with quality food and typical local products. I highly recommend the very friendly staff.

06/04/2026: It was a holiday, so we'd expected a wait, without any presumption of being served quickly, but almost an hour and a half seemed a bit excessive, especially given the small size of the place. But then I noticed that three tables who arrived after us were eating, so I mentioned this to the (then friendly) waiter. The lady in the kitchen addressed us in a rather unusual manner, so it was an absolutely NEGATIVE experience! I know what it's like to work in the restaurant business, especially on chaotic and holiday days, but I think the lack of observation and kindness is completely out of place.

09/02/2026: I stayed at this property and the experience was simply impeccable. Cleanliness is top-notch: every room is meticulously cared for, and the attention paid to guests is immediately apparent. The linens are superior quality, a true touch of luxury: the cotton is extraordinary, soft, and enveloping. The bed deserves special mention, with its superb mattress and topper that guarantee an excellent night's sleep. The four pillows, all finished with elegant ruffled pillowcases and piping, add another touch of class. The bathroom—or rather, the actual bathroom—is equipped with every comfort: plenty of soft, scented towels, and a rich and carefully curated complimentary toiletries. Nothing is left to chance; every detail contributes to creating an atmosphere of welcome and refinement. The owners are extremely kind and helpful, always ready to make guests feel at home. Breakfast is another highlight: top-quality local products and homemade pastries, fresh and delicious. A stay that exceeded expectations in every way. Highly recommended.

08/02/2026: To access the room, the flight of stairs is practically vertical: climbing them, and even more so descending them with a trolley and backpack, is quite a challenge. Upon arrival, the room was cold; it's unclear why they would ask for an arrival time if showering is impossible and you have to stay dressed for at least three or four hours until the temperature reaches at least 20 degrees Celsius. The hosts are very kind, as is the breakfast. This is probably a place that is at its best from spring to autumn.

20/04/2026: We stumbled upon this hotel by chance after a road accident, and were greeted warmly. Clean rooms and comfortable beds, a delicious breakfast, and friendly and helpful staff. A place I'd definitely like to return to.
