23/02/2025: Ormai questo Ristorante è diventato un'istituzione in città, tappa dovuta per folignati e non. La pinsa è buonissima e digeribile, i primi piatti e i secondi sono semplici e ben fatti. Le titolari, Eva e Cinzia, sono state accoglienti e pazienti, nonostante il mio gruppo fosse numeroso e vivace. Siamo stati benissimo. Torneremo!

08/02/2025: Long waiting times for unsatisfactory food, except for the very good homemade desserts. Little organization among the staff but at least they were kind to us. The bill was too high for the quality and quantity of the food. Furthermore, the environment was very cold, I think the heating was turned off

14/01/2025: Gioiello incastonato nella città di Colfiorito; i piatti toccano sapori tradizionali e allo stesso tempo sono ricchi di originalità; la pasta fatta a mano (freschissima) è ogni volta una garanzia. L'equilibrio presente in ogni pietanza crea un'armonia eccezionale; è sempre un'esperienza memorabile.

05/01/2025: SPETTACOLARE trovato grazie alle recensioni su Trip, prodotti e cucina tipica Umbra. Localino senza tempo, 10/12 posti massimo, arredo vintage di altri tempi....si torna indietro nel tempo, si torna ad apprezzare la semplicita... Antipasto ottimo con prodotti genuini, salami, ciausco e formaggi fantastici saporiti, una ricotta eccezionale. Ma la vera particolarita di questo ristorantino sono le due signore simpaticissime Umbre, Tiziana e Donatella che cucinano tutto a vista e AL MOMENTO... Voi scegliete il tipo di pasta e loro la impastano davanti a Voi...mio marito ha preso gli strangozzi...ecceziinali....come tutto il resto... Se andate a Colfiorito DOVETE ANDARE rimmarrete piacevolmente colpiti. Noi ci torneremo presto con i nostri amici...

26/01/2025: Disgusting service. Google's schedule says it's open from 2 p.m. At 14.20 we entered (the door was open) and were rudely sent away. To the question “But Google says that you should be open now,” the answer was “I don’t know who wrote this, we will open at 15.00 and in general I just got back from vacation.” There were other people on the street besides us. Everyone left. Apparently they don't need customers or revenue. We were with the children and waited for the opening at 14.00. In vain. We were driven away. The children were upset. Never again. It's a pity, their ice cream is not bad, the problem is the staff

04/02/2025: Very nice, family and welcoming place. To celebrate a family birthday we chose this place and we had a really good time. A beautiful crackling fireplace kept us company during lunch, enlivened by simple but tasty dishes. The chocolate crumble with orange cream is excellent. Well done Lorenzo & Co. We will come back for sure.

28/09/2024: Abbiamo preso due yogurt senza lattosio, ma appena ci siamo messi seduti sui tavoli esterni, lo yogurt ha cominciato a sgonfiarsi diventando praticamente liquido (non dipende dalla temperatura esterna, in quanto c'erano circa 23/24 gradi). Abbiamo fatto notare la cosa, portando al bancone i due yogurt, che nel frattempo era praticamente diventati liquidi, ma la signora si è dimostrata veramente poco accogliente, dicendoci che lo yogurt senza lattosio è normale che faccia così. Increduli della risposta abbiamo continuato a fare presente che non era possibile una cosa del genere, ma dalla parte della signora non c'è stata alcuna disponibilità di alcun genere, e alla fine abbiamo lasciato gli yogurt al bancone e siamo usciti. Solo dopo aver sentito che avremmo utilizzato i social per raccontare la nostra esperienza, la signora ci ha detto che ci avrebbe fatto altri yogurt... scorrettezza totale! Mi chiedo come faccia un "commerciante" a lavorare così.

28/09/2024: As there are no 0 stars, forced to give 1. Terrible experience, ice cream practically liquid; cream, at a cost of 0.50 cents, made in invisible quantities as well as having a questionable taste; lactose-free yogurt which is also practically and totally liquid and to complaints about it, the response was that the absence of lactose made it so. Absurd explanation. We brought the two yogurts back to the counter, and preferred to leave them rather than eat "water". Avoid this place if you don't want to waste your money.
