30/03/2025: Delicious pizza due to the excellent dough and the quality of the ingredients. Perfect takeaway service too. Excellent homemade desserts. Room not large; room also equipped with an outdoor area. You can park well in the immediate vicinity.

06/03/2025: Fantastic pizzeria. The food was absolutely top notch - classic selection of Napoli style pizza, plus a few unique and very interesting toppings by the chef. Recommend that you try the dessert taster aswell! They also have a small yet very good selection of artisinal beers. The atmosephere was very nice, feels quite chic and upscale despite the friendly prices. Service was also very very good throughout. Highly recommended and would come again!

03/01/2025: Excellent location, close to the car park and above all very close to the Basilica of San Francesco. Very kind staff, excellent breakfast and the rooms were clean like the whole hotel. We will definitely be back.

02/01/2025: What a lovely place! The staff was always helpful. The rooms were just what we needed. Comfortable, clean and we had a beautiful view. The breakfast was included, and was ample and delicious. This hotel was close to St Francis Basilica, which was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel

21/02/2025: From pucce to pinse, from fried foods to burgers, everything is delicious, seasonal and 0 km Crispy pinsa with top quality ingredients. Also highly recommended for vegetarians, with pinse and veg burgers. The only flaws are not being able to make changes to the dishes and that home delivery is no longer available. But it's definitely worth a try. You will come back for sure

09/02/2025: Il locale ha un menù piuttosto particolare ed interessante basato su una buona scelta di materie prime. Il posto è abbastanza piccolo e malgrado vi siano pochi tavoli Il servizio non è propriamente veloce, in relazione al numero dei presenti ed al tipo di piatti. Sinceramente ho apprezzato più le pizze e le focacce dell'hamburger forse anche per averlo consumato dopo un antipasto piuttosto saporito. La scelta dei dolci non è un punto di forza del locale che viceversa su una varietà di lieviti salati della tradizione pugliese.

15/02/2025: Conoscevo il ristorante, ma erano anni che non andavo e credo ne ripasseranno altri prima che ritorni. Oltre 1 ora di attesa, assurdo. Disorganizzazione del servizio perché altrimenti non è possibile. Eppure il locale è piccolo e dovrebbero saper gestire meglio gli ordini a mio avviso.

25/01/2025: Abbiamo prenotato per le 20.30. Appena arrivati ci sono voluti più di 5 minuti per farci sedere. Una volta seduti, non ci hanno nè portato il menù, nè chiesto se volessimo qualcosa da bere. Dopo 15 minuti, arrivano finalmente i menù. Dopo mezz’ora, nessuno è arrivato per le ordinazioni. Chiamiamo la signora (credo la proprietaria), chiedendo se potessimo ordinare e ci risponde di aspettare. Passa altro tempo. Chiamiamo il cameriere (l’unico a gestire una sala stracolma di persone), ci risponde tutto scocciato: “un attimo”. Richiamiamo la signora facendo presente che dopo mezz’ora, nemmeno dell’acqua avevamo al tavolo. Di tutta risposta, infastidita, ci dice: “quando è pieno, ci sta da aspettare. Se vi sta bene, bene. Sennó amici come prima”. Ovviamente ci siamo alzati e ce ne siamo andati! Maleducati, cafoni e senza rispetto verso chi vi fa guadagnare il pane. Se non sapete gestire una sala piena di sabato sera, fareste meglio a chiudere. Ah, vi svelo un segreto: le prenotazioni servono anche a capire quanti coperti si possono gestire e non ad ammassare gente giusto per guadagnare qualche soldo in più. Lo sconsiglio a tutti e non ci tornerò mai più! Vergognatevi!

25/11/2024: I could say this is surely the best Persian food I've had in a long time. Arash is amazing, kind and an amazing chef. Do not miss out on this place. I am terribly sad that this place is closing down.

20/10/2024: L’Osteria dell’Olmo è un delizioso ristorante sito nel centro della “movida” ternana, l’estate si può cenare ai tavoli nella piazza. È gestito da due fratelli, Marco e Mirko, che mettono grande passione nel loro lavoro, trattando i clienti come familiari. Ci sono andato decine di volte, sempre con soddisfazione, con amici e familiari. Il cibo è ottimo, curato, spesso con fuori menù di stagione (asparagi selvatici, funghi, salumi fatti a mano dai titolari, tante altre cose buone) che Marco e Mirko reperiscono direttamente nei paesi limitrofi. Ingredienti genuini per una cucina tipica della tradizione umbra interpretata come nella tradizione locale. Marco, che si occupa della sala, ha sempre qualche buon vino da consigliare. Per me è ormai un punto di riferimento.

26/09/2024: Si progettata già da tempo di fare una cena insieme con un amica di famiglia,martedì dopo una giornata funesta ci siamo concessi questa cena. Accorti da Marco nel suo locale,molto carino,conviviale in stile appunto osteria,Marco ci sa consigliare benissimo capendo al volo le nostre esigenze. Dagli antipasti al dolce tutto perfetto,ci ha anche spiegato il perché della preparazione di cibi in un determinato modo anziché in un altro,ha saputo spiegarmi anche la differenza della preparazione della tagliata di angus in maniera rispetto ad un altra regione dove già l'avevo già mangiata. Davvero tutto molto buono,per non parlare del pane con quella crosta così croccante. Graziee e arrivederci a presto.

11/02/2025: The pizza alone is among the best you will find in Italy, and that's obviously a big statement. Really excellent, especially the feather-light crust. My friends had lamb and artichoke and were blown away. Great wine and beer. Highly recommended.

17/02/2025: We spent a relaxing stay in this rustic farmhouse, immersed in the green Umbrian hills, ideal for those seeking tranquility and a splendid view of the surrounding landscape. The strategic position makes it perfect for visiting cities of art such as Perugia and Assisi. Included in our stay, an hour in the private spa room, a truly pleasant and regenerating experience, absolutely worth repeating. Special thanks to Antonio and Tiziana, who with their hospitality and excellent local cuisine made our stay even more pleasant, making us feel at home.

29/09/2024: We stayed at Borgo della Marmotta for 5 nights and loved our time there. The property is stunning and the perfect blend of rustic, cozy, and thoughtful. PROS: beautiful setting, great pool area, clean/simple/cozy rooms (we stayed in a superior), warm/helpful staff (thank you Luca for making our stay so special!), and nice breakfast spread (meats/cheeses, fruit, baked goods, coffee). CONS: our mattress was very firm and not the most comfortable (this is a personal preference), persistent issues with A/C in the room (however, the staff was very responsive and worked to help fix the problem which was so appreciated), and dinner food was just ok (we had better meals outside of the hotel). For us the pros significantly outweighed the few cons. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Umbria!

09/04/2025: A pochi km da Assisi e a due passi dalla Basilica di S.Maria degli Angeli, abbiamo avuto il piacere di trovare un locale ottimo, la Trattoria Santucci. Siamo stati accolti da Massimo che, con simpatia e schiettezza, ci ha proposto alcuni piatti tipici della cucina umbra che con un suo tocco personale ha reso ancor più appettitosi e originali. La qualità del cibo è ottima ed il prezzo è adeguato, il servizio è veloce, il tutto in un ambiente famigliare e cordiale. Molto consigliato.
