Tutto abbastanza buono. La pizza diciamo non è nelle mie corde un po troppo “molliccia” 0 croccante… migliorerei anche il caffè. Come prezzi siamo in linea con i prezzi della fascia. Although we had called beforehand to make sure it was possible to have lunch at 2pm, we were greeted coldly and with a surly attitude. The waiter immediately showed annoyance, responding in an annoyed manner to the request for the Wi-Fi password, which is necessary for work reasons as it doesn't have reception inside the restaurant. Furthermore, as soon as we finished the orecchiette, the waiter reminded us that the restaurant would be closing soon, without even asking if we would like anything else (dessert, coffee, bitter). Even at the time of the bill he ignored the request for two separate receipts (communicated before printing), reacting angrily when the error was pointed out to him. Having worked in the restaurant industry I understand the difficulties of the job, but such rude behavior towards customers is unacceptable. If even in front of polite people (never denied a "thank you" or a "please") and respectful of the work, the food and the place, the waiter has these attitudes, there is something to review. It's a shame because the food isn't bad and the service is fast, but with a welcome like that we definitely won't be back.

Perhaps we are slightly exaggerating on the price compared to the objective quality of the food but certainly not on the design of the dishes which on a theoretical level has nothing to envy of a 4 star. the staff are very pleasant.

In 3 adults, overcoming the natural reluctance for air-conditioned environments, normally always placed in a ball and due to the sultry heat, we chose to sit in a rather narrow room with 7/8 tables, (mostly for 2 or 3 people), rather than outside. Nice to be able to see the skilful work of the pizza chef from above. Having therefore chosen two pizzas and a hamburger with fries, we were pleasantly surprised by the fact that, especially the pizzas, they are made to perfection according to the true Neapolitan tradition. Very honest final price for the quality offered and also for the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. One star less because the wait was excessive when compared to the presence of only one other couple at that moment. Unfortunately, pizzerias, nowadays, always give priority to takeaway. This is a reason that can only be shared in part. One last thing: music has now become irritating almost everywhere. Here there is a nice background that does not disturb those who want to chat. Update for my second year in Bastia and of course second, but not last, visit to Pruneto. Pizzas always at the top, with top quality ingredients, especially the Cetara anchovies which have a totally different flavor from those bought in the supermarket. There is always the big problem of the very slow service even when there is practically no one there, something also highlighted in other reviews. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, despite the two pizza chefs stationed at the entrance who don't bother to greet those who enter and exit. I think it is rude and unprofessional behavior, considering that the place is very popular. 2025 update. I brought my wife and daughter with me. I have to say that this last time was the worst ever, considering that, except for mine, the other two pizzas were nondescript and inedible objects. Unfortunately, due to the crowding and in order not to insult the owner too much, who is always very kind to us, we did not make the right complaints. Since it's not the first time this has happened, we were very disappointed, to the point that for the next few times we will consider changing a place that we have frequented for more than three years every time we come to Bastia.

12/01/2025: Non conoscevo questo ristorante nel centro storico di Passignano. Mai scelta più azzeccata, personale molto gentile e che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Ottima la selezione di pesce di lago, che mi ha fatto venire voglia di tornare per provare qualche piatto. Ho preferito le proposte del menù di terra e antipasto buono, super il filetto di maiale con cipolle caramellate in crosta di parmigiano con purè.
