23/08/2025: Bad impression. Ordered a cake for 10 people for my son's birthday the next day. Naturally, there was no price limit, just the size, which therefore had to be large. The next day they gave us a cake that not even the Smurfs would have eaten. They insisted that "for them" it was a cake for 10. I'm from Rome and I've always ordered cakes for 10 that are just right. After a heated discussion, I had to settle for another, slightly larger cake that had been in the fridge since the day before. Party ruined. I'm now reading your response, which borders on a complaint for personal insults, and that doesn't mean I won't proceed in that direction. I am a respected professional and a polite person, as can be seen from the documents on various websites that deal with me. But that has nothing to do with it. If a customer complains about what they consider an injustice, you don't respond with arrogance (you do) "for us the cake..." (I repeat, Lilliputian) "is a 10"!!!! . Period. We're trying to figure out what the problem is and politely address it. The cake he replaced wasn't the same size at all, so much so that he had to change the box and get a larger one. As I was leaving your shop, two ladies approached me to confirm their shock at such treatment. Rest assured, I have no intention of ever setting foot in your shop again, even though your refusal would be subject to legal action. A commercial establishment cannot do so. Not only will I never set foot in your shop again, but neither will the many friends in Penna and Giove to whom I told the incident. Good things. It's still causing controversy. What you wrote qualifies you without further comment and shows who the rude and offensive one is. I don't understand how someone like you can work in contact with the public. I hope for your future customers that this unpleasant episode has taught you to be more polite and helpful. And with that, I'll end this controversy. I've said everything I had to say.

28/07/2025: Possibly the best gelato in Italy. Always has fun and interesting flavors to try, like truffle and Aperol spritz. The pastries and coffee are excellent, too!

03/09/2025: Spent our final night in Perugia here and was our favourite meal by far for both quality of food and service. Excellent food and drink and really friendly service from Luca. We love sushi and this made a nice change from the more regional meat and cheese options, but even so, it surpassed expectation. If we ever come back to Perugia we will return 🙂

02/09/2025: Excellent sushi. Good, creative food. I suggest installing strings of small light bulbs outside, though. It's too dark.

29/07/2025: Everything was very good The quality of the products was excellent, the flavors and aromas of the dishes we ate were exquisite, and the welcome we received was warm and welcoming, making for a truly rejuvenating evening.

17/07/2025: We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who explained the various dishes and gave us recommendations; there was a wide selection. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Recommended if you want to try new flavors.

Arrivati a casa e provati, alcuni sono freschi altri più vecchi e secchi dello stesso tipo. L unica che meritava era la torta di pasqua, veramente buona. Pasticceria no assolutamente

09/04/2025: Really good ice cream shop! The gluten-free ice cream was delicious, creamy and you could feel that it was made with quality ingredients. The only note I can make is on the pistachio flavour: it wasn't bad, but I expected something more, given that it's one of my favourites. Overall, however, more than recommended, I would happily return

05/09/2025: Fresh cannolis where they fill the cream when served rather than having it pre-filled. The cannoli and cappuccino were delicious and the barista was very welcoming!

04/09/2025: We went here for dinner for our anniversary, and I have to say the place alone is worth the price of admission. It's truly beautiful and elegant, with the option of taking a stroll through historical excavations. The food was truly excellent and of high quality; we tried the Truffle Experience, which was truly excellent. The only downsides were finding a napkin with holes and ruined parts at the table, and the waitress always made a mistake in serving the man or woman first, and she never remembered the explanations of the dishes during the presentation (this sort of thing shouldn't happen in a classy restaurant at these prices).

Very fair prices, generous portions, and everything was delicious. The staff is super friendly and helpful, always smiling. The place is very cute and welcoming, with the option of eating outside. Highly recommended, I'd go back in a heartbeat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

25/08/2025: A Gem in Guardea: The V-Bar! I had the pleasure of discovering the V-Bar in Guardea and was absolutely won over! It's a truly beautiful place, with attention to detail, where you immediately feel a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The quality of their offerings is exceptional. I had the opportunity to try their pizza, and I can say it's delicious, one of the best in the area. Their pastries are equally impressive, with delicious melt-in-the-mouth pastries, perfect to accompany an excellent coffee, intense and black, just the way I like it. You can tell right away that they pay great attention to the quality of their ingredients. But the real added value of this place is the staff. The baristas are incredibly friendly and kind, always smiling and helpful. The service is impeccable: fast, efficient, and courteous, an aspect not to be underestimated and that makes the experience even more enjoyable. In short, V-Bar is a place I recommend to everyone, whether for breakfast, a coffee break, an aperitif, or a pizza with friends. A place that perfectly combines beauty, goodness, and kindness. Don't miss it!

11/08/2025: Beautiful hotel and restaurant located in a beautiful location in Monteluco di Spoleto (PG). Excellent cuisine and excellent service. The owners, Mr. Claudio and his wife Annarita, are very kind and professional. They go out of their way to make their guests feel at home. I'd like to point out that the food is divine.
