28/10/2025: The restaurant also extends outside during the summer season. We had lunch on the ancient Citerno promenade. The food is intentionally refined and tastes good. The wait was a bit long, but the owner apologized. The prices were average.

06/10/2025: A lovely place that feels like a family! They sell lots of fresh pasta and special ravioli! You can eat there or buy pasta and ravioli by weight and prepare them at home. Highly recommended! This is a perfect place to eat right after the Shabbat market! Delicious food, a pleasant atmosphere and free water, which is really not something you can take for granted in a restaurant in Italy... In short, highly recommended!

27/09/2025: Truly a surprise! You can buy fresh, quality products or eat them on-site, choosing one of the condiments of the day. The place is very simple and self-service, with the counter service welcoming, friendly, attentive, and kind, even to the most hesitant customers. Excellent for a quick, tasty meal.

20/09/2025: A fitting title: a natural terrace overlooking the hills and greenery. We stopped by for lunch and enjoyed exquisite food, along with a friendly and helpful welcome. The vegetables with fig vinegar and the herb cheese were unforgettable: each ingredient is presented with the love and confidence of those who offer true local produce. Bravo!

10/06/2025: I was with my boyfriend in a farmhouse, the location is strategic between Gubbio, Perugia and Assisi, the view is fantastic, the welcome of Anastasia and Alessio is super friendly and helpful, they made us feel at home. The food is prepared exclusively by them with local products and their own production. In short... an experience to live if you want to relax and enjoy a weekend surrounded by nature in the green heart of Italy!

20/11/2025: Updating review: After writing my first review of the restaurant, reading their response, and returning for another visit, I decided to post an updated opinion. As mentioned before, a pre-fixed menu had been arranged for our group, although most of us did not know in advance what we were going to eat. First course: Pasta alla Norma. The dish had a good flavor, but in my opinion the absence of ricotta salata—which is a key ingredient in the traditional recipe—was surprising and affected the overall experience. Second course: Grilled meat with vegetables. It was fine, but not particularly memorable, and it isn’t a dish I would return specifically to eat. Dessert: Tiramisu. Since I don’t like tiramisu, I asked if it was possible to have the alternative dessert that had been served to some of my colleagues. I asked precisely because, in their response to my previous review, the restaurant had said that any problem should be communicated so they could look for a solution. For that reason, I was surprised when I was told that another option wasn’t possible, yet afterward the alternative dessert was placed in the middle of the table for everyone to try. In the end, I only ate a very small piece and basically didn’t have dessert. Regarding the atmosphere: We were a large group and the space is quite small, so there wasn’t enough room to be comfortable. Every time someone needed to get up, several people had to stand or move their chairs. Additionally, the service between courses was rather slow. About the flavor of the dishes: While nothing was technically wrong with the food, several dishes lacked the depth or seasoning I personally expected. Flavor is subjective, but this is my honest impression after two visits. This updated review reflects my overall experience after giving the restaurant a second chance. First review:We were a group of 17 with a pre fixed menu. Not tasty at all!

05/12/2025: A very welcoming restaurant with comfortable rooms, a symbol of the warmth and value Umbrians place on their guests. Sumptuous appetizers featuring traditional cured meats. The tracchia and the excellent sausage with country-style potatoes are excellent and unparalleled in flavor. All this in the heart of colorful and fragrant Spello, with unparalleled views of the variety of crops: cyclamen, but also violets, faraway flowers, and begonias that tastefully and patiently garland the balconies of this enchanting medieval village.

10/11/2025: Very welcoming, lively, and youthful place, with a great atmosphere both outdoors in the summer and indoors in the winter. The staff is super friendly and ready to accommodate any customer request. The owner is very kind and knowledgeable about the entire menu and beer selections, and the guy at the cash register is precise, friendly, and helpful, even with chatty customers like us 🤭. The food is delicious and tasty, with a wide selection, and the prices are reasonable. Attention to detail. Highly recommended 👍🏻
