04/10/2025: We had a mixed fried fish and two pizzas, everything very good, the only flaw was the wait, we sat down at 8:45 pm and they took our order at 8:55 pm the mixed fried fish arrived after 50 minutes and the two pizzas arrived at 10:20 pm moral of the story we got up from the table at 10:45 pm, the place wasn't packed and other people also waited a long time, I repeat a shame because the pizza was really good.

04/10/2025: A nice restaurant, which has evolved over the years into something more upscale. Good food and attentive service. Why we had to pay €15 for a (tomato) bruschetta (requested because it wasn't on the menu) as well as for a truffle bruschetta remains a mystery to us... But the food and wine selection were good and reasonably priced. The electronic gadgets, however, ruin the Italian ambiance!

29/09/2025: A story of incredible growth... resilience, ambition, talent, and self-confidence, but also a great personality and dedication, have transformed this place from a simple kiosk churning out panini for fishermen into an ultra-luxury seafood restaurant, unique in all of Umbria. Not only for the refined, elegant atmosphere, rich in details that very few people pay attention to (relaxing background music, soft lighting, a service button, the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff, a welcoming, intimate atmosphere), but above all for the perfection in the construction of the dishes... a menu capable of satisfying even the most demanding diner... the authenticity in the choice of products makes the dishes small masterpieces with roots in grandmother's cooking... plates overflowing with goodness! An enviable selection of wines and desserts baked on the spot by a Michelin-starred pastry chef who expertly curates taste and aesthetics, making the epilogue of this surprising experience unique. If you want near-perfection, this restaurant is definitely the right choice! We'll be back and... Let's go taste it!

13/10/2025: We had dinner two nights ago. The food was delicious, the staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was homey and quaint. We ended the meal with desserts served with pistachio, a mild but simply fantastic liqueur. It's a casual place, but definitely highly recommended.

This is a delightful restaurant in a wonderful location, steeped in nature and rich in history. The incredible flavors, created by the heart and soul of two wonderful and excellent chefs, materialize in dishes that are beyond special and rich in ancient flavors, such as the fettuccine, strictly homemade, with a white pigeon sauce... PHENOMENAL! The expert cooking, beyond perfect, pairs perfectly with the highest-quality ingredients that the two chefs use with incredible skill. The aroma of the bread, also homemade, is a caress for the soul. The lamb chops with green beans are unparalleled. The breaded and fried rabbit is sublime. The meat is cooked with a stopwatch. A perfect contrast between the crispy, perfectly uniform exterior and the incredibly tender interior, for both lamb and rabbit. Spectacular! For the Dentramelia chefs, cooking is a true art, a journey through sight, smell, and taste, but above all through the feelings and emotions that a chef, by preparing his dishes, can evoke in those who enjoy them. All this makes an ordinary dish uncommon. Dentramelia's cuisine is pure talent, the rediscovery of a pure and genuine tradition, all Italian. Emotions of the soul were enhanced by Yuri's smiles and infinite kindness. His service is characterized by a very high level of preparation, professionalism, kindness, courtesy, friendliness, and absolute precision. Yuri covers the entire restaurant with incredible coordination, managing to offer consistently excellent service. The dishes on the menu are characterized by a bouquet and persistence on the palate of the highest quality, which translates into pure tradition. A continuous flow of flavors and emotions that begins with the consistency of the ingredients used and then culminates in the perfection of the evolution from the first bite. Two elements predominate: the preparation technique and the excellent quality of the raw materials. The technique is a broad and expert demonstration of a chef's knowledge of what the verb "cook" means. This quality standard allows the diner to fully enjoy the flavors. The secondary elements are never used to cover the main element of the dish but always accompany it, allowing the palate to distinguish the flavors from one another. 13/07/2025: A small restaurant in the center of Amelia, with simple furnishings and discreet, impeccable service. The local cuisine selection is limited, but meticulously prepared. I highly recommend the excellent homemade pasta, which makes you feel like you're being pampered by your grandmother: the briciola is wonderful, the pigeon ragù excellent. The house wine is a wonderful local red, and the food and drink are excellent at very reasonable prices.

04/06/2025: Su consiglio di gente del posto io e mia moglie abbiamo lasciato i luoghi piu' turistici del lago e siamo andati a San Feliciano con lo scopo specifico di assaggiare un menù fatto esclusivamente di pesci di lago. Scelta azzeccata. Il ristorante é elegante anche se un pò datato e forse poco adatto ai giovani ma la location é bella e la cucina senz'altro valida. Abbiamo assaporato l'antipasto misto di pesce del Trasimeno, i filetti di codregone in tre modi diversi, ottime tagliatelle alla tinca affummicata. Mezzo punto in meno forse per il capitone alla spiedo, un pò troppo piccolo come taglia. Se un giorno passeremo di nuovo da quelle parti ci rifermeremo senz'altro da Settimio.

27/05/2025: A San Feliciano splendidi panorami alimentano sensazioni di pace e cari ricordi (visita a "la Zizaia" con Faliero Marcianti). Francesco e il suo staff ti coccolano con ricette antiche e nuove. Pesce fresco, preparato perfettamente, ti mette in crisi per una scelta. Per fortuna la bravissima Sofia ci aiuta. Applausi allora per: -latterini fritti -tegamaccio -grigliata e frittura mista -carpa regina in porchetta -capitone allo spiedo. A presto.

15/07/2025: The atmosphere is very "homey," but the friendliness of the owners and the quality of the food are the real highlights. Everything is truly delicious; if I'd only focused on the aesthetics, I would have missed the opportunity to try their dishes. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality they offer.

13/10/2025: The paccheri cacio e pepe were completely tasteless (the cooking water lacked salt), topped with liquid cream and no pecorino cheese; the raw roast chicken was sadly served alone on the plate...perhaps a drizzle of garnish would have been more visually pleasing; the lamb ribs were the only good dish. The desserts were mediocre.

13/10/2025: Beautiful classic Italian restaurant. Very cozy and historic, being able to eat a great family meal in a 19th century establishment. Thank you Fatima for a wonderful dining experience!

28/09/2025: Sport fishing, crystal-clear waters, excellent fish. The view of the 175-meter Tibetan bridge is a breathtaking experience.
