08/09/2025: I returned after a long time and found the pizza a little less tasty than in the past. The quality is still good, however. The service is adequate and the prices are reasonable.

01/09/2025: Not sure why this place gets bad reviews from some users. It just seems to be a mismatch of expectations regarding the dough. This is not a place for the roman airy light pinsa (which I'm not a fan of). This is full, tasty, hard dough that tastes great! And how can you beat half liter of white wine for 5 euros? Just try it! If you want pinsa, go to a pinsa place!

09/07/2025: Superb array of craft beer in the fridge and a small good selection of local Pales, IPA and DIPA on tap. Food menu is simple but the service and welcome was very nice.

05/06/2025: Perfect place to sample local craft beer. The owners treat you like family.

27/08/2025: We had a coffee, the girl at the bar was very kind and even gave us a glass of water (before the coffee) without asking.

11/08/2025: Very nice place. Even though we arrived late, the kitchen was closed, but the lady was very helpful and made us some excellent sandwiches anyway. Excellent service.

20/07/2025: A quaint place to eat fresh, high-quality local produce. The staff is extremely kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about explaining all the local products. The interior is well-maintained and stocked with a wide variety of food and drinks to purchase and take home, and the outdoor area is a small corner that creates a magical atmosphere in a remote part of Perugia.

16/06/2025: Very nice place! They made us a sandwich upon request. The service was really friendly – all the ladies and the man behind the counter were very helpful. We even got a nice little snack and paid very little for all the food we received. The garden outside is beautiful. You can also order hot meals.

For those who prefer a lighter option, they also offer rich and tasty salads, prepared with care and attention. The staff was incredibly kind, always available, and always smiling. 21/08/2025: It's like eating at grandma's house! They welcome you with a smile, and the same goes for the dishes throughout the evening. Granddaughter Francesca is incredibly sweet and professional, her face framed by small black curls and bright, curious eyes. She looked after us, recommending masterfully prepared dishes. It's the best restaurant we've ever encountered within an 80km radius!!! And anyone who doesn't appreciate that hint of lemon in wild boar is completely lost!!!

18/07/2025: Posto assolutamente sconsigliato. Lasagna congelata riscaldata e fatta riscaldare nuovamente perché congelata nella parte centrale. Posto fuori non pulito. Costoso per quello che ti danno non ne vale la pena. Diffidate dal menù turistico! Una presa in giro.

14/06/2025: Se il buongiorno si vede dal mattino… non ero mai stato in Umbria e ho avuto la grande fortuna di trovare un posto come questo, dove la gentilezza la qualità dei prodotti e l’accoglienza di sicuro non sono mancati… Colazione strepitosa con torte fatte in casa… e tanta cortesia… ho letto recensioni che si lamentano della strada! Non riesco a capirlo, abitando in Piemonte per noi le strade così sono uno standard… ringrazio lo staff per l’ospitalità e non vedo l’ora di ritornarci… Grazie davvero ce ne vorrebbero tanti di ristoranti così…🧡🧡🧡🧡

25/02/2025: Su segnalazione dei miei figli Francesco e Simone sono andato al ristorante Bosco 131 di Perugia segnalatomi per piatti innovativi e perinvogliami mi hanno regalato una gift card. Già dalla lettura del menù si capisce che il locale punta ad un'offerta di qualità e la scelta delle materie prima denota grande attenzione. Materie prime di ottima qualità e cucinate espresse, in maniera gustosa e servite. Menù vario ed originale. Abbiamo preso un po dal menù di degustazione ed altro fidandoci del maître anche per l'abbinamento dei vini. Ci è piaciuto tutto, non da ultimo la disponibilità, la cortesia e la simpatia del personale. il giudizio globale positivo e rimane un locale che val la pena provare e penso che tornerò .. Parcheggio comodissimo.

02/02/2025: E' sempre molto piacevole fare una visita a questo storico locale del perugino, innanzitutto per la qualità della proposta enogastronomica offerta da Luigi ed dal suo staff, ma anche per la piacevole atmosfera che si respira. Servizio sempre attento e puntuale. Prezzo adeguato.

28/08/2025: Not far from the E45, it's in a good location. The last 600 meters are really bumpy and narrow. There's practically nothing around. Everything is very quiet, and the staff is really kind and helpful. Breakfast is good but too repetitive. Basically, there are only cakes for dessert (including gluten-free ones) and scrambled eggs and salami; I was hoping for better. The pool is lovely. The rooms are large and spacious, but the bathrooms are very dated.

07/09/2025: Good morning, unfortunately, we left with high expectations, given the host's kindness when taking our reservation. Arriving at 2:00 PM sharp to enjoy a well-deserved lunch, we gradually discovered surprises: 1) Classic method sparkling wine opened with a bang, like at the best New Year's Eve celebrations... Absolutely wrong. Poured with abundant foam, to our amazement. 2) The interior lacks soundproofing despite the very close tables and the echoing walls. I couldn't even hear my wife... You might say... Maybe... But if I'm spending more than €100, I want a quality restaurant. 3) The next table had two, yes, two dogs that barked throughout the entire lunch... They could have invited the group to eat outside. It disturbed the entire room, including the waiters. 4) We asked for eggplant parmigiana with burrata... Do you have burrata? Yes. It arrives... with an almost non-existent cheese drizzle. If I ask if it has burrata, I ask if it has a burrata on the plate, not a colata. Basically, a slightly larger replica of one of the seven appetizers on the other appetizer. Absurd. 5) Cacio e pepe... cheese never arrived. Pepper forgotten in the kitchen like salt. Both first courses were tasteless. Truffle on the second course was almost invisible. 6) I'd say enough is enough, we didn't order anything else. It's a shame because it looks good, with courteous staff, but minimal service. They never changed the cutlery despite the mix of odors and flavors that didn't blend together. Pretty serious.

02/09/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Locanda Del Postiglione a few days ago: delicious food (the millefeuille for dessert is especially recommended), charming atmosphere (the view from the outdoor tables is stunning), and good service. My only complaint: the wait was a bit too long.

Please pay more attention to this aspect because it certainly makes a difference. Also, I should point out that the bathroom in dormitory 1 has a handheld showerhead that doesn't work.
