Nella mia famiglia siamo tutti* vegan ed è decisamente complicato trovare un ristorante che abbia un menù vegano a Terni che non offra solo pasta al pomodoro. Qui oltre all'infinita gentilezza e disponibilità della chef e del personale, ho ritrovato innovazione e ricerca nelle pietanze e cura sia del cliente che della materia prima. Consiglio vivamente il tortino di patate con fonduta di nocciole : spaziale!!

24/04/2025: Magnificent culinary experience in this small restaurant in the center of Terni. I highly recommend the hot and cold appetizer, keeping in mind that it is already a meal on its own! The fish first courses and the Coda di volpe are also excellent. Points against: place with little attention to detail and, above all, service timing definitely needs improvement.

06/06/2025: Beautiful place with good staff. Beautiful garden, lots of greenery and characteristic interiors. Place managed by Italian. We passed by there for lunch, the owner stayed to chat with us, he was very kind. We ate very well!! Recommended!!

Linguine with artichokes overcooked and tasteless and also broken Ravioli with ricotta and spinach covered in butter Gluten-free bread brought to the table with a truly terrible flavor! Dessert quite anonymous in flavor

30/05/2025: The food here was the best in our visit to Italy! The artichokes were awesome, and the pear antipasto was something we wished we could have tried again. There were three of us, and we had wine with our meal. Price seemed reasonable. Yum!

21/05/2025: I had the pleasure of staying there for ten days during a training course. Michela and her staff really know how to make you feel at home. The attention to the customer is noticeable from breakfast, but the patience and availability they had towards us, adapting to our needs with times out of step with the pace of the course, are priceless.

The owner recommends excellent places to eat nearby and what to visit! The only flaw is the dirt road to get there but the view will repay you 🤩

22/03/2025: Era da tempo che avevamo puntato questo locale, ma per un motivo o l'altro non eravamo mai riusciti a realizzare questo progetto, comunque credeteci: l'attesa è stata ampiamente ripagata!! Il signor Carlo e tutto il suo staff, si prodigano per farti sentire a proprio agio, cibo superlativo! Abbiamo preso l'antipastissimo, un vero tripudio di sapori, poi la carpa regina in porchetta ed il tegamaccio ai funghi, tutto buonissimo!! Il locale non è grandissimo, ma è ben sfruttato e nel rispetto delle distanze che ancora oggi è bene mantenere memori di un passato non molto lontano. Esperienza positivissima, grazie sig. Carlo!!
