23/12/2025: A place immersed in nature, just a few kilometers from Gubbio. The traditional menu is rich and delicious. The staff is truly friendly. The downstairs dining room is welcoming, and the fireplace added a charming touch to the experience. There were 12 of us at the table, and everyone was satisfied. Recommended.

A full, vibrant restaurant: tables occupied, people eating and talking, waiters constantly bustling about, the cash register welcoming and greeting, the bar serving as a hub. The large fireplace with its exposed grills, the almost excessive warmth enveloping everything. It's not easy to say what I liked and what I didn't, because experiences like this must first and foremost be respected. In 2026, it takes courage to operate a restaurant like this, with a vision that belongs to another era and business dynamics that have profoundly changed today. Tradition is valuable only when accompanied by technique, awareness, and training. And above all, by the heart that is poured into what you do. Inheriting a place doesn't mean you're obligated to inherit its destiny. You can choose to carry it forward only if you're willing to get back into the game, studying, updating yourself, and understanding the present. This work must thrive on your natural talents: altruism, hospitality, empathy, and a spirit of service. Catering isn't just a job, it's a lifestyle. And when it's no longer a lifestyle, it takes honesty and courage to acknowledge it and change. Thank you for taking me on this journey back in time.

08/03/2026: I had 3 starters, 3 main courses, and 3 desserts. The starters and main courses were very good, well-balanced, and with perfectly adequate portions. The desserts could be improved, in my opinion. They were good, but I don't know if they could be improved given the quality of the starters and main courses. The price was reasonable, except for the slightly pricey desserts. The staff was discreet and helpful.

14/12/2025: Fantastic sandwich in one of the quietest and most charming corners of town. The ingredients are undeniably high-quality, especially the porchetta and truffle cream. I think it's a father and son team that exudes warmth and a warm welcome.

05/01/2026: This place was recommended to us by a friend from Spoleto, and I have to say, he couldn't have given us a better recommendation. The place is in the countryside and seems almost difficult to find, but once you enter, you immediately feel welcomed and pampered by the staff with great professionalism and courtesy. The food is excellent, traditional but with a slight twist, and not at all banal. Prices are in line with the quality of the food and the service. I definitely recommend it!

The lady who welcomed us was incredibly kind and gracious: she let us taste everything with great enthusiasm, without ever making us feel in the way. The products, especially the wild boar ones, are exceptional! Congratulations for the quality and the welcome. Furthermore, with great courtesy, all the products we purchased were vacuum-packed for our return trip to Padua. Impeccable service, attentive to every detail. We will definitely be back! 05/02/2026: A delicious trattoria! We stopped for dinner and tried several dishes, all truly delicious and plentiful (the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms is highly recommended, truly excellent). The service was super friendly, there was no wait, and the prices were very reasonable. A wonderful experience, we'll definitely be back!
