16/03/2025: We only took 2 first courses and dessert but they were really good and of good quality!! Average high price!!

22/03/2025: A lantern for special occasions that shines and gives prestige to Foligno. Dishes with local ingredients expertly created and explained by the owner who sometimes comes out to talk to customers. Reservations recommended as it is small.

23/02/2025: Small place so booking would be best. Excellent quality-quantity and price ratio. The meat and the 'Gran Varietà' starter are recommended, which also includes bruschetta suitable for vegetarians. The small size of the restaurant favors direct interaction with the owner, who sometimes comes out of the kitchen to illustrate the dishes and talk to the customers.

11/04/2025: We visited Tebro daily on our stay in Spoleto for a midafternoon snack of cakes and cappuccino. It’s a rather elegant old style coffee house/bakery with a large separate room where you are seated at no extra charge.

14/04/2025: We went for dinner on Friday, a very suggestive place, from the entrance you can already see the fireplace where the embers are cooked, ordering meat becomes a prerogative with that scent. Numbers are assigned to respect the queue, after ordering we waited a bit for the second course, but the waiter kindly brought us two steaks instead of one because it wasn't big enough. We spent around 60 euros, we left full and satisfied! Compliments.

14/04/2025: Rustic and home-made restaurant, without pretensions. A few steps from the center of Assisi, a typical Umbrian farmhouse restaurant, with a vast choice of various dishes, all very good. Barbecue in the center of the room, I recommend meats of any kind to have here, potatoes and onions are also good and each dish has the torte al testo and scamorza cooked on the grill, particular. If you love simplicity I highly recommend. Restaurant frequented by locals.

16/03/2025: 2 days in Assisi 2 days dinner at the alley. Amazing, friendly and approachable guys It felt like we had known each other for a lifetime. I was more sorry to return home for them than for the beautiful Assisi. Very recommended, very talented Rossella. A big kiss to all the staff, the guys from Florence (Bellagio)🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

01/03/2025: Small restaurant in an "alley" indeed... Very kind staff, very good cuisine... I would have given 4/5 only for the inconvenience of the stairs to climb with a stroller, but I give 5 for the kindness of the owner in helping us

04/04/2025: An excellent tavern overall. The wine selection is great; the staff is very competent and can give useful advice on places and wines to pair. The tartare is prepared at the table with skill, following the tastes of the diners. Really tasty cheese bread is also served. To be recommended without reservations.

23/10/2024: Literally unbelievable. Trust me when I say this, if you come here you will not regret it. Firstly, if you haven't been to this town, the view from this place and the look of everything is like something out of the movies. You come over the hill and it's like you've crossed into Switzerland or something. Second, the people are just so amazing. Maria has got to be the kindest, most epic person in the hospitality business we've ever met. She literally will make dinner with the rest of the crew and leave at 10:30 at night and then come back to make breakfast at 8:00 in the morning. If you're traveling around and you have laundry, they will wash and dry and fold your clothes for you. I'm telling you, this place is something else you've never experienced. In the old town, up the hill, you absolutely must to stop at the little bar on the left and visit Roberto, third generation owner of this little bar that was opened 103 years ago.

07/12/2024: When we are in Scheggino we go there often. The pasta is homemade. The gnocchi remind me of the ones my mother made, delicious. The meat was excellent, not to mention the trout, the side dishes and the desserts.

01/04/2025: The place is that of an informal but tastefully furnished trattoria, a gem in the main square of Bevagna. Very good food, we tried the "civiero", an incredible medieval stew, pork shank (and saw some pretty good platters pass by). Absolutely recommended, we will be back!

28/03/2025: Very nice restaurant, very kind staff and particular menu. Excellent platter to be enjoyed by two. The gentlemen near us had some truffle tagliatelle and a soup that were fantastic just to look at. Definitely a place to recommend

10/04/2025: The atmosphere is wonderful. The wine was great! Typical old world grotto feel. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the atmosphere: I ordered the steak- medium and it came out past well done! This was a ribeye and they wrecked it. The salad that came with it was plain lettuce that was past its prime. Pasta and lobster was marginal....pasta over cooked and fishy, but the lobster was ok. We are experienced international travelers.....this was very disappointing!

23/03/2025: I had lunch and also slept... The restaurant was really nice and the food was excellent, the room was nice but I found better while walking around... Breakfast was very poor and not well looked after..

06/04/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Gubbio. Excellent food and good value for money. The only flaw was that the waiter was a little too intrusive.

Conduzione familiare e molti ingredienti autoprodotti, cucinati in maniera sublime in una cucina igienicamente perfetta. In anni non hanno mai sbagliato un piatto, pasta in casa meravigliosa come anche i secondi e il sagrantino. L'accoglienza è il loro plus. Venire qui è la festa!

Excellent food, excellent prices and fantastic kindness of the staff... the snails, which they have in different ways, are truly exceptional!!! Absolutely recommended
