06/08/2024: Grande cortesia da parte del titolare e piatti locali cucinati in maniera eccellente ambiente un po' ristretto ma accogliente

02/08/2024: Un po' deluso....le portate erano sufficientemente buone (non ottime), ma ridotte! Abbiamo preso 4 assaggi di tartare (temperatura ambiente ad agosto, da quanto tempo erano fuori dal frigorifero? - inoltre una aveva dei nervetti, tanto che ho dovuto usare un coltello per dividerla) Uno tortino di melanzane (niente di eccezionale, pieno di sugo) 2 porzioni di pici al ragù di chianina, che sembravano due mezze porzioni. Erano buoni, ma ripeto pochi! 2 tagliate, carne tenera, ma sempre poca! Verdure grigliate Vino della casa in bottiglia: buono, ma non economico! Tutto al costo di 123€, a me sembra un po' esagerato, nel rapporto quantità/qualità prezzo!! Inoltre, rispetto al prezzo, su TripAdvisor ci sono foto del menù del 2020 che non sono più valide. Mi sembra che ci sia un aumento del 80% su più portate, ma forse la quantità/qualità è la stessa di prima. Confermo che il titolare strilla ai dipendenti!

09/07/2024: Beautiful experience... Truly top-notch welcome and hospitality... We chose the tasting menu and were truly delighted... The tartare was very good combined with the two basil and spicy mayonnaise.. Not to mention the truly fantastic pizza tasting... very good pizza... a crumbly dough.... really tasty, really good.. The right price....

05/07/2024: Brave in pizza and champagne attire. Excellent service, impeccable ingredients and preparation. In addition to champagne, some beers are available, but the nature of the place is the same and you have to try it, you will be satisfied. The location isn't too bad either, despite being in the shopping center area

14/08/2024: Spectacular is an understatement, an informal place just outside Norcia, don't let the place fool you, if you want to eat truffles you're in the right place here. Delicious starters, first and second courses, fresh truffle (not truffle sauce), generous portions and very kind staff. It's really worth going back and coming back!

11/08/2024: We went to eat at this restaurant today. We spent little and ate divinely. Highly recommended: strangozzi with porcini mushrooms and truffle and steak with truffle. Very kind owners. I recommend booking

23/08/2024: Courteous and knowledgeable staff in the wine cellar, excellent quality dishes, relaxing atmosphere in the small external mezzanine overlooking Piazza Danti accompanied by jazz music at the right volume to accompany a quiet evening. Highly recommended

18/08/2024: These, according to the young waitress, are stuffed ravioli. Although I told her that they looked like tortelloni to me, she denied the evidence saying that they were revisited ravioli. Incredulous, I ate 5 of these tasteless masses, in theory "Ravioli stuffed with asparagus, leek and potatoes", for 18 euros... Initially, I asked the other waitress if the sausage could be removed from the gnocchi for intolerance reasons. This can't be done because according to the chef "every dish has its own balance that cannot be changed".

14/08/2024: During our stay in Spoleto we received the tip to eat here. We have eaten here seven times. It is a small menu with all local specialties. All, one by one, really delicious dishes. Service is super attentive and the chef is phenomenal. The chef always comes by for a chat or to see if you are enjoying yourself. If we are ever in Umbria again, we will definitely go back to Chateau de Pep!

01/04/2024: Spectacular place, small atmosphere, I recommend booking to find a seat. You enter and it teleports you directly to the brasserie of your choice. If you have a beer you like but it's not on the menu, ask, they probably have it anyway. The staff is excellent, the food is good and different from what you find in a classic pub. A truly gem to recommend to anyone passing through Gubbio. Heartfelt congratulations Update, I immediately had the opportunity to return with friends from Perugia. The "Calabro" and the pairing with the Bon Voeux are also very good. However, nothing to do, absurd choice of beer for those who want to learn and enjoy. Today also a smoked German one I've never heard of before.

29/07/2024: We were there a week ago, passing through for one night... the staff is friendly and the location is suggestive, the pool is nice... a negative note is the rooms... we ended up in a very hot attic, it was impossible to sleep for the temperature..an old fan was not enough to cool the room a little....the rooms certainly need to be improved...few power sockets and badly made....the breakfast was good but without anything salty and with little variety....the quality/price ratio is not adequate.

15/07/2024: Excellent food and fantastic location. Eaten outdoors in the really pretty square. Friendly and fast service even though the place was full. Wide choice of bottled beers with very particular brands and varieties that are difficult to find in common places. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

28/08/2024: Excellent family-run restaurant in every way, the lady is very professional, the chef (owner) offers cuisine with fresh local products, we had lunch with my partner, we were delighted. If I come to the area we will definitely return.

25/08/2024: We went to this restaurant for the first time for lunch to celebrate a birthday and I must say that everything surprised me... the quality of the dishes and the very helpful waiters were excellent. The place is very well kept and equipped.

21/08/2024: I stopped for lunch while traveling on my motorbike. It was great outdoors, a cool and pleasant place. Very good typical local food, meat cooked properly and the side dishes also appreciable. I would go back I'm sure I'll have a good time

04/08/2024: We went for dinner last year and I had removed the name of the place so I couldn't write a review...I did a Google search and luckily I found it! You may be wondering why... why we absolutely have to go back this year!!! Spectacular location, with breathtaking views, excellent service, food??? a pleasure 😋. Particularly the wait, they offer slices of bread on a tray and extra virgin olive oil and salt to season it…exceptional!!! We ordered sliced ​​meat which my husband devoured without giving me time to take photos, two fabulous first courses, a bottle of wine... Congratulations, see you soon!!!
