05/09/2025: We’ve been to this restaurant three times already and I’d like to share our experience. The first time, we didn’t know that the tables were reserved. I sat down, and then the waitress – a blonde lady – came over with quite an attitude, telling us that we had to go to the counter so she could show us where to sit. I would have completely understood that if she had explained it nicely, but the way she said it was really unpleasant. It was our very first visit, so we honestly had no idea, and she could have handled it with a smile. On our second visit, the waitress was much friendlier, which was a nice surprise. By the third time, we were convinced this is a place worth coming back to – the service was much better, and the food, as always, was outstanding. Speaking of food – absolutely delicious! The carbonara pizza gets a solid 10/10. You can really taste that it’s baked in a proper wood-fired oven, not an electric one. The flavors are amazing, and it’s definitely worth visiting if you want a truly tasty meal. Despite that one unpleasant first impression, the restaurant absolutely deserves praise – the food is so good that we’ll definitely be back. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well and enjoy authentic flavors.

20/07/2025: Honestly, given the reviews, I expected much more. Maybe it was just a bad day? I don't know... The place was okay, the food was average. The staff made gross errors (including overcooking meat) in serving certain dishes when they didn't know what was in them. They served fish ravioli instead of ricotta and chanterelles as ordered. After reporting the issue, they apologized. I wouldn't return...

08/09/2025: On Sunday 07/09 for lunch I showed up at 1.30pm and the arrogant and lying lady said no, we were full, all the tables were set individually and the kitchen closed at 2pm, for me it can close, shame on me

05/09/2025: I came to fish in the Chiese, and stayed at the Hotel Europa, which was very good. I had lunch today: tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, excellent, then an Indian dish: lamb curry. Everything was really good.

10/08/2025: I stayed for two days and I strongly advise against it because the rooms have no air conditioning, the breakfast buffet is poor with pre-packaged foods, but the lady with short hair who works there is the worst thing that could happen to you (unfriendly, rude, sends customers to hell, treated a little girl badly who asked about the buffet that had run out).

31/07/2025: I spent a wonderful week with my family at this hotel. The property is welcoming, family-friendly, and surrounded by nature. What made our stay truly special was the owners' friendliness. Gianni, the owner, was available to suggest walks and excursions, and he also offered us a tasting of local cheeses and cured meats, demonstrating his deep connection to the region. The waiters—Alex the maitre d', Agostino our waiter, and the other two serving staff—were always available and ready to satisfy our every request with a smile and politeness. The food was excellent, thanks to chef Vincenzo, who gave us a true culinary experience, delighting us with typical Trentino dishes. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

26/07/2025: A summer vacation in the mountains seeking relaxation, silence, nature, and woodland walks led us by pure chance to book a stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we appreciated the unique atmosphere, the tastefully furnished rooms made even more welcoming by soft background music and a pleasant scent that immediately encouraged relaxation. The room was very comfortable, intimate, yet thoughtfully designed. Impeccably clean, the mattresses were truly comfortable, and the thoughtful touch of providing two pillows of different heights for each guest made all the difference. But the beating heart of this place is the team that manages it. The welcome was genuine and authentic, with a helpfulness and kindness that remained with us throughout our stay. Special thanks go to Gianni, the owner, always ready to recommend trails and routes for our mountain hikes and for introducing us to the authentic flavors of the area through the tastings he offered. And the dining room... well, it is undoubtedly the hotel's crown jewel. The culinary offerings are top-notch, with a rich buffet of appetizers and main courses served at the table, expertly prepared to order. Each course, from the presentation to the refined flavor, reveals the great expertise of Chef Vincenzo, who delighted us with typical specialties and risottos that were nothing short of unbeatable. But what transformed each dinner into an authentic experience was the exceptional humanity of the dining room staff. The dining room is their stage: maître d' Alex directs every service with impeccable professionalism and an almost telepathic attention, ensuring that everything is perfect with a grace and care that goes far beyond mere duty, not to mention his extraordinary ability to anticipate desires and fulfill every request, even the most unusual. And then Agostino, our waiter, with his ever-attentive presence and spontaneous thoughtfulness, who always accompanied each course with the precious gift of a sincere smile and a perfectly timed joke, making each dinner pleasantly welcoming and full of family warmth. These people are what make a place truly special. What can I say... we were looking for a vacation to rest our bodies, and we found a place that regenerates our souls. We found so much more than a hotel: a welcoming home, a smiling family, and an experience we will cherish forever. Thank you for everything.

18/08/2025: We went here for lunch and had high expectations, but they really disappointed me. The place has incredible potential, but it doesn't deliver. The food was average, except for the fact that the fish steak had six bones, and when we pointed this out, they didn't say anything, not even "sorry" or "excuse me." Furthermore, the desserts after 2 pm weren't the ones on the menu (they didn't even warn us), but simpler ones off the menu. We had a Linzer torte that was completely burned on the outside and dry on the inside. Of course, the waitress said, "Yeah, it's a little burned." In other words, if you know a product isn't good, then you don't serve it. Those are the basic rules. They didn't even take anything off the bill as an apology. I think there's still a long way to go, or rather, it would be a good idea to change the chef or reorganize the kitchen. For a 5-star restaurant, certain mistakes aren't allowed. Not even in a trattoria.

17/08/2025: I base my review solely on our lunch visit to the restaurant, which should have been a special treat for us during Ferragosto. The ambiance and cuisine were outstanding, but the service left much to be desired and didn't live up to the promises and expectations. We were served by a total of nine waiters who weren't coordinated with each other and were split into three groups, each responsible for us for an hour. There was neither communication nor an orderly handover between shifts, and the kitchen also suffered as a result, having its problems with the scheduling. We had a reservation for 12:30 p.m. and opted for a surprise menu, the last course of which was served three and a half hours later. This is simply not worthy of such a magnificent-looking hotel/restaurant with such a wonderful setting.

26/08/2025: Fantastically delicious croissants with fillings upon request. We had pistachio and it was heavenly 🥐 The ice cream is also traditional Italian, creamy, fruity, and excellent! The espresso is also highly recommended ☕ The owner was attentive, quick, and very friendly - absolutely recommendable 💛🩷💜

13/08/2025: Delicious gelato! Was just what we needed after a hot day, so creamy and taste homemade not synthetic at all, lovely service too, the server was chilled, friendly and helpful. Sat on the small green and watched the locals at the coffee shop, such a pleasant worth while stop, thank you!
