26/06/2025: Ordered sausage with pickled cabbage and another with fries—both very tasty! Beautiful view, friendly and kind staff, and plenty of sauces. Really good atmosphere with great comfort food.

24/04/2025: Mi sono fermata per caso a mangiare un panino con gli amici e siamo tornati anche il giorno dopo, che dire Pippotto ci sa proprio fare, panini deliziosi prezzi buoni e cortesia che non guasta mai!

06/07/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was negative, the quality and quantity did not match the price. €13 for 3 dumplings with a diameter of just over a marble seems excessive to me. The dessert we chose was strudel, served straight from the fridge (cold) with a drizzle of whipped cream, 2 cm of slice... €6.

17/06/2025: We have just returned from staying at this hotel. It was our first time in Ortisei. The hotel is centrally located right in front of the square where the buses stop. The hotel looks very nice and seems to have just been built. Inside we didn't find even a single stain on the walls and the rooms are spacious and well-kept in everything, especially in terms of cleanliness. When we arrived we parked in their garage under the hotel where a member of staff came to get our bags to take them to the room. We were accompanied to our room by the girl at the reception who explained to us how everything worked. The outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage is fantastic, with deck chairs for sunbathing. There are also sofas and chairs where you can have a drink in the evening: obviously there is also space inside in case of bad weather. The dining room is well-structured with excellent food and fantastic staff, very kind and helpful. After dinner we had our usual appointment at the bar with the bartender Nicola with whom we became friends right away: he is very nice and knows how to take a joke! Now let's talk about the wellness center: at the entrance you will find Marlene to welcome you. A very kind girl ready to explain if you need. The Spa has a very spacious indoor pool with loungers to relax. On the other side you can relax with a hydromassage, sauna, Turkish bath, Kneipp path and infrared for the back. We noticed that many guests had already been to this hotel, but we were treated the same way. Another strong point is the guide Lukas, very nice and ready to joke with whom you can go on excursions for both beginners and experts as he manages to organize simplifications in the tour for those who do not walk much. What can I say... very good. CONCLUSION: THE BEST HOTEL FOUND SO FAR WHERE COURTESY AND FRIENDLINESS ARE AT HOME. We will definitely return to this hotel next time.

The hamburgers are amazing, prepared with fresh and top-quality meat, coming directly from the butcher shop above, with whom they collaborate. A guarantee of taste and authenticity! Whether you choose a glass or a bottle, you will be expertly guided by the hostess, always ready to advise with passion and knowledge. For beer lovers, there is also an excellent choice of craft beers in bottles, all carefully selected. The prices are honest and absolutely in line with the quality offered. The place, small and welcoming, also has a delightful outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a moment of relaxation, peace and good food. 07/06/2025: The rooms are nice and very clean. Everything you need is there. The location is a bit out of the way, so if you don't necessarily want to eat at the hotel, you'll have to drive to Castelrotto or Siusi, or walk a bit longer. There are a few parking spaces, but overall they're quite tight, so you should be able to judge the dimensions and turning circle of your vehicle. The breakfast is really good. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We can't say much about the bistro, but the offerings are a bit smaller compared to the past (we noticed this because they no longer serve pizza). The bistro seemed relatively quiet.

06/06/2025: We were given a room overlooking the meadow and forests, with beautiful views. The buffet breakfast was excellent and everything was top-quality. The hotel is close to the village and within walking distance. It has a small spa. All you can hear are the birds. 100% recommended.

09/03/2025: Very kind and helpful manager. Flat area with electricity near a stream which creates a nice atmosphere. There is also a brick barbecue. Easily accessible and also economical to park. The only negative note is in the waste water discharge because if you are a nautical person like me, the cockpit is located at the right end of the discharge area next to a hedge which does not allow for an easy operation. If I had had the bathroom on the left of the camper, draining would have been impossible. No problem for clear water and obviously for those who have the cassette

15/02/2025: Entrate perché questo bar/ ristorante vi stupirà! Ottimi ingredienti freschi e a km 0. Hanno anche piatti pronti per qualsiasi evenienza. Io sono intollerante al lattosio e al glutine ed ho mangiato un panino fatto con i loro grani e formaggio di zona delattosato, e non mi ha dato alcun fastidio. Poi il personale è attento pulito e super gentile!! Super consigliato
