26/06/2025: During our holiday in Alto Adige, we discovered this restaurant thanks to the advice of our campsite… and it was a truly pleasant surprise! The menu offers refined and well-prepared dishes, with a touch of innovation that never clashes with the flavours of the area. We enjoyed every course, from starters to dessert. A round of applause also for the drinks of the day: excellent and original, recommended with competence and courtesy by the dining room staff, who were always welcoming, attentive and helpful. The environment is modern, with attention to detail and very pleasant, perfect for a relaxing and slightly special dinner. Highly recommended for those looking for something different from the usual refuges, with quality and style!

22/08/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ At Senfter in San Candido, we ate very well, with carefully prepared and truly tasty dishes. I'd like to highlight one incident that does the restaurant credit: despite a small error in the service (one dish arrived later than the other two), the waiter handled the situation with great empathy and kindness, apologizing and offering me a simply amazing hay grappa. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but the ability to correct them with professionalism and customer service truly makes the difference. Well done, and absolutely highly recommended!

22/08/2025: First time at Sefeter's in San Candido and definitely not the last! We ate very well in a truly welcoming and well-kept restaurant. There was a slight delay in the delivery of one dish compared to the other two, but the waiter—a delightful man—resolved everything with great kindness and a good dose of humor... and a fantastic grappa! 😄 Very friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, and excellent food. Highly recommended!

31/07/2025: We ate here on vacation with our 16-year-old son. We parked our motorhome on the site opposite. Because it's a restaurant located in a sports complex, our expectations weren't that high, but the pizza 🍕 was amazing 🤩. The value for money was absolutely excellent, and the wine was good too. If we stay at this site again, we'll be happy to come back.

24/07/2025: We've been to South Tyrol several times, but the location at Enneberg-San Vigilio is perfect. The 15-minute drive from the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park is a great advantage. The scenery is magnificent, and many places are easy to reach. The Hotel Olympia is small but perfectly formed, with a fantastic breakfast and a superb dinner. The wellness area is perfectly adequate. Parking is perfectly adequate. The dining atmosphere is very pleasant, and everything is beautifully decorated. The family leaves nothing to be desired. The rooms are very large, and the balconies are a particular plus. We were there with our Goldendoodle. The hotel is super dog-friendly. It was very nice that the surroundings are ideal for walking the dog, and it was also no problem to bring the dog to dinner. We will definitely be back; the price-performance ratio is excellent. However, what I'm experiencing with my wife this week of vacation is so wonderful that I can only express my sincerest thanks to Marco, his delightful daughter Camilla, and everyone who runs this business with incredible love and good taste. 29/04/2025: Nach einer tollen Fahrt bis in 1000m Höhe sahen wir unsere Unterkunft in Dramen von der anderen Talseite. Das Essen war sehr lecker und leider gibt es solche Gasthäuser in D sehr selten noch zu finden. Service sehr freundlich und die Weinauswahl ist super zu moderaten Preisen. Da macht das Geniessen Spass. Gerne wieder und Klasse das so viele eigene Produkte vom Hof verarbeitet werden. Man schmeckt!
