10/09/2025: We ended up here quite spontaneously when we extended our vacation in South Tyrol. We felt very comfortable from the very beginning. You can feel the passion of the whole family. The housekeeper was very nice and made our son's towels into different shapes, like animals, etc. every day. High praise also for the kitchen! The food was excellent. We would love to come back.

21/10/2025: The best place in Bolzano for an original meal or a light snack from morning to evening. This osteria is a must-visit; unfortunately, it's almost too well-known. Between tourists and locals, it quickly fills up, and then your only chance of finding a spot is standing outside at the windowsills. But it's worth it, because the bread and small dishes are simply delicious and authentic, as are the wines. It's been an absolute must for me when I'm in Bolzano for many years. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

21/10/2025: When I'm downtown for work I often go there for lunch. Their bruschetta is excellent and the ingredients are top notch.

14/10/2025: It's really worth taking a detour from the Etsch cycle path (Via Claudia Augusta) and enjoying the sun, delicious Alpitz, great beer, and the amazing service at the Dorfcafé Plaus!

11/08/2025: We came to dinner at the Bistrò restaurant and it was a lovely surprise! The dinner was truly excellent. The venison carpaccio with fresh grilled porcini mushrooms was exquisite! Everything was delicious! We'll definitely be back...

17/10/2025: Cozy little restaurant in the centre of Calliano. Friendly staff. We had the salad which is good for two persons and a pizza each. Everything was delicious. White beer is very good as is the savignon blanc! Grazie mille!

09/10/2025: The good reviews made us eagerly anticipate the country inn. However, my dumpling trio was rather hard and dry. And the grilled meats weren't very juicy either. Unfortunately, we wouldn't go back.

29/10/2025: We stayed one night and I wouldn't recommend it. The room we booked was cold. We asked for the heating to be turned on, but after half an hour, only the bathroom heating worked, not the room heating. We called and were told to wait (even though it was clearly broken, since the other heating worked). Furthermore, the bidet wouldn't flush. At the end of the day, they told us the heating was broken and they would change our room. When we arrived, we found it COLD, too! Embarrassing... and on top of that, we didn't receive a real apology, just a simple "let's turn the heating on now"... Poor service and rude staff. Given the price this hotel charges for one night, I expected at least a more comfortable room and more courtesy.

03/10/2025: For this year's autumn bike tour, we decided to book our hotel as a fixed-priced option for the first time. We wanted a modern, alpine-style hotel in a quiet location as the starting point for our tours. And what can I say? Of all the accommodations we've stayed in the same category on our previous tours, this one is by far the most beautiful, comfortable, friendly, and relaxing. It starts with the welcome at reception, the amazement upon entering the suite, the very friendly service staff (whether reception, waitresses, or room attendants), the delicious dinner (who wouldn't get full after four courses?), an exciting wine tasting, the bike parking, the pool... The list goes on. And the host also took the time for wonderfully entertaining conversations with us. Every day was a delight. Our bodies were active during the day, we were able to marvel at the magnificent nature, and in the afternoon we were able to relax and unwind – both together are balm for the soul. Until next time, Mr. Brunner, you have won us as a regular guest 😃.

07/10/2025: A lovely restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking Lake Nembia. I ate very well, and we were served without a wait. I highly recommend it.

22/10/2025: We visited the Ostaria at Castel Ringberg. Beautiful setting among the vineyards overlooking Lake Caldaro. The tasting at the wine shop left much to be desired - the young man serving didn’t seem to be particularly engaged or enthusiastic, given how amazing the wines are was a shame. Still the wines are all quite unique and elegant and definitely worth exploring.

13/10/2025: Luisa, the wine tour guide, was without question the most knowledgeable, engaging and full of personality hostess you would ever wish for! Loved every minute being with her.

25/08/2025: I stopped in Castelbello with my family for breakfast. It was a very comfortable and charming place, with quick service and a friendly waiter. The products were good.
