13/06/2025: I can't judge the cuisine because my experience stopped at the entrance. With a welcome like the one shown by the young lady serving in the dining room, my husband and I simultaneously decided to say goodbye and go elsewhere. Too bad: maybe the chef was also good

23/02/2025: Ci sono stato a pranzo una domenica di inverno. Immagino che in estate si mangi fuori e sarà sicuramente meglio che l’interno. Cameriere gentilissimo e si mangia veramente bene a prezzi ragionevoli. Ci torno alla prima occasione. Quattro stelle che possono diventare 5 se risolvono il ‘problema’ delle ragnatele agli angoli dei muri…basta poco quindi. Dai, fate questo piccolo sforzo !!! Bravi comunque .

02/06/2025: Cucina gourmet da 10 e lode in Val di Fassa. Lasciandoci tentare dal percorso da 6 portate del territorio, siamo stati accompagnati in eccellenza di sapori e presentazione. Gusto inattesi ma ben orchestrati, non estremi ma inpensati quello si, porzioni adatte e presentazioni che colpivano l'osservatore, senza tuttavia intimidire. Ritmo di servizio perfetto, non lento da consumare la serata, non affrettato da non lasciare il piacere conviviale. Piccole accortezze come entrè, pane e buon olio per iniziare. Personale in sala sempre attento, capace di orientare con sorrisi e consigli richiesti, senza eccedere nel voler essere presente divenendo così invadente. Ambiente piacevole, numero di coperti non troppo ampio da disperdere la sensazione di essere fra amici in occasione speciale. Vini al calice ben selezionati, piacevoli e consigliati con la giusta franchezza ed esperienza. Prezzo ragionevole per la complessità e l'ampiezza del menù, le materie prime uniche e del territorio, la loro qualità e la gestione complessiva. Tutto in linea alla tipologia di ristorazione attesa e scelta, non per tutti i giorni ma neppure per una volta e mai più, percependo uno scomodo disallineamento nel dare e ricevere.. qui non accadrà. Insomma, se foste in zona e desideraste una cena di misura, non perdete l'occasione per farvi tentare e sentire la passione di coloro che amano il loro lavoro di ristorazione, ne varrà la pena.

27/04/2025: Ok ristorante gourmet ma i prezzi sono spropositati, 4 euro il coperto senza neanche la tovaglia, anche perché non credo sia molto igienico il puro tavolo. Come faccio a sapere se è stato pulito a dovere?

31/05/2025: Good hotel with a great breakfast We were very satisfied with our stay at the Activ Hotel Sonne. The breakfast was surprisingly good – especially the option to have a freshly prepared egg dish prepared to order. The rooms are clean and functional. The walls are a bit thin, but it didn't bother us. We were able to park right next to the hotel while unloading; the parking lot across the street is accessible with a code you receive upon check-in. Highly recommended for the reasonable price in the region!

24/05/2025: A great place to stay, friendly and helpful staff, decent room and storage for our bicycles. The staff informed us about the free tourist pass that allows travel on the bus so we were able to take the bus from just outside the hotel down to Brunico for a greater range of places to eat. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed a welcome drink in the cosy bar.

13/07/2025: Cibo ottimo, preparato con cura. Vista sulla cucina. Il ristorante ha un ambiente molto curato e una cucina deliziosa, ma purtroppo il servizio non è all’altezza. Spero che migliorino l’attenzione ai dettagli, perché il posto merita davvero!

08/06/2025: We stopped on the return flight for lunch on June 2nd....very happy. We hadn't booked but they quickly set up a table for us. We ate some amazing first courses. Impeccable service from the restaurant manager. Typical and refined products, all homemade.... sorbet alla per top!! Kitchen in sight.... compliments! Elena

20/06/2025: We discovered this ice cream parlor a few years ago on a bike ride to Lake Garda. Since then, it's almost become a tradition for us to stop for ice cream in Silandro at every opportunity. Unfortunately, something has changed in the meantime. The ice cream, which once impressed with its exceptional creaminess and intense flavor, now seems rather watered-down and generic. It's still "okay," but that certain something that once distinguished it is completely missing. The scoops also seem to have gotten smaller. The service is still friendly and attentive – nothing to complain about. But overall, what was once a special ice cream parlor has now become just another one. A real shame. Unfortunately, for us, there's no reason to plan a special detour for it anymore.

28/05/2025: Ottimo posto. Abbiamo pranzato sotto gli alberi e pur essendo il ristorante pieno siamo stati serviti in tempi rapidi e con gran cortesia. Cibo molto buono, birra idem, prezzo corretto.

26/05/2025: Locale tipico splendidamente organizzato e ristrutturato. L'accoglienza è stata così calda che pareva di essere nel sud e non nel rigido mondo teutonico!! Camerieri molto gentili, simpatici, efficienti. Ci hanno offerto anche la grappa a fine pasto. Ottimi i canederli e il loro tagliere per due persone, dolci super abbondanti. Birra da loro prodotta molto buona.

22/03/2025: Dumplings Dumplings Dumplings. I have never eaten such good dumplings. They will be in my dreams for a long time. We went there for lunch with my wife. I had 2 first courses... the Canederli, in fact, and an encore of gnocchi and strangolapreti. Everything was excellent, but the dumplings (or rather tennis balls due to their size) touched the taste buds of my heart. Very kind and attentive staff. If you go I recommend you take......😂😂😂😂 Dumplings obviously

29/06/2025: Service was not happening. We ordered at the bar, because nobody was coming. Then they. swept the floor instead of preparing the drinks. We were not feeling welcome, more like a burden.

14/06/2025: The best pizza we've ever had, so crispy on the bottom, wonderfully served with simply seasoned tomato sauce and mozzarella. The crust was fluffy. A dream. Today, at 35 degrees Celsius, the location was significantly cooler than downtown, and honestly. The almost hour-long wait is a point deducted :/ - but it was worth it!

07/02/2025: I only ate at the restaurant, but the Gnocchi was to die for!! It was amazing how well the food was made and was cooked to perfection. The strudel is a must at this place. A huge portion given with ice cream will satisfy your sugar cravings for the day! Kind staff and a great view while having food.

02/05/2025: Ristorante fuori dal centro e dai percorsi turistici. Ambiente informale ma curato nei dettagli, con servizio di assoluta qualità - menzione speciale alla cameriera super professionale ma anche molto simpatica. La cucina a vista consente anche di parlare con lo chef e di fargli i complimenti in tempo reale. Il titolare, nonché chef, Corrado trasmette energia e passione per il suo lavoro, e il risultato è una cucina interessante e fuori dagli standard, un'autentica esperienza. Si mangia bene, le porzioni sono abbondanti, lasciate un posto per i dolci che sono la specialità di Corrado. Menzione speciale per le frittelle di mele che fanno tornare bambini

16/04/2025: Posto tipico e accogliente con cucina a vista. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il cibo è ottimo. Noi abbiamo preso: polpette di cavolo con uvetta, tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale, spaghetti di patate con speck teroldego e trentingrana, tiramisù. Se capitate a Trento è un posto che consiglio.

03/07/2025: We stopped there on the way back from a bike ride. We had a good meal and a cold beer. There was even a small market set up where we bought some snacks. The sisters do a great job, and locals also enjoyed themselves there and felt at home. So if you're looking for something special, stop by! Best wishes.

16/06/2025: We ate here again this year on vacation, and it was almost even better than last year! The ambiance is simple, yet quaint and very cozy! Lovely sunny and shady spots in the garden. It's a self-service restaurant, but the food is still brought to your table! Absolutely excellent value for money, and the landlady is very friendly! We highly recommend it and will definitely come back on our next vacation!

10/06/2025: The price/performance ratio is right. Very friendly welcome. Very uncomplicated. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. The food was very good, featuring regional dishes. We felt very comfortable. The location is great. We will definitely stay there again.

27/05/2025: A very good breakfast buffet with sweet treats, yogurt, bacon, cheese, eggs, and fresh juices. Modern and clean rooms. In the evening, the restaurant serves excellent food – carne salada, tiramisu, pasta, fresh salads – all delicious. Good service, very helpful. We spent a relaxing Easter holiday at the Hotel Ciclamino. Many thanks to Fabrizio and Lino.
