16/12/2025: A "regular" stop every time we get the chance! Every Roman who comes to Trentino is taken to Ai Molini to eat the best tortel di parate 😎 and the photo gives you an idea. The jam (when available) on the tortel is out of this world. We always can't wait to go back. See you soon!

30/11/2025: Excellent agriturismo with typical Trentino dishes... the signature dish is definitely the "Tortel di patate," but the Sunday lunch is also excellent: gnocchi, trofie, barley, pork shank, rabbit, venison, polenta & sauerkraut, etc. In short, everything is top-notch, including the hostess Francesca... a superb location, typical wooden décor, with a view of the valley, and excellent prices! Recommended.

13/05/2026: The hotel is located in the very center of Predazzo. It's very welcoming, with clean rooms and excellent services. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide selection. Thanks to Mr. Renato for his advice on the area.

10/05/2026: A Dream in the Dolomites ​The Active Hotel Rose in Predazzo is much more than a hotel: it's a refuge where the hospitality of the owners, their daughter Federica, and the entire team makes you feel immediately at home. We found immaculate rooms and a kitchen with excellent food, meticulously prepared down to the last detail. ​It was the last stop on our honeymoon and it was simply beautiful; we couldn't have asked for a more emotional conclusion to our trip. We'll definitely be back with our friends! Highly recommended.

08/12/2025: I ordered pods from different origins, and they arrived very well packaged (the first time this has happened from a coffee supplier, at least for me). The individual pod packaging is also well-made and easy to open. The overall average for the various types is really high, but my favorites were definitely the CUBA and PAPUA pods. The INTENSO is also good, like a barista espresso (but definitely better than the kind you get in a bar). I think it will become my regular supplier, at least for a while.

27/12/2025: We stayed at Penserhof Alpenhotel from December 24th to 27th. We spent Christmas in this enchanting place, with comfort and lots of good food. The staff (family) were polite and helpful. Wonderful people run this place. I'm a cook and I can tell you that the cuisine here is simple and authentic, with the raw materials that make the difference, not to mention the breakfast with their products. I noticed a respect for everything in this wonderful jewel, especially the very important issue of waste. Surrounded by nature and warmth, we had a wonderful holiday, just like at home. Thank you, we'll definitely be back.

Even though it was late and the kitchen was about to close, they welcomed us with great kindness. A very positive experience, highly recommended!

06/05/2026: We ate the potato tortel, but it wasn't satisfying because the potatoes were Julienne-style, not grated without flour. The cabbages were in the same bowl with the beans... but if you don't like one or the other, what do you do? I recommend two separate bowls. Anyway, good service.

19/02/2026: I only went to have dinner which was really good. There were many people so they took long to give us food. The location was really beautiful. The rooms were all colourful which I loved.

12/02/2026: FOR RESTAURANT The place is very cute and the food was genuinely good. However, the service unfortunately didn’t match the quality of the dishes. When I called earlier, I was told there was no availability and no walk-ins accepted, yet when we arrived, they were eventually able to accommodate us. Throughout the meal, we had to wait quite a long time for attention, most of the staff were not very welcoming, and it took a long time to pay the bill. Even when we said goodbye while leaving, no one responded. Overall, lovely atmosphere and good food, but perhaps I was expecting a bit more from the service.

07/04/2026: Stayed for 4 days in June. Fantastic 4-star hotel with a pool and wellness area. The furnishings and layout are typically mountain-style, blending perfectly with the modern spaces and rooms. My room, called ADLER, was about 50 square meters and featured an entrance hall with a sofa and a 43" TV, separated from the bedroom by pocket doors. The bedroom, which was over 30 square meters, had a 43" TV and a sitting area, two balconies, two French windows, and two windows. The bathroom was beautiful, and the bed had a topper. Top-notch food and service, and wonderful staff. 💪💪💪👍👏

28/12/2025: During the Christmas holidays, we stayed at the Hotel Alpino in Peio Fonti, and the experience was truly unforgettable. The owner, Katia, was extremely kind and always available, ready to recommend activities and helpful tips, especially for us, who were beginners in skiing. The quality of the food was excellent, with a different menu every day and options designed for children. The room was cozy, clean, and equipped with every comfort, including a professional hairdryer and impeccable daily cleaning. Also noteworthy was the wellness area, featuring a swimming pool, spa with sauna and Turkish bath, and hot tubs. Silvia, too, provided an impeccable welcome: she was very kind, affectionate, and always available. We also appreciated the free tastings organized within the hotel, which allowed us to discover typical local products. The magical snowfall on Christmas Eve made the atmosphere even more enchanting, with a splendid view of the mountains directly from our room. Nearby, you'll also find an information point, a pastry shop, the Peio spa, a ski school, and equipment rentals, as well as the cable car to the top. A truly perfect stay for the whole family.
