Several times with friends, always in the evening, dishes with typical local ingredients, excellent cheeses and cured meats that can be purchased at the store like butter.
Among my favorite dishes is the grill that comes either with a mix of meat, vegetables, and cheese or with vegetables and cheese, and then homemade desserts...

I highly recommend it, excellent food, and if you're not skiing or just want to go for dinner, they'll take you there on a snowmobile. I'll be back when I'm back in Campiglio.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is excellent, professional, and prompt.
Everything is delicious; I especially recommend the traditional dishes, such as tagliatelle with venison, canederli, and grilled meat and cheeses—they're excellent.

First of all, to get there in the snowy winter, you need to take a snowmobile, which is a nice touch, especially if you have children. After that, you arrive at the farmhouse, which is enchanting inside and out. The staff are courteous and friendly, and the service is very quick. The dishes are excellent and plentiful. I returned again this year (2026). And I can confirm that the service and the typical dishes are all excellent.

Very good food in a particular location, excellent pappardelle with porcini mushrooms and the fillet with potatoes is truly fantastic, I recommend it with a good Trentino red wine obviously

Typical and excellent food and atmosphere
I can understand that the waiters are foreigners and don't understand Italian well (but they do their job well), but that the maître d' isn't Italian and doesn't understand or know the menu he's offering seems truly absurd to me.
Let me explain. When ordering, we asked for clarification on the ingredients of some dishes. Our impression was that the maître d' didn't really understand the words. Alternatively, he simply didn't know them. Either way, I find it truly disappointing and absurd. Especially since we're talking about a traditional trattoria, not an international restaurant.
