01/10/2025: I've eaten here dozens of times now, and the food is always a wonderful surprise. The menus are always carefully curated and seasonal, never boring, and the entrees are always wonderful and inspiring. All the ingredients are of the highest quality and are prepared with great respect. In all the times I've been, I think I've only found something less than perfect once: a first course, macaroni with osso buco ragù, saffron, and lemon jelly, if I remember correctly. It had a touch too much lemon, but despite this, it remains one of my favorite dishes, and Bortoleto remains my absolute favorite restaurant. A small note on the service, which is always perfect: friendly and courteous, never intrusive. The dishes are always well explained, and there's just the right balance of formality and familiarity, making it a truly pleasant experience.

05/10/2025: The Casa del Vino in Isera has been with us for almost 20 years now. We return at least once a year – and every time, our impression is confirmed: quality and consistency at the highest level. The cuisine is precise and tasteful, the products appear carefully selected, and the dishes are arranged so that every component makes sense. Added to this is the extremely attentive, warm service, which advises confidently without ever being intrusive. We particularly enjoy the weekly changing menus, which are seasonally oriented and wonderfully reflect the region's flavors. On our last visit, we were here on a Friday for the fish menu: cleanly prepared, perfectly cooked, with beautiful textures and flavors that harmoniously blend together. The wine selection is also fantastic – extensive, with genuine discoveries and matching recommendations for each course. The price is extremely fair: around €50 including water, wine, and coffee is remarkable for the quality offered. In summer, the terrace is a wonderful place to sit: relaxed, with plenty of light and an atmosphere that invites you to linger. Those who want to end the evening or extend their stay can stay overnight on site – the rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, and quiet, ideal for an enjoyable escape without the hustle and bustle. After such an evening, simply walking upstairs instead of having to drive is pure luxury. Our conclusion after all these years remains unchanged: Casa del Vino is a place to return to. First-class cuisine, great service, a wine list with character, fair prices, and the option to stay in beautiful rooms – a clear recommendation for us.

09/11/2025: Very nice restaurant, beautiful and well-kept atmosphere, very good food, excellent wine selection. The only flaw that makes me give it a 4/5 rating is the wait. Even though the restaurant wasn't completely full, we waited an hour for lunch; perhaps we were just unlucky. Recommended!

08/11/2025: A wonderful place both inside and out. The interior is beautifully appointed and welcoming, perfect for a romantic dinner or a meal with friends. The professionalism, kindness, and friendliness of everyone, from the owner to the staff, is unsurpassed! The wine selection was accompanied by a thoughtful presentation explaining the origin and cellar, plus a small tasting to help us choose. In addition to the à la carte menu, there's a seasonal 4-course tasting menu with the option of pairing it with a glass of wine. The food is AMAZING: lakeside cicchetti, impeccable from the raw ingredients to the deliciousness of the final dish. Risotto with pears, lard, and Alpine grey cheese was truly creamy and cooked to perfection. The braised beef was incredibly tender and perfectly paired with its cooking juices, crispy broccoli, and mashed potatoes. A truly incredible dinner that turned out to be a true treat! I recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back.

16/10/2025: It was an absolute dream vacation for us. The hotel has a fantastic and peaceful location. The pool area, the service, and the food are almost unbeatable. We were lucky enough to experience a garden concert, and that was our highlight :) We will definitely come back.

13/11/2025: This house has so much history that you almost automatically fall silent the moment you arrive. Ancient walls, a courtyard seemingly from another era, and charming little details everywhere. And the food… my goodness, the food. Every plate is a masterpiece. You can taste that the person cooking here truly understands their craft and pours their heart and soul into it. The service: attentive, but not intrusive. The atmosphere: warm, unpretentious, and effortlessly cozy. The ambiance: so inviting that you'll want to stay longer than you intended.

13/10/2025: We have been staying regularly at the Ansitz Romani since 2012 and have witnessed its continuous, high-quality development over the past 13 years. The rooms in the historic main building, each individually furnished, are stunning. The new suites in the adjacent annex leave nothing to be desired. Whether with a small terrace, a balcony, or even a terrace overlooking the bio-pool, there's something for everyone here. Breakfast, which can also be enjoyed in the garden during warm weather, is plentiful and varied. Eggs made to order are always welcome, along with a choice of coffee specialties. And since the coronavirus pandemic, every breakfast table now has a three-tiered etagere with South Tyrolean delicacies and much more. We have never been disappointed with dinner at the Taberna Romani. The menu is manageable and changes regularly. But Armin Pernstich, the award-winning chef, also offers a small selection on a daily menu depending on what's available. The wine cellar leaves nothing to be desired. Whether white or red, or even rosé, there's something for everyone. And if not, there's also the house's own organic apple juice. Conclusion: Sabine, Armin, and their family have created a wonderful retreat. The staff at the lodge are also courteous and friendly. Oh, and parking in their own parking lot is easy.

29/09/2025: A typical mountain restaurant with a wooden interior, open all day (lunch around 2 PM). The appetizers are good, with white and red focaccia, similar to the Bari-style. The beer is good, although I don't prefer it. The sandwich is huge and very generous. The meat for children is very good. I recommend...
