21/09/2025: My daughter and I visited this restaurant for the first time; we were greeted by a very kind and helpful gentleman. I loved his genuineness and the passion he showed in explaining the various options; you could tell he puts his heart into it! All the dishes, from the starter to the dessert, were plated with great care and made with quality ingredients. A wonderful dinner! Highly recommended!

07/10/2025: Very tasty food, but sometimes it lacked a bit of seasoning. Cozy restaurant. Rudi's excellent service! Some others were a bit chilly. The food is quick, but service itself sometimes takes a while. The salad at the buffet was sometimes not so fresh, but there was a good selection. We were there four times within 12 days, so highly recommended.

30/09/2025: I stayed at Agritur Sandro for 3 days with my dog, and I can only give it 5 stars. Pet-friendly. Clean and welcoming rooms. Very friendly staff, who also give you tips on where to visit, helping you avoid the most crowded tourist spots and fully experience Trentino. Abundant breakfast for all tastes. We ate there, and I must say the quality of the products was very high, and the prices were fair. I recommend the potato tortel round. Highly recommended!

27/09/2025: We came here quite by chance. The pizza is from the wood-fired oven and is fantastic, The owners are very friendly! The prices are quite fair for South Tyrol. When we were shocked to discover that there were no more buses from there shortly after 7:00 PM, we were quickly and easily helped out when we asked for a taxi so we could reach the nearest bus stop and catch the last bus of the day to Siusi. If I could, I would give it 10 stars; service like this isn't something you can take for granted! Thanks again for the delicious food and your help!

07/10/2025: Tired of pizzas, this place gives you a limited but interesting menu. There are some local specialities here and the pastas we had were different. Tried polenta for the first time! Pane Salame - for the meat / cold cut lovers. You don't get cell service indoors, so talk to their staff, ask them questions about the food. They might not speak fluent English, but will definitely help you in the best way they can, and are very professional!

04/10/2025: A little gem in front of our house... How lucky to have such an osteria right across the street! A welcoming place, with attention to detail, where you immediately feel at ease thanks to the warm and friendly service: smiling, attentive, and always ready with a joke. The food? Simply excellent. I tried the gnocchi with cheese fondue and truffle, which to call "delicious" is an understatement: creamy, flavorful, and fragrant, an explosion of flavor with every bite. The mixed platter is a work of art on a platter: quality products, beautifully presented, and plentiful... practically poetry in the cured meats and cheeses, and not to mention the homemade desserts! Served with a certain style... fantastic! A special thanks goes to the owner, always kind and friendly, who compliments my bike parked out front every day. I don't know if he really cares about me... or if he's just trying to befriend my two-wheeler so he can ride around after work! 😄 In any case, I highly recommend this place. The food is good, the atmosphere is great... and my bike has found its number one fan!

28/09/2025: The service was good and the staff were friendly. We ordered: cappuccino and hot chocolate. Both were good (the cappuccino was light, more like a latte). The crème brûlée tasted strange and a bit sweet, but it was okay. The chocolate waffle. The waffle itself was good, but I didn't like the chocolate sauce.

17/10/2025: We enjoyed delicious dumplings and apple fritters. A beautiful view of the valley, friendly service, and one of the few alpine farms still open in mid-October. Lucky for us!

11/09/2025: The Uwaldalm is an absolute highlight in the Gsies Valley! Stunning views, super cozy, incredibly delicious food, and genuine South Tyrolean hospitality. A place to enjoy, marvel, and feel good – simply a must-have when traveling here! 👌🌄🍻

01/09/2025: My family and I found ourselves in Pergine for lunch, so we decided to try this charming and welcoming inn. We chose the chanterelle polenta gnocchi and the pork shank with mashed potatoes and peperonata. Everything was delicious and excellent value. The friendly, smiling, and helpful staff made our experience more than satisfactory, and I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back.

23/08/2025: We had the bacon dumpling soup, a pizza, and spinach spaetzle. All delicious! We finished with Kaiserschmarren (sweet pancakes). Overall, a top-notch location!

20/08/2025: We ate here twice during our vacation, and it was truly perfect. The food was fresh, absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous. The location is truly beautiful and very quiet; we sat outside on the terrace, under the trees. Last but not least, the exceptionally friendly staff create an extremely relaxed and informal atmosphere. The friendliness of the young waitresses simply seemed very authentic and not forced. We can absolutely recommend this place.
