27/11/2025: The review concerns a missed stay, and a missed opportunity for the hotel to retain a customer who had stayed in the past. In short, I made a mistake by booking a stay on the wrong date. Upon recommendation from the customer service team of the website where I booked, I called to ask if I could move to a different date. The hotel (according to the booking site) had already received payment. I offered full availability to arrange another date for the stay, even in a "lower season," knowing that, given my mistake, it was correct to be flexible and accommodate any rate differences. The response was obviously negative, even though the website's cancellation policy allows for a refund up to 5 days before arrival (but evidently not for purchases through other sites), so I will lose the amount already paid. Everything is formally correct; there is nothing to complain about. In my opinion, this remains a missed opportunity for the hotel staff to have a happy and extremely loyal customer, especially considering that, having been slammed in the face, I don't think I'll ever knock on that door again. This obviously negative review will also remain, for what it's worth...

20/09/2025: The restaurant is very pleasant, nestled in the greenery on the shores of the Coredo lakes. The cuisine is meticulously prepared, using quality ingredients, and the service is generally prompt. However, I noted some shortcomings in the service provided by the wait staff, particularly the waitresses, who seemed untrained and distracted. On several occasions, my plate was taken away prematurely, even while I was still drinking, causing discomfort. I find that waiting a few extra seconds to finish my drink is a simple gesture of courtesy, essential in customer relations. This haste and haste, unfortunately, left a negative impression regarding the attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff. I would have liked to round out the experience with dessert and coffee, but because of this incident, I preferred to leave. I sincerely hope that in the future we will see greater preparation and attention to detail in our welcome, thus improving the overall customer experience.

09/11/2025: The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet area of ​​Avelengo. The hotel is very well-kept and quiet. The food is also excellent and, above all, delicious! We also used the relaxation area and I must say we had a great time. Last but not least, the staff...friendly and kind! Well done!

23/11/2025: I'm awarding the stars solely because of the stunning view. For the price per night, the hotel definitely needs a renovation – most of the furnishings look like they're from the 80s. It would be great if there were a lounge area separate from the skiers' area, or at least a bar with mountain views for guests who are primarily staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, on the day of our departure, we encountered very unprofessional behavior at reception: The receptionist was visibly wearing her underwear over her trousers. This was very rude and inappropriate for a hotel reception area.

28/10/2025: A beautiful hotel with a cozy atmosphere, excellent cuisine, friendly staff, a fantastic sauna area, clean and quiet rooms, and a prime location. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back, at the latest for the next Stegen Market!

27/10/2025: A hotel with heart – one of our absolute favorite places in South Tyrol! The Langgenhof in Bruneck is more than just a hotel – it's a place with soul. From the very first moment, you feel welcome and personally cared for. Hosts Juliane and Peter, together with their team, create an atmosphere where you're welcomed not as a guest, but as friends. The cuisine is outstanding – regional cuisine of the highest quality, creatively interpreted and prepared with great love. The drinks at the bar are also an experience in themselves! There are great tips for activities, mountain bikes and e-bikes available right on site – and the legendary hiking or snow tours with host Peter are real highlights (in winter, you can easily take a shuttle to the Kronplatz ski area). The charming town of Bruneck is just a short walk away – as is the family-owned farm, which makes this hotel even more unique (also culinary-wise). 09/11/2025: Simply magnificent! To stage the theme of the mountains with such loving care—that clearly requires a lot of passion. We arrived very early in the morning, were the first ones there, and had the opportunity to experience everything at our own pace. Even the spiritual aspects, which I hadn't anticipated at all, touched me deeply, and I ended up spending a surprising amount of time there. Highly recommended for adults.

08/12/2025: We wanted something traditional, so we ordered a farmer's trio and the dish of the day: roast beef with gnocchi. The dumplings, which are a must for us when we travel to Trentino-Alto Adige, didn't have a distinct flavor, and my roast was more like boiled meat with sauce... Everything was a bit bland and disappointing, except for the ravioli (Schlutzkrapfen) and the cabbage salad. On the other hand, the place was nice and the service good.

06/11/2025: We have been guests at the Schießstand restaurant for over 20 years during our holidays and know the Morandell family personally. Since then, they have provided outstanding gastronomic services in Tramin, further improving their service through new concepts. The pizzas and dishes are still top-notch; a visit to the Schießstand is still a MUST!!!!
