23/08/2024: Extremely negative experience: the meal was enjoyable but the experience was completely ruined by the ineptitude and rudeness of the waitress and the "room manager". As soon as we entered we requested a table for two (we hadn't booked) and it seemed like we had wronged the room manager. Having taken our seats we waited at least 10 minutes to receive the menus, in the meantime four people of a certain age sat at a table near ours, apparently acquaintances of a certain "Caesar" and the waitress' servility towards them was almost revolting. While they had already ordered, the menu had not yet arrived for us (already requested several times). Once the appetizer had arrived and been consumed (a cutting board with a single courtesy plate even though we had specified that we wanted to share it), it was time for the main course: a plate of tagliolini and cheek. The tagliolini arrived but after 5 minutes the cheek still hadn't arrived. At this point the waitress arrives and warns us that there was a problem with the order and the cheek had not yet been prepared, so I ask to cancel the order but the head waitress intervenes and tells us that in reality they were plating it, the 'exact opposite of what the waitress had just told us. After 15 minutes it still hadn't arrived, so I felt cheated: I understand that there could be problems in the kitchen but making fun of customers like this is not okay. I went in to confront the head waitress who with her now usual rude way quickly dismisses me, I then ask to finish dinner here and I only paid for what we consumed. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED restaurant, not for the food which is honestly good, but for the treatment given by the head nurse, unless you also know "Cesare"😂.

22/08/2024: I was on holiday in Cavalese with my partner and I had dinner here twice. Excellent service, refined and refined dishes. Excellent cuisine in both quality and quantity. Relaxing environment and excellent quality/price ratio. I like changing places, but if I were to return to Cavalese I would struggle not to return here. Compliments

24/08/2024: Siamo stati a cena con la famiglia,locale curato,piatti particolari, molto apprezzati sia per l'originalità sia per le materie prime. Davvero ottima cucina.ci permettiamo di suggerire una maggior attenzione da parte del personale di sala,gentili ma..disirientate..tempi di ordinazione molto lunghi, tempi di attesa lunghissimi ma siamo convinti che la preparazione dei piatti lo richiedesse,non cosi necessari invece per poter ottenere delle semplici bottiglie d'acqua. Nota dolente veder pulire i tavoli con strofinaccio spruzzino e nuvole di detergente mentre i clienti stavano ancora cenando o lo scrollo delle tovagliette proprio accanto ai clienti. Piccoli dettagli che fanno qualità. Torneremo.

23/08/2024: Siamo arrivati senza prenotazione e Adena ci ha accolto ugualmente con gentilezza e con un bel sorriso. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, davvero tutto molto buono, menù ricco di prodotti locali, tipico ma con idee originali e ricercate. Complimenti allo chef e a tutto lo staff. Per concludere, ci è stato fatto anche un dolce e graditissimo omaggio finale. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati. Bravi, è davvero un piacere trovarsi una sera per caso in un posto come il vostro. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente.

31/08/2024: Nice hotel, some defects in the room (shower to be redone, curtains with holes in them, bathroom window overlooking a terrace of another room) on the other hand beautiful view from the room, excellent food, very friendly and helpful staff.

01/08/2024: Our every need was met. Excellent position to reach every place of interest and surrounded by greenery. The cuisine was excellent and also satisfied our specific needs. Excellent welcome and hospitality.

01/09/2024: I would have gladly given 5 stars if only I could have tasted the pizza. It is the 4th time that I have stopped to dine in this place and for the 4th time they tell me that there is no room (there were at least 3 tables for two people free) or that they have run out of pasta. Another time they told me I had to book even though the place was half empty. I'm sorry but I won't be stopping at this place again.

01/09/2024: We found a welcoming environment with a panoramic terrace from which to enjoy a splendid view of Castel Beseno. The pizzas are made with very good ingredients, from the dough to the filling. The staff is young, dynamic, friendly and helpful. We will be back soon to try the cuisine too.

10/07/2024: On the manager's recommendation, we took the shank. What can I say?...very tender and perfectly cooked meat. You can choose a single side dish or a little of everything (like we did. Potatoes, green beans and sauerkraut). The owner's smile was greatly appreciated. We wanted to try the burger but we were full... the shank was really large and rich in meat pulp. What can I say?? Stop by for lunch or dinner and you won't regret it

10/07/2024: I stopped twice, the first time I ate a cheeseburger certainly not comparable to McDonald's...excellent and a more than reasonable price which is why I came back a second time... The second time I ate DELICIOUS ribs, soft, juicy on the inside but grilled and flavored in the correct way on the outside... I highly recommend making a stop when you pass by, the manager is a friendly and nice person, for me he's a 10 in general What matters the covered item is not there!!

17/07/2024: Coming from Munich, our first address for very good breakfasts for years. The cakes are second to none. It doesn't get any better. Only the landlord always has a mood that should be greatly optimized. We come as guests, not as supplicants.

Fascinating places and magical structure, positive sensations for the entire period of your stay. Refined foods with the products that the nature of the place offers. Courteous and always available staff. A destination for those seeking well-being and serenity.

01/07/2024: Was there with a group of 65 motorcycle enthusiasts from Friday to Monday. Actually, one can only speak of top performance in all respects: Service and staff: super friendly and top Room: Top - clean and spacious Food: great Location: outstanding Additionally: Items were accidentally booked into my room that I hadn't consumed (no wonder given the amount of people). I sent an email and it was refunded without any problems. Accommodation already booked for the next stop in South Tyrol!

07/08/2024: Located at high altitude in the enchanting mountains of Alta Badia, the Rifugio Col Pradat with a splendid panoramic terrace offers a breathtaking view of the Dolomites, in particular those of the Sella Group. The refuge stands out for its refined cuisine; the dishes are prepared with high quality ingredients and presented with care. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the service attentive and thoughtful. An unmissable destination, easily reachable also by cable car. My favorite hideaway!

06/08/2024: Good products, but terrible service. We had to wait over half an hour to get three sandwiches. Then, after two or three reminders, the food finally arrived, but not the water. After five minutes of still seeing the waiter busy with something else, I clearly impatiently went to ask for it at the counter. After a while, finally, the water arrived. Through it all, we had a small child sitting with us, and several other people were served well before us. Bothersome.

17/07/2024: Beautiful shop with many natural and local products

28/04/2024: Today, on our arrival day in Hafling, we visited the pizzeria am Platzl on the recommendation of our landlady and with great hunger. We weren't disappointed. Super delicious, large pizza, world-class tomato salad with buffalo mozzarella, fresh forest beer on tap. Nice and quick service too. It is all the more tragic and sad to hear that today is actually the tenants' last day here and the restaurant will be closed from tomorrow; at least until a successor is found. We would therefore like to thank the operator and wish you all the best for the gastronomic future; wherever this will be.

09/04/2024: A great pizzeria in a pleasant, friendly atmosphere, which is also visited by many locals. This alone shows the importance of the place. A huge selection of pizzas and each one is better than the other. My compliments to the mother and daughter who run the restaurant with a lot of love. We'll be back with Marie.

13/08/2024: I had lunch after a wonderful walk along the paths of this wonderful place. There are few dishes but all done as God commands. Generous portions and without too many frills. Excellent quality, same price.

12/08/2024: A wonderful place! Roman and his mother Rosalia are the "masters" of this place immersed in the silence of the Valle dei Mulini and the typical food all made by them is a guarantee. Super strudel!!!
