24/08/2025: The strength of a family-run business is evident in the details and the attention to detail. Everything was perfect, a feeling I hadn't felt in years. Even the town where the hotel is located exudes a sense of authentic Trentino tradition.

23/08/2025: Spacious and clean rooms. Good food and very professional service. Convenient location, especially if you have a car. Free parking and a market in front of the hotel.

12/08/2025: A very nice hut on the Mendel. Despite the lack of a view, we had a very nice meal here. The prices are reasonable, and we received a very warm welcome. I had the Kaiserschmarrn, which was excellent.

12/08/2025: After making the wise decision not to stop at Rifugio Romeno, we received a very friendly welcome on our way back. The service was friendly and very attentive, and the food was excellent and freshly prepared! Every waiter and waitress wished us bon appetit as they passed us. We'd be happy to return!

12/07/2025: Siamo arrivati presto, ci siamo seduti. Dopo l'ordinazione abbiamo aspettato quasi un'ora per un'insalata e una fetta di torta. Davvero troppo. Ci sono passate davanti le ragazze del personale tantissime volte senza preoccuparsi che non stavamo né mangiando né bevendo.

01/09/2025: Located high up on a walking and hiking trail. It's impossible to reach by car. You can reach it either by taking the path from inside the village to the woods or by taking a very steep pedestrian-only road, leaving the car on the road and walking 250 meters. Very comprehensive and traditional menu. Attentive service, very kind and helpful staff. Normal wait time.

27/08/2025: Beautiful view on the mountain, delicious food and fast service

04/09/2025: During a five-day stay in Molveno with my family (nine of us), we dined at this restaurant on our first night and had a positive experience. Two nights later, we decided to return, but the waiter wouldn't seat us, saying the restaurant was fully booked and people with reservations would be arriving at the empty tables. The next day, after calling to reserve a table for dinner and receiving no response, we went to the restaurant in person and were greeted by the waiter who told us they wouldn't accept reservations. Good food, average prices, but the service needs work!

31/08/2025: A quick lunch with my family introduced us to this restaurant's excellent cuisine! Highly recommended, the staff are polite and knowledgeable.

26/08/2025: We arrived at Passo del Tonale on August 18th and ended the 26th. Every evening, we had aperitifs at the El Bait Pub. It helped make our holiday unforgettable. 27/08/2025: A one-of-a-kind restaurant! Convenient booking via the website. We booked a table outside to take advantage of the beautiful day. The staff were extremely kind and attentive to their guests' needs despite the busy schedule. We had a delicious goulash with polenta and porcini mushrooms. Their homemade bread was exceptional, especially the chamomile one. A 10% discount for staying at the Villa Laurus hotel. Congratulations. Visit in December 2024.
