09/11/2025: On October 16th, we had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful lunch at Restaurant Hanswirt. From the very first moment, we sensed the attention to detail – be it in the charming ambiance, the attentive service, or the refined cuisine. Each course was a small work of art, perfectly balanced in flavor and prepared with high-quality ingredients. We were particularly impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere: you don't just feel like a guest, but a welcome part of a culinary experience. A huge compliment to the entire team – we will definitely be back!

08/07/2025: We were fortunate enough to stay at this wonderful hotel a few days ago, and it was simply a dreamlike experience! Upon entering, we received a warm welcome and immediately felt welcome. The hotel impresses with its thoughtful details that make the stay truly special – from lovingly decorated rooms to small touches that make it even more enjoyable. The food was simply outstanding – a culinary journey that left nothing to be desired. The dishes were fresh, creatively prepared, and served with great attention to detail. The selection of drinks and cocktails was also impressive – diverse, high-quality, and perfectly prepared. Tip: Be sure to order the premium wine pairing, so you'll have the perfect wine to complement every course! The entire team was very friendly and attentive. We felt completely at home and can only warmly recommend this hotel. It is the perfect place for anyone who appreciates thoughtful details, excellent food, and a great selection of drinks. A huge thank you again to Steffi, who conducts the wellness treatments – it was fantastic! I do have one suggestion for improvement, though: since we were unlucky twice to have four people smoking continuously at the next table on the terrace, it might be a good idea to divide the terrace into smoking and non-smoking areas, because even outdoors, the smoke in the immediate vicinity was very disturbing. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

The set menu was extensive and in line with local prices, but since we weren't in a hurry, we ordered à la carte. Two excellent seasonal first courses with an appetizer of local products. 23/11/2025: Given the reviews and advertising, expectations were high, but they weren't fully met. Although the place is very nice and the staff is welcoming and helpful, the sandwiches could be improved in terms of the quality of the ingredients and, despite the long wait, they weren't served hot (as were the potatoes). The sauces served deserve a mention. The quality/price ratio isn't exactly favorable.

05/11/2025: The ice cream sold out quickly. Prices were okay. The ice cream was tasty, but there was little choice, and the server seemed a bit bored.

30/10/2025: Excellent Focaccia and toasties. Average espresso martini. Sprizts made with cordial. Excellent hazelnut chocolate coffee. (not nutella) Brilliant location. Heaters near the coffee machine.

26/10/2025: This is a prime location with a sweeping view of the Fiera di Primiero valley, and although the road is narrow, winding, and steep, it's definitely worth it for the view, the kind and professional staff, and the delicious, authentic dishes they serve. Prices are more than reasonable considering everything they offer, and a plus is being able to enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors in the beautiful outdoor spaces they've set up in front of the restaurant, which still have a canopy to protect from drizzle and humidity. Definitely a place to recommend 100%, and it's a shame I live far away, but if you're ever in the area, a visit is definitely a must.

12/10/2025: Traditional cuisine, classic and very refined atmosphere. Excellent service. It's everything you'd expect from a place like this. After lunch, you can step outside and enjoy a beautiful view of the valley, practically the entire Fiera area.
