29/03/2026: Brilliant hotel - ideal for an adult ski trip in the beautiful Dolomites. Slopes are closely located and accessible by bus or transfer. The nearby town is around a 15 minute walk. The room was lovely with a separate sitting area and balcony with amazing views. The staff could not do enough for us - their communication via WhatsApp, even before the trip, was very responsive. The spa with a steam room and sauna was relaxing and a lovely addition, especially after a day's skiing. Grazie mille 😊

16/02/2026: I stayed at the Hotel Hartmann in Ortisei and the experience was simply spectacular. The hotel has an intimate and refined atmosphere, perfect for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. Everything is extremely tidy and meticulously maintained, from the common areas to the rooms, which are tastefully furnished with contemporary Alpine elegance. One of its strong points is undoubtedly the free transfer service to the ski lifts, extremely convenient and punctual. Its proximity to the lifts makes the hotel perfect for both winter skiers and those who want to explore the Dolomites in the summer without stress. The real surprise, however, was the view from the room: simply sensational. Waking up with the Dolomites before your eyes is a feeling difficult to describe. In short: an elegant, welcoming, and perfectly organized hotel, ideal for a quality stay in Ortisei. I would return without hesitation. 🌿🏔️

16/12/2025: Fantastic experience at this family hotel. Excellent quality and service. The Villa Dumbo kids' club was a fantastic surprise; they took care of our children as if they were their own. The food was high-quality and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. We hope to return soon!

07/02/2026: Lüch de Vanc is definitely worth a visit! The rooms and apartments are beautifully and comfortably furnished and offer plenty of space. The mostly local and very tasty menu for dinner is impressive. A highlight of the accommodation is the well-maintained wellness area (Pension Odles), which invites you to relax with its sauna, steam room, and relaxation area – especially after a strenuous ski or mountain tour. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. All in all, we had a wonderful stay at the accommodation and will definitely return.

30/12/2025: Hotel Clara Via Brennero, 64, 39040 Varna, BZ, Italy, located near the border with Bressanone: EXCELLENT RATING In November 2025, we stayed for two weeks at the Clara Family Hotel in Bressanone. The Clara family has been managing hotels and restaurants in the area for several generations, and their longstanding traditions have always distinguished them for their culinary art and hospitality. This hotel has a good number of rooms in the central area, all perfectly equipped and comfortable. Interestingly, there is also an adjacent building accessible both from the outside and via a beautiful and well-lit underground passageway. This building features a beautiful indoor pool, as well as a sauna and a very well-equipped gym. We were given a huge suite of over 40 square meters, equipped with every comfort, including a stone fountain with fresh, local drinking water that flows directly from the high mountains of Scaleres. The double bed is very large and particularly soft and comfortable, not to mention the separate living room and desk. Completing the comfort of the room are the separate toilet with bidet and shower, both very comfortable and with double sinks, making the suite extremely functional. The lighting is exceptional, and the view of the garden is wonderful through large, heat-insulating and soundproof windows that open onto a large balcony. The floors and furniture are all oak. We are pleased to highlight the impeccable cleanliness that reigns supreme throughout the hotel, along with the spontaneous kindness of all the staff, distinguished by their courtesy and professionalism. And finally, we must absolutely highlight the high caliber of the chefs and the quality of the ingredients for both breakfast and dinner, served in a typical Tyrolean-style dining room, expertly managed by Mr. Vassili. The two receptionists, Mrs. Stefi Clara, the owner, and Mrs. Verena, the manager, are unsurpassed in their courtesy and efficiency. The talented owner's performances on some evenings, with his accordion and his traditional Tyrolean music, were pleasant and appreciated. Our rating is undoubtedly EXCELLENT. 29/12/2025: I stayed at this hotel with my family and had a more than satisfactory experience. The room was spacious and very clean, the staff was friendly and available to provide any information requested, the breakfast was varied, and dinner was well-prepared and of excellent quality. A well-equipped gym and spa with a pool are also available. The hotel is well-located, just steps from the historic center and the main tourist attractions. I highly recommend it to everyone! 25/03/2026: Starting point of hiking trail. Parking is available. We did the hiking during winter, it is an easy trail. Some people is doing cross country skiing.

01/06/2026: Didn't stay here and just came for the homemade cheeses, wines and hams. All delicious with a great view. Great way to have a snack on a sunny day. Note that there are only hot foods during the weekends. Go through the main door up the stairs on the side of the farm stay and the owner will greet you.

13/08/2025: I stayed at this hotel for a short two-night stay in August, with half-board. The hotel, which has parking, is strategically located for quick access to interesting destinations (such as Pampeago, the Lavazè Pass, and, a little further afield, Lake Carezza/Latemar). The room is functional and features a large balcony with a splendid view. Breakfast is well-stocked with sweet and savory options, constantly refreshed, and dinner is a three-course meal, accompanied by a buffet of vegetables and various side dishes. The food is excellent, and the option of a packed lunch upon request is much appreciated; it's simple yet effective for day trips. The owners are extremely friendly and perfect in their welcome, customer service, and helpfulness. Friendliness guaranteed! Overall, excellent value for money.

12/04/2026: Incorrect opening hours listed on Google — the restaurant was closed. Update: Considering the owners’ response, they don’t seem to be the brightest. There was a line of people waiting outside the venue, and a sign on the door clearly stated that it opens at 4:30 PM, yet it was still closed at 4:50 PM. The staff could see people waiting in the cold for the doors to open, and still chose to ignore them and not open the place. Update 2: The owner’s response clearly shows that the issue is not limited to incorrect opening hours, but reflects a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect for customers. The facts are straightforward: the venue was closed despite clearly stated opening hours, with people waiting outside. Instead of addressing the issue or correcting the information, the owner chose to respond in an arrogant and offensive manner. For clarity, a similar situation occurred at Cantinetta, which was also closed despite the opening hours listed on Google. Based on both the situation itself and the owner’s response, this restaurant is simply not worth considering. Someone who communicates with customers in this way should seriously reconsider whether they are suited to running a hospitality business

10/04/2026: I had a classic! Polenta with mushrooms, to be on the safe side. It seemed like a reheated dish, not freshly made! Dry and flavorless mushrooms, no broth whatsoever. Lukewarm polenta. Disappointed!
