18/06/2025: The hotel room was a bit dated and lacked air conditioning, making it difficult to stay in warm weather. Unfortunately, the location on a busy street made it very noisy. The breakfast was also rather simple and offered little choice. The staff was friendly, but overall, the stay unfortunately didn't meet our expectations.

30/05/2025: Terrible experience with orders through Just Eat! Three times the order was hours late and then cancelled!! The question is: if you don't want to serve a certain area of ​​Trento, there is no need to accept an order from that area and then after 2 hours, after continuous changes in preparation times, cancel it!!! So people find themselves at 10pm unable to order anything because the pizzerias no longer accept orders... We feel a bit taken for a ride, we live in Cognola and not in Canicattì.. in any case we will definitely not order anything from this place again, to spend more than 30 euros for two pizzas and then wait for a refund from Just Eat for cancellation

22/03/2025: Siamo stati a cena e abbiamo mangiato benissimo, il servizio preciso e accurato. Il ristorante e’ molto carino tipico del posto molto accogliente. Esperienza da ripetere! Prezzi assolutamente in linea per la qualità del cibo e del servizio. Consigliatissimo

21/06/2025: Restaurant experience as an outsider, not as a hotel guest. Ridiculous service, ordered 2 appetizers and 2 first courses, 1 appetizer arrived, after 20 minutes the 2 first courses and then the second appetizer arrives, after having requested it. Also the tables near various problems, at least we had a laugh together. Finally, the bill was also wrong with 2 extra coffees. The tagliatelle with game ragù were good.

26/04/2025: Innamorata di questo Hotel dalla prima volta. Sono stata già più volte col mio Compagno. Bellissima la struttura.Pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camere stra belle (adoro quelle sul davanti che son sempre soleggiate)!!! Colazione super! Tantissima scelta di qualità. IDEM PER il Ristorante... Tutto sempre SQUISITO 🥰. OTTIMA ANCHE LA POSIZIONE! Che Dire! SPETTACOLO!

10/09/2024: Nice outdoor pool at reasonable prices. The tariff from the afternoon onwards is particularly great. We visited on a Sunday. It was therefore full. But what wasn't so nice was the "chaos" at the large swimming pool. Despite the lifeguards, everyone kept jumping into the pool from the side, even though it was very crowded and confusing.

01/04/2025: Se sei da solo non ti fanno sedere. Dalle 2 persone in su prendono i nomi e man mano ti fanno accomodare, ma se sei da solo ti fanno aspettare anche 40 minuti dicendoti che stanno cercando un modo per inserirti a qualche tavolo. Parliamoci chiaro, il ricambio quando si scia è molto elevato perché nessuno vuole stare fermo ore. In 15 minuti avrei pranzato e avrei tolto il disturbo, ma per loro questo comportava una perdita di soldi. Vi manca un po' di umanità e c'è tanta discriminazione.

01/03/2025: Pranzo sulle piste da sci, piatti ottimi e servizio veloce e cortese. Abbiamo preso le mezze lune con ripieno di pera e salsa di formaggio veramente buonissimo. Anche le salsiccia con polenta e salse molto gustose. Da provare assolutamente

25/05/2025: Servizio trascurato, cibo imbarazzante. Coniglio al forno secco e su tre pezzi uno era solo osso senza carne. Tegoline anch’esse secche (5 di numero nel piatto). Patate al forno vecchie e riscaldate dal sapore strano. Tagliatelle fatte a mano ma talmente al dente da essere di difficile masticazione. Ragù invece molto buono. Spetzle burro e salvia conditi con speck non dichiarato nel menù. Vino buono ma servito al bicchiere in una qualità che ha sfiorato il ridicolo. Può essere fatto pagare di più ma ne va servita una quantità adeguata almeno all’assaggio. Tanta delusione per un pranzo che era un regalo per una delle persone invitate. Che peccato. Anni fa avevamo mangiato bene. Spero che ci sia un cambiamento per non rimanere con un brutto ricordo di questo luogo. Prezzi buoni.

30/12/2024: Excellent welcome and kindness from the staff. Typical mountain structure with wooden furnishings, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast and dinner with typical Trentino dishes. We will definitely be back and thank you for everything. Paola

POLENTA SALSICCIA FUNGHI E FORMAGGIO FUSO IL TUTTO ACCOMPAGNATO DA UN BUON BICCHIERE DI VINO ROSSO . NE VALE LA PENA , IL SERVIZIO E' VELOCE E IL PREZZO DELLE CONSUMAZIONI SONO IN LINEA.

24/05/2025: Incredibly delicious and affordable sushi! We were served sushi in a wonderful setting on the garden terrace. The hosts were very friendly and extremely generous; highly recommended!
