15/04/2026: We were a group of eight. The waiters were very kind and polite. We had a baby with us, and they even provided a small table for my nephew so he could sit and eat comfortably. We ordered Spätzle, ravioli, salad, pizza, pasta, and more — everything was delicious and freshly made. Our dishes arrived within 10–15 minutes. The waiter, Giorgio, answered all our questions and explained everything in detail. The coperto was €2 per person, which is quite reasonable I think, and the beer was great too. We found parking about 200 meters from the restaurant in the blue-line areas. Since it was Sunday, parking was free, but you can also park in the city center for around €4–5 per hour (just 200–300 meters away). We loved our lunch there. Thank you, Torgglhaus! 22/12/2025: Youthful atmosphere with a thousand resources! A restaurant/pizzeria with a club-like feel for enjoying a drink with friends and listening to music. Lunch exceeded expectations. The freshly baked bread served on the spot is noteworthy...warm, crispy, and made with two types of flour (ps. The basket was sold out quickly!)...ditto the fried meatballs...no oil!!!! Generous first courses with generous ragù. The typical local chestnut dish, accompanied with their crostini, is noteworthy. Excellent quality grilled meat is served. Friendly and helpful staff, even when the place is almost full. The smoke extraction in the grill area could be improved, but for excellent meat, we can pass by. Wait times, considering that there's only one chef in the kitchen and he prepares everything on the spot, are quite reasonable (about 1.5 hours for appetizers, first courses, and second courses). Prices are average.

27/02/2026: We were there today and were unfortunately very disappointed. It started with a dirty table not being wiped down, which should be standard practice in any restaurant. The menus we received were covered in crumbs, grease stains, and other grime on the sides. The food was moderately disappointing. Other restaurants in the ski area offer significantly better value for money in terms of both taste and portion size. The plate of fried potatoes was two-thirds empty, and you could count the potatoes. You don't expect Michelin-starred cuisine on the slopes, but we were still disappointed overall. The service was a bit rushed and took our plates away while we were still chewing. Otherwise, it was okay. Prices are naturally a bit higher in a tourist area. But you get more for less on the mountain, where logistics are even more challenging. Therefore, I don't recommend this restaurant and suggest other restaurants on the mountain, although even there, some mountain huts exploit tourism. This restaurant can rest on its laurels, being ideally located in a tourist area right on the ski slopes, and is guaranteed customers regardless. With that volume, it doesn't matter whether each individual customer was satisfied and returns.

22/02/2026: We stayed there for several days and would like to clarify our review as follows: Pizza: Great, but some pretty wild variations. Fries? They weren't that great. Spaghetti Carbonara: Twice excellent, once so-so, as the bacon was soggy with sauce. No cream sauce – excellent, good ham, possibly a pre-made sauce – but good nonetheless. Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms – was a bit bland. Jagatee (a type of herbal tea): Better than at K-1. What was unfortunately very difficult: service and friendliness.

17/02/2026: The place is cute and the staff is very friendly, the starters and appetizers were good. But I ate a beef medallion that I couldn't even get a fork into, it was so tough. Even after I told them, nothing was done to fix it.

02/04/2026: Now under new management, workers' menus range from €12.00 to €16.00, including cover charge. Excellent dishes. It's also a pizza restaurant open for lunch and dinner, and also gluten-free pizza.

15/02/2026: Located in the center of Pergine, this restaurant is perfect for weekday meals. The service is quick but attentive. The prices are affordable.

28/10/2025: It was fantastic, beautiful rooms, very friendly service, a varied and delicious breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, we could only stay one night, but I've saved the address for my next longer stay in South Tyrol. Thank you for your kindness.

24/09/2025: The Schlosshotel Aehrental is an extraordinary, wonderful place: in the heart of Kaltern, yet a little removed from the hustle and bustle. We appreciate the hospitality, the delicious food, the wonderful residence with its well-kept garden... A gem, and very special indeed.

25/06/2025: We always enjoy staying at the castle hotel. The old building is very beautiful, the magnificent gardens are lovingly maintained and invite you to linger. The delicious food is simply delicious, and the owner and the entire staff are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel has private access to the lake, which is about 3 kilometers away.

13/12/2025: I returned to this restaurant, but I would say that during the Christmas holidays it doesn't perform as it should, the food isn't perfect (during the year it is spectacular), the noise (many Christmas tables), the service... That's all there is!

29/03/2026: After years I go back and the first night was ok, the second one now feels like I'm on a joke. We sit down, order Spritz Saceda and they bring us Spritz Aperol. I point it out, considering that I had drunk it the previous evening, the waiter's reply is that we don't have raspberries but it's Saceda. I point out the colour and flavour. I repeat, somewhat darkened in the face and Aperol; at that point they take away our aperitifs, muttering something, they are remade and miracle of the evening or of the snow, the Saceda appears with raspberries inside. We order the second course, we are not asked how it is cooked, given how much it costs at least how I want it, it arrives all rare, perhaps they remember the previous evening, except for the fillet which is overcooked and burnt on the outside. We point it out to him and at this point the best part comes into play. The waiter's ignorance and incompetence comes into play, pointing out to us that the fillet is cooked perfectly. An argument starts between customer and waiter. In the end I tell him I'll pay and I'll examine it as I say and he replies again. At this point the dinner ends, leaving a customer without having dined and with a bad memory of the waiter and the structure where I will put a stone on it and as the good Cannavacciolo says GOODBYE TAMBRA
