08/11/2025: A beautiful hotel in a wonderfully quiet location with a fantastic view. The breakfast was very varied and left nothing to be desired. The evening menu was also delicious. The staff was very friendly. This was our first stay at the Lichtenstern, but it certainly won't be our last.

06/11/2025: A lovely hotel with spacious and modernly furnished rooms. We had a mountain view, which is absolutely stunning in good weather. The hotel's location offers not only beautiful views but also peace and quiet and easy access to the Ritten cable car. The food is good, and the breakfast buffet is particularly wonderful, especially when enjoyed in the sun on the terrace while taking in the mountain views. And when the incredibly friendly and helpful Erika is serving you! The warm, welcoming service is one of the hotel's greatest strengths – as are the hiking tips from the knowledgeable owner. We didn't use the spa area, as the swimming pool is being renovated until summer. What could be improved? A bit more variety at dinner (half-board) and freeing the enormous fish from the much too small aquarium.

17/09/2025: A café with a very welcoming interior reminiscent of Viennese coffee houses, friendly owners, and delicious cakes at reasonable prices. I really liked it.

11/09/2025: We've returned to this bar several times because it has a very welcoming and quiet atmosphere, delicious cakes, and excellent prices. It might go unnoticed because it doesn't have parking, but we recommend it if you're in Prato allo Stelvio.

24/08/2025: The food was good and the staff were very welcoming. The kids' corner was a fantastic plus! The Montessori bathroom was also spotless. The kids felt truly included, and we ate our meals without any worries.

20/09/2025: A great find on the road to Val di Fiemme, this informal roadside restaurant offers excellent food and very friendly staff. Prices are reasonable.

26/10/2025: Galmain Hof offers its guests traditional dishes, well-cooked, wholesome, with authentic flavors and generous portions at a fair price. The service is extremely friendly, and the view from the terrace is fantastic. It's just a half-hour walk from the Unterstell cable car mountain station, along a section of the "Alta Via di Merano" trail, passing by the new Skywalk. Please note: they don't have ATMs; payment is cash only!

16/11/2025: First of all, rating a guesthouse with stars is completely pointless. Everyone's looking for something different, and that's reflected in the star ratings. As for us, we struggled up the hill on our bikes – it gets really steep towards the end. But it was worth it. We were practically alone in the quaint pub. One table was occupied by local women, and at another, a group of men were playing what I assume was a game of Schafkopf (a German card game). They'd probably been sitting there together for decades, giving the place a "it is what it always is" atmosphere. I like that sort of thing. The landlady was friendly, with a good sense of humor, and made for an enjoyable stay for my wife and me. The menu is concise, which we appreciated. The food was hearty and of high quality – and served with a smile. The price was absolutely reasonable. We'll definitely be back, perhaps in the summer when we can sit outside and enjoy the fantastic view.

13/10/2025: We went here on Saturday evening, October 11th, for excellent beer, great music, and a typically friendly local atmosphere. We returned the next day for lunch, a plate of speck and cheese with pickles, special bread, and, of course, good beer. In addition to the intimate interior, there are also tables outside. The blankets provided at each table were greatly appreciated. Thank you, and who knows, see you soon!

20/09/2025: The Wellness Sporthotel is truly an excellent hotel. The spa isn't huge, but it's welcoming and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. The location is ideal for skiers, being practically next to the chairlift. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, while the staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. The food is also impressive: both dinner and breakfast offer high-quality, generous dishes. A place that combines comfort, relaxation, and excellent services, perfect for a vacation in Vipiteno.
