17/07/2025: Don't miss this! A fantastic bakery with lots of treats, snacks, and light meals. Many ingredients are sourced directly from the surrounding area. Local products are a top priority. Not only hikers can find the perfect food here; the breakfast menu is more than intriguing. Even the beans for the perfect cappuccino are roasted in Tiers. I would have given it 10 stars!

14/10/2025: We stayed at the hotel for three nights on our motorcycle tour. Excellent service, super hospitality, everything was perfect. The host even drove us in his own car to a restaurant where we enjoyed Törggelen (traditional German Törggelen). Thank you so much, Guzzy :))

19/10/2025: We had a Törggelen experience here. Simply fantastic! Fantastic service and first-class food. They even offered seconds. Törggelen at its finest. The journey to the Ratschings valley station is great – after that, the road becomes single-lane, but still easily passable. We'd love to come back!!!

17/12/2025: Bar/Bistro a few steps from Novacella Abbey. Not knowing where to go after visiting the abbey, I stopped for lunch. I chose this place at random, just to grab a bite to eat. Cute place, friendly owner. I ordered a couple of cold dishes and a dessert. Average prices for the area (not cheap). Positive experience.

10/11/2025: Wonderful experience. My partner and I stayed at the agriturismo in the second week of November, in the middle of autumn. Mrs. Cinzia welcomed us and gave us tons of advice and brochures on activities in the Val di Non. We had a Wonderbox that included two nights, two dinners, and two breakfasts. The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. The breakfast was very good (both sweet and savory) with typical local products. For dinner, you have to go to a partner restaurant (Trattoria al Sole) with excellent traditional cuisine. A car is essential. The surprising thing is that we expected there to be limits on orders, but instead we could order an appetizer, first course, second course, side dish, dessert, and coffee! The only thing excluded from the Wonderbox was wine. In short, we truly felt treated like royalty on this vacation. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, both at the agriturismo and at the restaurant. Highly recommended as an experience, especially for the food.

19/10/2025: I stayed at this property with my partner using a Wonderbox and we had a great time. It's a very nice agriturismo. Our room had a window overlooking the mountain and right in front of it was a fenced area with two very beautiful horses.

05/10/2025: This review only applies to the restaurant! We received a warm welcome and enjoyed delicious, regional food. It's in a fantastic location high above Appiano and Bolzano, with views of the Dolomites. The farm has been family-owned for over 200 years.

They remade the dishes, yes, but they weren't happy about it. Hmm... What a shame.

A few days ago, I ordered a pizza at 1:30 PM and a Margherita, and they delivered it at 2:10 PM, which is when I should be at school. The staff are friendly, 9/10 times.

A few flaws, however, that need addressing (these are just suggestions). Sunday lunch, it was crowded and the place was full, but the wait was long, especially between courses. One thing that wasn't very nice was seeing the pizza chef making pizzas with a "beard"—I don't think it's very hygienic! And finally, there was a "mess" with the bill... They split the total, as requested (there were 5 of us), and it came to €27.00 per person... But when it came to paying by card, the total was €138.00 instead of €135.00. When we pointed this out... the answer wasn't understood, and that was it... not even the pretence of offering us a liqueur or refunding us the €3.00... It wasn't nice! If we wanted to leave a tip, we'd take care of it.
