We had lunch at this refuge after a lovely hike. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with wooden interiors and the scent of polenta in the air. 26/07/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant after a wonderful hike to the Plose Refuge. The location is truly fantastic: a modern, elegant setting with meticulous attention to detail, with wood playing a key role, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We ordered a first and second course, both very good. There was a small mix-up with the first course, but it was resolved with great professionalism: the staff apologized repeatedly and, to make up for it, kindly offered us a grappa. A much-appreciated gesture that demonstrates their dedication to their customers. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. A very positive experience, I recommend it!
