08/06/2025: I've been coming to the Steinerhof in Pfelders since 2003 and, after a long break, I've returned with a friend. The entire Hofer family is characterized by their warmth and hospitality. Even after nine years, it feels like "coming home." The apartments are spacious and have great balconies for enjoying the beautiful view. The biggest highlight is the rides with the fantastic Haflinger horses, lovingly trained by Alberich and his daughters. Thanks to the attentive guidance of the family members, we quickly gained confidence on horseback in the challenging terrain of Pfelders. The family's farm tavern is also highly recommended. Katy prepares delicious dishes using regional and home-grown products. You once again made our stay something special - thank you very much, we look forward to seeing you again soon.😊

11/03/2025: Il ristorante si trova in centro al piccolo paese di Plan in val Passiria. È molto accogliente e arredato in stile rustico, tutto in legno. Il personale molto gentile. I piatti tipici sono gustosi e abbondanti e a base di prodotti a km 0. Le carni provengono dall'allevamento di famiglia. La cuoca Katy è molto brava ad usare gli ingredienti per i piatti tipici! Ottimi i dolci. Per finire il proprietario signor Alberich propone l'assaggio delle sue grappe a base di erbe e radici autoprodotte, vere medicine, naturalmente senza esagerare. Consigliato a chi ama i piatti rustici.

11/05/2025: Excellent experience. Very kind staff. Clean and spacious rooms (our room had a view of the castle). Abundant breakfast with a rich choice. Given the plans already made before, we were unable to eat at the restaurant, but we will certainly return to taste it. Advised.

08/03/2025: Una baita bellissima lungo la pista che scende dal Seceda a Ortisei, al sole ma in mezzo al bosco; una cucina ricca, con tanti piatti squisiti (uova speck e patate e spatzle tra tutti); un servizio super veloce e cortese; un listino prezzi inferiore ad altre baite della zona; un’atmosfera vivace nel pomeriggio. Serve dire altro? Consigliatissima!

31/01/2025: Ogni volta che vengo a Ortisei, tappa obbligata. Questa volta tanta nel bosco, un paesaggio bellissimo per raggiungere la baita… Questo posto è bellissimo estate e inverno. Ogni volta un’occasione perfetta per un dolce o per un pranzo. Servizio ottimo e veloce. Location perfetta per rilassarsi fuori sugli sdrai al sole o in baita. Cibo ottimo e i proprietari tutti TOP. Prezzi assolutamente in linea alla qualità dell’offerta.

22/04/2025: Spitzenmäßige und hervorragende Genussmomente auf sonniger Terrasse mit Blick auf die umliegenden Weingärten. Die Speisen sind saisonal, frisch und kreativ zubereitet, mit Zutaten aus dem hauseigenen Garten verfeinert. Einfach fantastisch! Sommelier Michael hat uns bei der Auswahl der passenden Weine die richtigen Tipps gegeben. Die persönliche Atmosphäre kreiert von sehr, sehr netten, aufmerksamen und kinderfreundlichen Gastgebern macht den Aufenthalt unvergesslich. Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal!

21/04/2025: Sehr gutes Essen, feine und beste Küche auf hohem Niveau. Alles war ausgezeichnet. Service geht nicht besser. Die eigenen Weine sind sehr gut, insbesondere der Pinot Noir und der „Strahler“. Wir kommen gerne wieder. PS: Der Sommelier Michael hat eine sehr hohe Weinkompetenz. Tolle Weinkarte!

05/01/2025: Well stocked and very good pastry shop. Different choice of gluten-free products, including biscuits and brittle. They also have a wide selection of spreads, jams and other packaged products.

06/05/2025: Excellent breakfast, clean, but the bathrooms are a little dated but clean. There is no lift to the upper floors and the location is ideal for the area but if you decide to move it is located in a dead-end street, you have to go back to get connections to other areas.

23/04/2025: We had a very nice stay at the Steinhauswirt, which was particularly special for us because of the proximity to the ski lift and the super friendly hostess. We were also satisfied with the rooms and half board. A special plus point for us was that we were allowed to take our dogs with us for breakfast and dinner. We have been coming to Ahrntal for 20 years and have tried out many accommodations. Next year we want to go to the Steinhauswirt again. The location and hospitality were simply outstanding for us.

23/05/2025: We took three takeaway pizzas quite Magnificent, excellent dough as well as the ingredients, clean place with a great outdoor and indoor space, young smiling and polite staff. I have never written a review in my life but here it was really needed. Ps. We did not take pictures of the pizzas because we devoured them.
