31/08/2025: I often come here for aperitifs, lunch, and dinner. Service is super fast, but only if you know what to order as soon as you sit down. If you delay the waiter, you risk waiting a long time.

08/05/2025: È il 25 aprile e penso che difficilmente troverò dove pranzare...qui è diverso: sei una zona isolata, sembrava che aspettassero proprio noi. Ordiniamo subito il pranzo per i bimbi, insieme al nostro antipasto a base di cervo...sapori fantastici. Prendiamo poi il piatto primiero e i canederli.... Per chiudere anche un dolce.... 07/04/2025: Che dire? Qui: Qualità del cibo, location molto bella (e curata) e propensione al commensale, si fondono in maniera perfetta in un contesto paesaggistico unico. Per chi cerca una “coccola” al di fuori della frenesia che caratterizza il nostro stile di vita, questo è il posto ideale! Ristorante con pochi posti a sedere, Hotel con poche camere, il tutto all’insegna del “pochi ma buoni”. Una tappa che consiglio a tutti a patto di sapersi vivere (e godere a pieno) la vita, magari sorseggiando una buona bottiglia di vino. Complimenti a Nicola, alla moglie ed a tutto il suo staff. 02/09/2025: It would be perfect if they could extend their opening hours, perhaps until 4:00 PM on weekdays. The decor is beautiful.

14/08/2025: The staff was also knowledgeable in recommending a balanced meal. I liked the option of having the bread dish as well.

10/09/2025: A 35-minute wait for a 20-euro order... one of the three sandwiches was delivered cold, not to mention the overflowing trash. FRENCH PEOPLE, RUN AWAY!!!

06/07/2025: La Stua is always a good idea :-))) !!! Service with young generation of new waiters became even better and faster (especially thanks to Silivia, è molto brava e bellissima! Grilled tuna is perfect as well as pasta is just great. Green salads we took were very good. We were tired of meat, meat, meat everyday here in Selva and we wanted to eat smth different. I will come again!

06/07/2025: A wonderful, relaxing stay in a fantastic location We stayed at the hotel above Latsch with an e-bike tour group – an absolutely quiet, idyllic location with stunning views of the South Tyrolean landscape. The hotel itself is beautiful, very well-maintained, and well-equipped. The well-designed underground parking garage, which was perfectly equipped for e-bikes – including charging stations – deserves special mention. Our rooms with a garden view were pleasantly quiet, allowing us to relax wonderfully. The beautiful garden with pool offered just the right respite after our bike rides. The breakfast left nothing to be desired, and the dinner was a real highlight – culinary delights of the highest caliber and sensational quality. Added to that, the very friendly, attentive service and the extremely friendly hosts. We felt completely at home and left feeling completely rested. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!

21/06/2025: Although we only went for dinner one evening this year, it was once again excellent. Super delicious, great quality, excellent service, and gluten-free options are also available. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

This à la carte fusion restaurant is located a short distance from the pedestrian center, frequented by true Asian cuisine enthusiasts.

24/08/2025: They blocked every deviation from the trail with electric wire or even barbed wire. They cut off the water from the fountain just below the mountain hut. They fenced off the picnic areas. It's practically become a restaurant with an adjoining playground.

23/08/2025: We really like this hike and this mountain hut, both in summer and winter, the fantastic environment, large spaces with games for children, good choice of typical dishes, children's menus, fair prices.

26/08/2025: Many compliments to the Chef: when eating becomes a playful experience and a discovery of flavors, every bite becomes a pleasure to be savored. Attentive and thoughtful service: every request was accommodated, despite my gluten intolerance.

23/08/2025: A pleasant location, we had lunch in a beautiful garden. The dishes were refined and extremely tasty. We ordered rabbit and truffle eggs, both excellent. The service was attentive. Highly recommended.
