10/09/2025: We ended up here quite spontaneously when we extended our vacation in South Tyrol. We felt very comfortable from the very beginning. You can feel the passion of the whole family. The housekeeper was very nice and made our son's towels into different shapes, like animals, etc. every day. High praise also for the kitchen! The food was excellent. We would love to come back.

07/12/2025: As a German, I've eaten far better burgers all around Northern Italy. Furthermore, the burger patty wasn't cooked properly, the fries were cold, and the whole restaurant was filled with smoke; they probably wanted to save money and didn't turn on the heating, so they kept all the windows closed. The service was rather unfriendly, and the prices were too high for the place. You can definitely find better places to eat. Da tedesco ho già mangiato hamburger decisamente migliori in tutto il Nord Italia. Inoltre la carne dell’hamburger non era ben cotta, le patatine erano fredde e tutto il locale era pieno di fumo; probabilmente volevano risparmiare sul riscaldamento e quindi hanno tenuto le finestre chiuse. Il personale era piuttosto scontroso e i prezzi sono troppo alti per questo tipo di locale. If you take care of it, you can also keep it in storage.

08/08/2025: Welcoming atmosphere with a beautiful window overlooking the forest and a terrace overlooking the Sciliar peaks. The pizza is truly exceptional (something rarely seen): crispy, thin, cooked to perfection, and not burned! Kudos to the pizza chef. We'll definitely be back 🥰

31/07/2025: This splendid restaurant and pizzeria is located on the Alpe di Siusi, boasting breathtaking views. Convenient parking is available. A refined and intimate atmosphere with windows overlooking the surrounding nature, and a small number of tables for an intimate and romantic evening. Friendly and attentive service, wood-fired oven! Excellent pizza, thinly sliced, and meticulously prepared. Ideal for enjoying an excellent dinner in a refined setting overlooking an idyllic panorama.

22/11/2025: We ate very well, the food was delicious, the Florentine steak and the semolina gnocchi with ragù were delicious, the chestnut tiramisu was fabulous.

05/11/2025: A hotel housed in an industrial building that has been well preserved and renovated. Quiet and clean, with a decent breakfast and excellent value. Plus, the vintage garage.

20/10/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Kronsbühl! The rooms are very nice and spacious. The pool above the hotel is in a fantastic location. From the hotel, we were able to enjoy many beautiful hikes. Merano is an hour's walk away, and about 15 minutes by car. Many thanks to the friendly Schöpf family and their attentive staff.

12/10/2025: The hotel has a great location. It's very quiet. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds, plus friendly staff and excellent food—what more could you want for a vacation?

25/11/2025: We stopped for lunch on Monday, November 17th, ordering two first courses (ravioli), salad, dessert, and coffee. Everything was absolutely delicious. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff were the icing on the cake. We hope to return soon!

10/08/2025: I was looking for a different hotel Santer but look at that, you guys are a wonderful resort for wellness and holidays. Great pictures often say more than a thousand words, but we also need words that are well-disposed and vibrate high to maintain our heart level without being dependent on them. It brightens up the day and multiplies itself here on this platform worldwide anyway. I wish you a wonderful summer. It's nice that I already have you here on my phone. Yes, it is recommendable, no question.

07/08/2025: 1. A request for a one-week stay for two people, including accessibility by car, for January 26 was already made in May 25! 2. I was told to call again in August 25. By then, they had assessed the needs of regular guests and might be able to offer something. There was no response regarding accessibility. After repeated inquiries, the information was received. 3. The second request was then made in August 25. 4. A room was offered without any consideration of needs, with a reference to moving to a room – a single room… There are two of us. CONCLUSION: This kind of behavior is fundamentally inappropriate for a service-oriented establishment that sees itself as a host. And this in South Tyrol. Unbelievable but true! No thanks! Fortunately, South Tyrol has much, much better to offer.

22/11/2025: It's nothing short of a little paradise. Everything is fantastic...the relaxing atmosphere...the well-kept and welcoming environment... I highly recommend it to anyone looking for relaxation, courtesy, and tranquility... The owners are exquisite...very helpful and kind... Thanks again for your hospitality... I hope to return as soon as possible... Congratulations!!!

02/11/2025: The place is truly beautiful, well-kept, and welcoming. The food is also good, the potato tortel in particular was well-made—but the price is absolutely not fair. Furthermore, we weren't given a menu upon arrival, nor did the waiter tell us the price of the potato tortel. So we went in a bit "blind," and that's fine; once you're seated, you don't get up and leave... but it would have been nice to know. The dessert, at €7, also didn't convince me: nothing exceptional, in fact, I'd say it was rather bland for that price. In short: a nice place, friendly service, and good food, but the quality-price ratio isn't up to par. Considering that a ten-minute drive will take you to Fai, where you can spend €18 per person and eat the same way, here you're probably paying more for the ambiance than the food itself.

23/11/2025: I ordered a fancy pizza, which was good but a little overcooked. That's why I only gave it three stars.

21/11/2025: A place I've recently reconsidered; I've been there three or four times in the last two months. The food is excellent and fantastic, even the pizza. For meat, I tried the ribeye steak, cooked to perfection and of a quality comparable to what you'd find in Texas. I ordered that cut because it's my favorite, but the restaurant also offers finer cuts and cuts of all kinds, including the famous Japanese Wagyu. I'll have to return soon to try everything else! The wine and beer selection is excellent, but I'd love to find a red or dark beer on tap. On Thursdays, jazz music is played in a dedicated room.

16/10/2025: Finally, a proper artisanal ice cream shop. All gluten-free, authentic flavors, no pre-made products. Unfortunately, rare.

29/09/2025: Our stay at Hotel Chalet Del Sogno was pure magic! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were visiting the grand estate of a dear friend. Mr. Schiavon is a master of hospitality — from chasing down the street to confirm details for our hike, to selecting the perfect wine, and arranging a special dinner at his friend’s restaurant, The Riviera. The team was incredible: Davide made every detail seamless, Fabiola advised us on hikes and prepared a delicious picnic lunch, Fernanda gave a perfect massage after a long day, and Giada’s passion for fresh ingredients made dining unforgettable — the tartare was the best we’ve ever had! A flawless blend of luxury and heartfelt service. We can’t wait to return! Marc & Rosanna

05/08/2025: This is my second year here. The hotel is centrally located but away from the hustle and bustle. Very well-maintained and spacious rooms. Excellent service and friendly staff. I recommend it if you're looking for a luxury stay in Campiglio.
