20/10/2025: We stayed here for one night while passing through and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are simple but clean. The food was perfect. The pizza was as you'd expect in Italy, and even better. The schnitzel and roast potatoes were perfect. The breakfast, for a 2-star hotel, should definitely be 5-star. Coffee was available in all varieties! The atmosphere in the evenings and in the mornings was friendly and very humorous. If you like a rustic and cozy place, this is the place for you. Thank you for the lovely stay, we'd love to come back!

I wasn't particularly impressed by the atmosphere; it's modern, which I personally find a bit neutral. Clearly, it's just a matter of subjective taste; it's still a beautiful place, very tidy and well-kept!
In my opinion, the pizza dough is excellent! Delicate, well-cooked, and easy to digest, as are the balanced toppings. The combinations throughout the menu are interesting.
The snowflakes are delicious! Like the entire dessert menu, it's different from the usual.
I'll definitely be back; in Trento, I recommend this pizzeria without a doubt.
23/11/2025: This welcoming and well-maintained pizzeria is located right below the HI Hotel. It's a shame, however, that the pizza didn't live up to our expectations: the dough was chewy, poorly leavened, and overall not up to par with the place.
The service was quick and friendly, no complaints there, but the quality of the pizza, unfortunately, didn't convince us.
We spent €41 for two beers, a water, two pizzas, and a portion of fries. Since we paid in cash, we didn't receive a receipt, so I can't provide a detailed price list.
A decent experience, but room for improvement, especially on the most important aspect: the pizza.

06/11/2025: The food was delicious; I loved the dish pictured and was completely satisfied, as was the appetizer (octopus carpaccio).
The only flaw is the rushed waiters; as other people have written, it almost seems like they're trying to clear the table as quickly as possible, even when there are only a few people in the restaurant. I'd recommend letting customers breathe a little more (with some limitations, of course).
Aside from that, if you're in Riva and don't know where to eat, I highly recommend this restaurant.
04/11/2025: Tiramisu was terrible and they wanted not to give it to us as they claimed the restaurant is closed.

04/11/2025: The crêpe wasn't fresh; it was simply reheated, constantly turned over by hand without gloves, and then the money was collected. They need to improve their hygiene.

19/09/2025: Everything was delicious. We ate here twice because we liked it so much.
We recommend the Friday specials at a great price. We tried four different dishes, and all were exceptionally tasty. The price-to-quality ratio was very good. The portions were large. The service was friendly.
The atmosphere was very pleasant, mountainous, and you can feel the Dolomites.
I recommend it 100%.

06/11/2025: Beautiful place, even though it's practically underground! Professional and attentive staff! The only flaw is... the food, apart from the fact that I was disappointed, the quality is too much for that price. You pay a lot and eat badly. I ordered the meat platter and the schlutzkrapfen. The quantity was below average, and the quality, let's say, isn't excellent. It's a shame because the location is very nice and welcoming.

26/09/2025: Overall, an excellent hotel; well-appointed suite with a comfortable bed and pillow, fantastic rooftop pool, and friendly, welcoming staff. I would have expected more from the somewhat small wellness area and the kitchen, as the dishes served, while excellently prepared, were very simple.

31/10/2025: We vacationed here from October 26th to 30th, 2025.
The house is very nice, the room small but functional. Plenty of space to store luggage.
The bathroom is lovely, clean, and even has a large window for ventilation.
The spa area is perfect for relaxing, and the heated outdoor pool and whirlpool make it even better.
Breakfast and dinner left nothing to be desired.
The wine list is very extensive.
The public bus even stops right outside and is free of charge.
The hosts are very attentive and maintained personal contact with the guests.
It was a very, very pleasant and high-quality stay for us.

Breakfast and dinner leave nothing to be desired, all with a magnificent view of the Dolomites. A very nice wellness area.
I 100% recommend this hotel!

24/12/2025: My family and I recently returned from a four-day ski vacation. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, with a new spa area and pool. Excellent service. The food is simple, but average, with some dishes being better, others worse. The location is outside of Moena's city center, but within a 10-minute walk. Excellent value. I'll definitely be back.
21/12/2025: Beautiful hotel, meticulously maintained by the owners. The staff accommodated all our requests, and often even offered suggestions. I found the cleanliness of both the room and the spa impeccable. We took advantage of the Private Spa service, where you have the pool and entire wellness area all to yourself. It was wonderful!
