19/04/2025: Circa un anno fa eravamo stati colpiti dalla particolarità dei piatti. Questa sera delusi dal rapporto qualità prezzo e dalla scarsa scelta del menù..... musica troppo alta da non consentire di parlarsi e camerieri che ti osservano da vicino tanta da farti sentire a disagio. Non lo consiglierei più ad altri

19/04/2025: Ci fermiamo solitamente per acquistare solo i vini della cantina adiacente al ristorante. Questa volta abbiamo deciso di pranzare, prima di ripartire. Tutto ottimo, ambiente molto curato, personale gentile e disponibile. Un tagliere salumi e formaggi e un secondo di carne molto buono. 2 calici di buon vino, siamo stati bene .

30/06/2025: I had lunch with my family of six adults and two children, everything was perfect until the bill... total €313.70. We jokingly asked the head waiter to round up the bill... so €310, the aforementioned first joked about it, then applied a discount of €3.70 cents and thinking he wasn't being heard, commented with his colleague that we were "poor things". I think that sometimes, it would be better to think before opening your mouth just to feel "cool".... Too bad, we really felt sorry for the owner!!!!

29/06/2025: One of the best pizza's ever. Also the tagliatelle with mushroom's was very good. Price versus quality this restaurant reserves a big 5!

18/03/2025: The location of the Hotel Ramon is certainly very nice, immersed in a spectacular mountain landscape that promises a relaxing holiday. However, my experience was ruined by the poor professionalism and aggressiveness of the receptionist. Already upon our arrival, the treatment received was anything but welcoming: the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, responding abruptly to our requests and demonstrating a total lack of courtesy. An attitude that negatively affected the entire stay. A beautiful location is not enough if customer service and the kindness of the staff are lacking. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Edit: I am adding to the review because I am unable to respond to the manager: At check in they did not explain the rules, at least not to me and when I tried to speak to the receptionist I was immediately attacked. The thing that made me the most angry was the fact that the light was turned off inside the spa forcing us to go down the wet steps in the dark with the possibility of slipping and hurting ourselves, I myself slipped and hit the side of the wall. If I had fallen and hit my head what would have happened? I think a complaint would have been mandatory. The next day I simply went to reception to point out the matter to the staff, and unfortunately I had my boots on, which being the first day were dry and clean and in any case I did not cross the hotel hall as I only leaned out from the stairs. Since there were more people inside the spa I was identified as the sole scapegoat for the incident. All of this generates truly unprofessional behavior on the part of the facility.

20/10/2024: Ristorante con alloggio situato in splendida posizione panoramica e inserito in un fabbricato rustico e molto curato. La cucina offre piatti della cucina locale con ampia scelta: tutte le pietanze da noi provate si sono rivelate di ottima qualità con porzioni generose e prezzi convenienti. Il personale è gentile e attento al cliente. Da consigliare

22/04/2025: We saw this restaurant through the reviews and it was a success. We arrived at 9:20 p.m. and they were treated very well, the boy was very nice. The food was delicious, we ordered two Milanese. Delicious. I recommend it without a doubt!

19/06/2025: We've been coming here for years. Always for the Alpine flair and also for skiing. The service is always top-notch, the rooms are very clean, and you just feel at home. Even when it's very busy, everything runs smoothly. I can't understand the bad reviews at all.

18/06/2025: We spontaneously got a parking space for our car and caravan, were given a very friendly welcome, and received excellent advice. The restrooms were super clean and cleaned twice a day 😍 The staff is friendly and accommodating. Great value for money. The pizza is highly recommended 😋

18/04/2025: We went to this restaurant to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. Stunning place, impeccable service and the food too! Advise! Too bad it was a rainy day which didn't allow us to enjoy the external beauty of the place.

23/03/2025: Wedding 09/24 We chose Prime Rose for the catering of our wedding, and our experience was a mix of emotions. We were initially won over by Emanuela's charisma, who was very professional and friendly in our first meetings when choosing the menu, but unfortunately, during the wedding day some aspects did not go as we expected. As for the food, we can't help but compliment it: every dish was of excellent quality and our guests appreciated it very much. However, the organization of the day left much to be desired. Unfortunately, with the arrival of the rain, the aperitif we had planned outdoors was interrupted, and we expected part of it to be served in the dining room. Instead, nothing was brought inside, and we were made to start lunch an hour early, creating a bit of confusion. In the dining room, service management was not optimal. There were two waiters: one with more experience, but who seemed unmotivated, and a young and inexperienced girl. The result was that some moments, such as the distribution of drinks and time management, were poorly taken care of. Another point that disappointed us was the cutting of the cake: scheduled for 7-7.30pm, it was served at 5.30pm, leaving us then with an hour and a half of waiting without doing anything. During this period, the tables of the elderly guests were not served with sparkling wine, and we were told that, since the cake was being cut outdoors, everyone had to get up to get the drink. This situation has never happened to us on other occasions. Even the cocktail corner, planned during the evening, did not meet expectations. The bartender was almost "hidden", and many guests came to ask us where he was. Furthermore, we had agreed on free focaccias for the evening, but in the end during the party, all the paid piadinas were served first, and, when these were finished, we were told that it was not appropriate to serve the focaccias, despite it being a previously established agreement. In conclusion, the food was undoubtedly a strong point, but the organization and management of the service was disappointing. We were hoping for a smoother experience that was in line with expectations, especially considering the professionalism initially shown.

01/07/2025: We stayed at Il Torrione for three nights. The location is particularly noteworthy: at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, right in the center, yet not in the hustle and bustle. Parking is super easy and reasonably priced, with a parking garage right around the corner. The staff, both at the hotel and the bar, are all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the tower is very special. All in all, highly recommended.

23/06/2025: A beautiful central hotel with great furnishings in an old tower. The rooms offer plenty of space, including a bathroom and dressing area, and you have a beautiful view of the city. Small but perfectly formed, that's exactly what it's about. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast with a wide selection in a lovely breakfast room. Generally, very good value for money. There's also a rooftop terrace to enjoy, and you can be in the city center in just a few minutes. The bar on the ground floor is also very cozy and reasonably priced. The staff here is also very friendly and attentive.
