21/06/2025: Obscene. Booked for about 15 people, pizza only menu which in my opinion was also very poor. First served three pizzas then two to another table then three to another table again then finally two to ours again and so on. In short, an endless wait and children at the limit. In short.... Pizza is better than the frozen one, terrible service and cold and insignificant environment. But I recommend you dress well or you can't get in.

03/05/2025: Super creamy homemade ice cream in the bar, super nice service.

22/04/2025: 4 aperitifs at the central bar, served with a miserable 3 pieces of bread and a few small, thin slices of unidentified salami, which in truth looked like leftovers. When asked to bring more, we were told that everything was finished and if we wanted we could buy bags of chips from the display. All this at 12.30pm on a public holiday, really embarrassing not to mention very irritating. I would advise managers, without offense, to change jobs...

25/06/2025: Very nice people, great bacon, goulash, and sour veal head. Highly recommended!

31/05/2025: Changed management, they don't accept debit cards (illegal) and then they don't issue receipts. Warm beer. Much better before. Next time we'll move on

04/05/2025: Today on my way home, I was looking for a place to buy a dessert and I stopped at this little pastry shop. A real surprise, the lady who served us was very courteous, I bought some strudel and a baked krapfen... both very good! I would have stopped for breakfast, the window was very inviting. I also bought some sandwiches: soft and delicious. Unfortunately I only managed to take one photo... we ate them all!!

12/04/2025: The hotel is situated next to the slopes. After a day of skiing you can glide right into the après-ski. Unfortunately there aren’t stores around in walking distance so a car is needed. The staf is friendly. The rooms are clean and in good condition. I would prefer vegetarian options on the menu. On more than one evening I had to specifically request a vegetarian meal which was often not good.

04/04/2025: Very good value for money (we were out of season). Food and service very good. The rooms are clean, the only thing worth doing is the bathrooms... they are probably 25 years old - overall, we recommend it, we will gladly come back.

16/04/2025: Excellent for a lunch break with colleagues, they accept meal vouchers and write down the "credit" on a piece of paper if there is money left over from the voucher

05/07/2025: Perfect dinner, we returned to this place after many years in which we had stopped "by chance" and I must say that the quality of the food and wine is always phenomenal, from the canederli to the fillets everything special.

16/06/2025: My wife and I stayed at this hotel to celebrate our anniversary. The experience was fabulous, the staff from the moment we arrived was helpful, very kind and welcoming. I will mention some of the people we interacted with the most: Fabiola who welcomed us at the beginning, Cristina, Giada and Juan at the restaurant, always available, professional and friendly. Dinner was always a moment of great culinary experience, excellent dishes always well presented by the guys, with local ingredients and accompanied by quality wines. A real experience to try. The room, a splendid 48 square meter suite, the cleanliness, the Spa, the location of this structure, in short, everything together made our stay truly special, an experience to repeat! A big hello to everyone!!

13/06/2025: Unfortunately, our visit to the in-house gourmet restaurant did not meet our expectations. When ordering, we were informed that we were not allowed to freely choose the main course from the menu – in particular, the venison dish we had been looking forward to was not available. This restriction came as a surprise and seemed rather inflexible. Our subsequent choice from the à la carte menu was also served lukewarm, which significantly diminished the enjoyment. After dessert, we were not asked for any further requests, nor was the wine refilled – in a restaurant of this caliber, we would have expected more attention. Particularly disappointing, however, was the lack of response to our letter of complaint, which we wrote immediately afterward. Such a lack of customer service unfortunately does not leave a good impression. Despite the otherwise positive aspects of our stay, the disappointing restaurant experience and the lack of complaint management raise the question of whether we will book again in the future. We hope that our feedback will be understood as constructive criticism.

13/07/2025: I've been to the Thai Oriental restaurant in Bolzano and was really pleased. The place is clean and welcoming, with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly. The portions are generous and the prices are fair.

06/07/2025: On our way back from Sardinia, we stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and discovered a true gem. The ravioli and ribeye were truly sensational. The value for money is very good. I definitely recommend it and would gladly return anytime.

08/06/2025: Attracted by the reviews I decided to book a dinner with friends that to this day I define as embarrassing. The octopus was rubbery inside and burned outside as well as arriving at the table completely cold, the asparagus that accompanied the egg overcooked and tasteless, the Fiorentina good but also cold and without any side dish not even potatoes or vegetables. If the side dish were two zucchini slices then ok. Except for the place both inside and outside. We will definitely not return.

26/06/2025: A truly authentic Italian restaurant with a certain flair. I had dinner here and was not disappointed. The pizza tasted simply amazing, with a crispy, thin base (but not too thin) and generously topped. That's just how it should be. The service was friendly and quick—what more could you ask for? 100% recommendation.
