Dinner for two with potato tortei, cured meats, and cheeses, paired with an excellent local "Groppello" wine. We're full, but we have to try the porcini mushroom risotto... it's a winning choice! Thanks to everyone for the evening we enjoyed, especially Daria, who is the Queen of the kitchen. We'll be back next time. Book!

28/10/2025: A fantastic bakery, where service and passion for their work are paramount. The chestnut cake is highly recommended. The chestnuts really come into their own and are a perfect match. The Black Forest cake and the quark turnover are also highly recommended.

06/08/2025: On Saturday, August 2, 2025, we celebrated our wedding at Maso Vender in Rumo, and we truly want to thank Trentino Catering for their thoughtfulness, attention, professionalism, friendliness, and the excellent food that accompanied the most beautiful day of our lives!!! 24/08/2025: The restaurant is very welcoming with a beautiful view of the valley. The service was quick and very courteous regarding some of my requests. Excellent value for money, generous portions. Outside the restaurant there is a playground that is great for entertaining the little ones.

13/07/2025: A dining room with an ultra-panoramic view, ridiculously good food (agnolotti with chanterelles, pork shank with polenta, venison with polenta, ice cream with warm berries, and a SUPER SACHER). Ridiculously priced.
