29/10/2025: ATTENTION NEW MANAGER! This review was for the previous pizzeria. I need to try it before judging. What can I say? It's definitely one of the best pizzerias serving Northern Italian-style thin-crust pizzas. Not a good choice if you're looking for Neapolitan pizza, as the dough is very thin. But if you like this type of pizza, you're in the right place. The dough is easy to digest and the ingredients are high-quality. The place is very small, so we don't always order take-out. Delivery is almost always fast, though. 8/10

15/09/2025: The setting is not ideal (busy main street), but very good for eating a good pizza fairly quickly in Bolzano.

03/10/2025: We arrived without a reservation, and they found us a table and served us promptly. Very friendly and fast. The view of the valley is beautiful, as the restaurant is located at the edge of the forest, higher up than everything else. The food was good; we had a venison carpaccio appetizer and grilled vegetables (my partner), followed by a Swiss pine risotto and a potato soup. I'd say it was all very good and the price was average.

04/06/2025: Arrivati fuori orario per il pranzo ci hanno fatto accomodare con gran cortesia. Un antipasto di speck di alta qualità e trote affumicate, le più buone mai mangiate. Gentili nel servizio, corretti con il conto. Grazie!!!

22/05/2025: Il titolo nasce dalla posizione , una valle laterale regno della tranquillità. Struttura recente pulita e ordinata. A partire dal titolare e poi tutto il personale sono di una notevole disponibilità. La colazione è ricca per quantità e qualità dei prodotti, non conosciamo le cose cucinate al momento perchè non è nostra abitudine. Ottima la cena , ristretta la scelta ma alta la qualità, ci è stato proposto il bis delle portate ma abbiamo preferito tenere posto per il dolce che si è rivelato eccellente. Importante per gli interessati ,garage per la moto. L unica cosa non in equilibrio è la dimensione della sauna finlandese, molto bella, e la quantità di posti della zona relax. Noi siamo stati benissimo perchè non affollata. Concludo con la certezza di tornarci e nel frattempo lo consigliamo agli amici.

15/10/2025: Hospitality, Courtesy, Authenticity. Here, they put their heart into every gesture and every dish! Dinner for two with potato tortei, cured meats, and cheeses, paired with an excellent local "Groppello" wine. We're full, but we have to try the porcini mushroom risotto... it's a winning choice! Thanks to everyone for the evening we enjoyed, especially Daria, who is the Queen of the kitchen. We'll be back next time. Book!

01/09/2025: We stayed at the Hotel Ristorante La Rotonda for the official presentation of Alessandro Bencivenga's film "The Invisible Red Thread," and it was a truly pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, perfect for a peaceful stay. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and the dishes were excellent, tasty, and prepared with great care. Breakfast was equally appreciated: rich, varied, and plentiful. A special thank you to the owners, exceptional people who run the property with passion, friendliness, and great hospitality. In short: a welcoming, well-managed place with excellent cuisine. Highly recommended for both a stay and a visit to the area.

04/05/2025: Found by chance bypassing the Brenner traffic jam. We actually just wanted to have a drink... but when we saw the mighty burger we couldn't resist... and honestly... that was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Bread fluffy and crispy, not like the dry ones you usually get served....a decent 3cm beef patty with a great grilled taste, bacon, crispy salad and a fantastic dressing. ...from 9 euros....plus cheese 10....to 14.....and they're so big, you don't need fries with them.... I went straight to the kitchen and complimented the chef. The waitresses are also very on the ball. We'd love to come back on our next trip to Lake Garda...even if there's no traffic jam...more scenery...less metal around the eyes. Continued success

22/04/2025: 4 aperitifs at the central bar, served with a miserable 3 pieces of bread and a few small, thin slices of unidentified salami, which in truth looked like leftovers. When asked to bring more, we were told that everything was finished and if we wanted we could buy bags of chips from the display. All this at 12.30pm on a public holiday, really embarrassing not to mention very irritating. I would advise managers, without offense, to change jobs...

16/10/2025: The restaurant boasts a casual, down-to-earth atmosphere. The pizzas, salads, and spaghetti are freshly prepared and we thoroughly enjoyed them. In addition to the regular menu, seasonal specialties are also offered, such as the Margherita pizza with pumpkin, sunflower seeds, and feta in the fall. Delicious. The light beer comes fresh from the tap and has a fine sparkling finish. The service is always attentive and friendly. Loki, the dog, was even allowed to join us. Reservations are worthwhile, as the restaurant is quite popular. My conclusion: If you're in the region, have an appetite, and enjoy a casual atmosphere, you should stop by. I can highly recommend the restaurant.

24/04/2025: Settimana Bianca con gli amici, prenotiamo in questo ristorante e mai scelta fu più azzeccata, a partire dal locale tipico molto carino con un affettatrice berkel favolosa, prodotti nostrani appesi,una goduria alla vista. Ordino un piatto di fettuccine al capriolo con riduzione di frutti di bosco, strepitosi è dire poco, anche i miei amici soddisfattissimi di tutti i piatti. Personale gentile e simpatico. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglierò.
