02/08/2024: Extremely nice experience! Starting with the breathtaking and strategic location in the middle of the mountains, the perfect starting point for hiking or, in our case, trail running. The rooms are nice and well maintained. The lobby is very special and exciting because of the art on display! The wellness area is also nice and has everything you could want. The food is really delicious, refined and varied! Above all, the “vegetable course” every evening shows the technical quality of the chef, this is where the wheat is separated from the chaff. Great praise! What I really liked was the exact speed at which the courses were served. The service staff is young and lively, attentive and on the ball! We also got on really well with Rooney, Anna, Irena and Magaretha and everyone else, they are really very nice and at the same time totally professional. Overall, for me the price-performance ratio is balanced and justified by the location and the special dining experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend the Paradiso. ❤️ Suggestions for improvement: For dogs, put “dirty towels” in the room right from the start so that you don’t have to think about towels yourself. Given the price of dogs, I think you can demand this. Also increase the portion size of pasta and wild herb salad at lunch so as not to unnecessarily irritate the guests. Poke bowl and tiramisu, on the other hand, is very generous and just right! In terms of taste, everything at lunch is also top notch vegan cream!

02/08/2024: The whole stay (one week) we had in Paradiso we felt like being in Paradise. The green area at Seiser Alm is absolutely beautiful and stunning. Perfect for walking our dogs, enjoying long hikes and doing some longer trail runs. On top of the great area the whole service we experienced was simply perfect. A big thank you to the whole team mentioning Irena, Margerita, Ana, Rooney and all the others! Every dish we got served was a tasty experience and you could see on each course the creativity and passion of the chef and her team. Outstanding for us was the sushi created with carrots and „the pear“ dessert, we had not a single course which did not taste us always 10/10 for us. Also the whole interior in the rooms did suit us, we liked the spa area and looking forward to the hotel offer 100% vegan in the future on their menu. Excellent! One idea from us as dog owners: We had our own towels with us when the dogs got dirty outside but would appreciate by arrival one additional towel for dog already on the room. We have already stayed at LaVimea and iPini and can not wait to return to Paradiso soon.

08/08/2024: Wonderfully relaxing and lots of locals present. You can also enjoy swimming there and, if you want, water skiing

20/07/2024: Bar overlooking the lake, with excellent outdoor terrace. The place is very clean and the bar girl very kind. Just passing through for a coffee but certainly excellent and I think the only bar on the lake. Large car park a few meters away.

04/09/2024: I love this place, definitely the most frequently and most willingly visited during Erasmus, amazing atmosphere, on the one hand students, on the other hand many older people playing chess with wine, the company's "champagne" drink for €2.5 forever in my heart, wonderful bartender, the only trauma was the toilet, but I can forgive it considering how many wonderful people I met there

07/05/2024: A great place with a unique atmosphere, a student hangout, delicious "company" champagnone drink, cheap, nice and cheerful. I recommend visiting.

21/08/2024: The food was not very good, the salad was uncut and the pizza average. The super small wine. First we had to pay and then they gave us the ticket

20/08/2024: Enjoyed a pizza with fior di latte. Was ok. A bit loveless. You can also garnish with basil. Also too much tomato sauce. Otherwise nice service. Thanks

27/05/2024: Sono andato in questo ristorante ,consigliato dal mio amico . Ambiente pulito e ordinato. Menù ricco ,forse anche troppo . Ho mangiato il menù del giorno 15 euri circa primo e secondo . Piatti semplici ma ben preparati . Che dire lo consiglio ,ma affirmative ad ottobre chiude dopo credo onorati 42 anni di servizio.

23/08/2024: We have just returned from our holiday in Alto Adige with the second week spent at the Latemar hotel in Soprabolzano. Family-run facility, with spacious, clean and quiet rooms. Beautiful swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath complete the relaxation area. Excellent breakfast with sweet and savory options and half board dinner with delicious and excellently cooked dishes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Congratulations to everyone and we hope to return again next year!

19/08/2024: Pausa pranzo in questo agritur con piccola fattoria didattica. Abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di assistere alla nascita di un vitellino. Accogliente, mangiato molto bene e a prezzi onestissimi. Personale molto ospitale. Hanno anche stanze per pernottamento, peccato che non avevano posto per noi bel periodo richiesto. Chissà magari la prossima volta..

17/08/2024: E' sempre un piacere gustare la polenta e Tosella con i fagioli di Lamon. oppure il piatto del BROCH. Un altro piatto buono sono la braciola di maiale con funghi.

18/08/2024: FANTASTIC, it could be enough for a review but, the experience that Nicoletta made us try surpasses all the senses, I returned to the flavors of when I was a child that we no longer remember due to lack of time or our fast way of eating. We were welcomed and hosted in an excellent manner in a location from times gone by which perfectly matches the surrounding area, we tasted everything that the menu offered, from the barley soup with its delicate flavour, the spatzli with red turnip and the dumplings all seasoned with skill with a delicate and never invasive flavour, from the stew with polenta to the platter of local cheeses and cold cuts, accompanied by the famous tortei de potatoes, sublime, crunchy on the outside and very soft on the inside, all accompanied by an excellent wine that has never dominated the flavors, then moving on to desserts and here too Nicoletta and her staff hit the mark. An excellently prepared reinterpretation of the apple strudel, then moving on to the panna cotta with berries and here too... Then the coffee rigorously made with the moka, a dive into the excellent and genuine flavors of the past. I wanted to thank Nicoletta and all the staff for their excellent hospitality, for making us feel like FRIENDS before customers. 08/08/2024: A great place to spend a relaxing holiday. Very nice owners who run the agriturismo with love and conviction. The food is almost entirely from our own or local production and is based on the classic cuisine of Trentino. The area around the house is very picturesque and ideal for hiking. In the valley there is pretty much every water sport that is possible in the mountains or mountain rivers. I was there to cycle and particularly loved the cycle paths in the valley along the Noce River. Nearby are also the Mendel Pass, Passo Tonale etc., which are easily accessible by bike. All in all, together with the Solasna, a top package. Will come back!

24/07/2024: Depois de um dia muito cansativo este restaurante foi uma boa surpresa. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo staff, que vale ressaltar sabem falar inglês e espanhol. A comida estava deliciosa, sem tirar nem por. No final foi uma ótima experiência.

30/07/2024: Monetizing anything is ok but taking humanity away from you is another thing. Thousands of customers pass by (especially truck drivers) a week and if you sit down with a bottle taken from the supermarket (next door), they leave as if they had the exclusive rights to Piazza San Marco in Venice...but making a fool of yourself and losing a customer rather than finish a thirsty person in peace? They are all there for a short stop and they can't wait to extract as many euros as possible! Scoundrels and vultures

09/08/2024: Nice find! Even though I have known the area for several years, I had never stopped. The restaurant is in Ladin style. Friendly staff. Fast service. Parking in front of the venue. Obviously I recommend the traditional dishes.
