18/08/2024: For quality and style it is certainly one of the best pastry shops in Prato. The location next to the petrol station is a bit detrimental, but the pastas are exceptional. Unbeatable whipped cream.

16/07/2024: Very good food, very kind waiters, embarrassing situation at the checkout. At the end of dinner we ordered a bottle of water which we did not open. I tell it to the cashier and the boy says that he has already given us the receipt, but he can't even give us the bottle because there is a return, he adds with disdain that if we want he will give us three glasses to drink there, at the counter, the bottle of 'waterfall. He does everything by himself, we look at him dumbfounded. The tone is arrogant and rather offensive, no one has made any demands. We decide to let it go. We ask to pay divided by three (the total divided by three was already indicated on the receipt brought to the table). He says no, precisely, because he has already made the receipt at the checkout and only one person has to pay the entire amount. I close the discussion sarcastically by saying: come on then okay, one pay for all, the water is paid for... the annoyed guy magically redoes the receipt and puts 1.50 euros for the water on the counter. A pompous and ridiculous gesture, so I personally won't go back.

27/10/2024: Omar and his family have always been a certainty. Fresh and quality food. Kindness and elegant simplicity make this restaurant its strong point. "Il Ghirighio" is located in a place outside the city, in a small town in the Val di Bisenzio, Migliana. For many it can be a limit. For me it's a strong point, and it makes it even more special. Dishes with typical local ingredients, such as chestnut flour, become delicious and refined. Must try!

08/12/2024: This place is excellent for good pizza and cheap shopping, obviously I didn't give stars to the service and environment because it works like this: You order, you pay, and they bring the pizza to your table in the carton and then they take everything away from us.

23/07/2024: Famous for tortelli and pizza. Compared to other places where I have eaten I was not particularly satisfied, the tortelli are not particularly filling and the mushroom sauce is more of a mushroom cream. Personally, I wasn't particularly enthusiastic about the general taste of the dishes, recognizing that it could be a personal taste. The service is a bit stressful, kind and helpful, but waiters must have come at least 5 different times to ask us if we were ready to order within 5 minutes. And as soon as you finish the dish, you almost don't have time to make it before they already take it away from you.

21/08/2024: The writings on the walls of the restaurant are beautiful, a sign of great sensitivity. The canine behind the counter is loving. Good pizza. I refrain from judging the service as last night there was no staff and there was a bit of chaos but I don't think it's normal. Definitely coming back
