21/06/2026: Our family of four, including two children ages 3 and under, had an amazing visit. Cristina was informative, kind, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish.
Traveling and attending wine tastings with young children can be challenging, but Cristina went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She prepared a special dish for our children, packed up their food for us to take home, and most importantly, allowed them to simply be kids. Her warmth and hospitality made for a truly lovely and relaxing morning.
And then there’s the wine! Learning about the rich history and significance of Carmignano wine was fascinating, and the wines themselves were even better than we expected. Every part of the experience felt authentic, personal, and memorable.
We are so grateful for the hospitality and hope to return one day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuine Tuscan wine experience.
11/06/2026: Absolutely fantastic experience. The vineyard is beautiful, the wine is great and the host is amazing. There is so much history to the vineyard. The passion the family has to make great wine shines through.

10/05/2026: We had a wonderful dinner. Francesco is the perfect host, the waitress is very kind, and the food is delicious. Traditional Tuscan dishes, some unique and full of flavor. You can often find innovative leavened products, both savory and sweet, that are simply wonderful!
What can I say.... Absolutely worth a try!

19/06/2026: What a pity. This place could have done so much better but I now understand why the restaurant around the corner was fully booked while this one was less than half full.
The food was incredibly bland. The food was so bland, my salt grinder was empty (real story!). The pasta was way overcooked and apart from the roast pork cheeks, everything tasted like cardboard.
The place is fairly well situated but they should really try adding some seasonings before sending their plates...
Also, the waitress was quite sullen. I'm not sure what was bugging her but she seemed unhappy to be there and seemed to wish we weren't there either. The maître d' was friendly.

16/07/2026: Bottega Peruzzi hosted the welcome dinner the day before my wedding at Villa la Ferdinanda.
It was easy to organize, and Chef Davide and Michela were very kind and helpful, offering an excellent menu suited to the summer season and showcasing traditional Tuscan dishes. The guests came from all over Europe and all complimented the dinner, which was delicious, and the beautiful location in the small square of Artimino with a view of the entire valley.
For us, the newlyweds, it was a wonderful moment we were able to share with our guests, especially since we didn't have much time the next day!
06/07/2026: Nothing to say about the cutting board, but the service leaves a little to be desired.

The menu is truly interesting, very innovative yet substantial. We had the "blind menu" and everything was truly delicious, and kudos to the chef for making it gluten-free. The price is commensurate with the experience, the food, and the location!

My room (overlooking the pool) was small but well-maintained...
Comfortable beds
Not all channels were visible in my room.
In the evening, you can hear the train in the distance, but it's not a bother...
The restaurant is good.
The only drawback for those staying here on a business trip is that it's too late after 8:00.
In my case, it should be at 7:00, like in most places...
It's a shame, because the location is a bit out of the way, but very charming...

05/06/2026: It was a great decision to eat here. It's well worth the trip. The place is lovely, both the setting and the garden, but the staff makes it even better. The food is made with so much love, and it shows.

01/06/2026: Wow! This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! We had the homemade pasta (a dream!) and then the roasted chicken with arugula and Parmesan. The boiled beans on the side were incredibly delicious, and everything was perfectly balanced. One of the best restaurants we've ever been to (and we really love to eat!).
The restaurant is just a 2-minute walk from the main square. The ambiance is lovely, both inside and out. The service is also top-notch! Make the short trip; you won't regret it! Highly recommended!
