13/05/2025: I really enjoyed spending a day at this refuge. We arrived for lunch at 1pm and spent the afternoon walking around the refuge. Truly a wonderful place surrounded by nature. Next to the refuge there are also goats. Very enjoyable lunch, €30 full menu excluding drinks. We spent about €40 each. The quality of the food was excellent, we really didn't miss anything! What can I say, many compliments and keep it up ☺️

05/05/2025: Beautiful experience. Friendly staff. Dishes made with fresh, quality raw materials. This is a beautiful old stone mountain hut. Welcoming and very relaxing environment where you can consume Tuscan food. I recommend it

15/05/2025: A perfect place for dinner, with excellent service and attentive staff. I've been there twice. I don't recommend the tiramisu; if you try it, you'll eat two or three.

The cuisine makes it clear how much attention is paid to the search for taste, with quality products at the right price. The pasta is highly appreciated, all hand-made, with exceptional flours. Tradition that is cradled by innovation is the right mix that must be sought in a restaurant. Highly recommended!

15/05/2025: Very good tagliatelle dish. And excellent tiramisu. We're in a roadside setting, but the service is good. The prices are reasonable.

15/05/2025: Really welcoming place, they were really kind and professional. It was a unique experience, not the classic dinner but a journey where you trust the chef and say what he proposes to you. An experience, obviously not suitable for everyone but for those who understand the sacrifice and passion behind their work. The chef was very polite even with people who were disrespectful during the experience, also because having booked 5 months ago and seeing another customer complaining the whole time because he wanted to smoke and was politely told not to do so out of respect for the other customers since it is not a classic dinner ruined the atmosphere a bit. But evidently this was not understood. The chef remained patient and was polite until the end.

30/04/2025: Pure relaxation for us adults and for children. Kind and helpful staff, educational environment that offers various types of activities, offers a picnic area surrounded by olive trees where you can relax, completely connected with nature. I wish I had found out sooner!!

31/05/2025: We have just been there, we were looking for a place that made a pizza by the slice, they met our expectations, maybe more than satisfied, we started with a platter of exceptional cold cuts and cheeses and oil from Puglia of excellent quality, then we each took a two-flavor pizza by the slice from their special pizza menu, truly excellent combinations of quality, finally I took a dessert with cream and black cherry jam from Puglia and a bitter herb, more than good price in line with the quality of the ingredients. Excellent service with very smart and prepared staff. As soon as I return to Prato I hope to return, I recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place with an excellent pizza by the slice ......

I was looking for a place to have a quick lunch without spending a fortune, and this place turned out to be a real gem! First of all, the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, perfect for a lunch break or a coffee with friends. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel at ease straight away. The waiter, a very kind boy who can advise you both on the dishes and on the wines to match. Benedetta, the restaurateur very kind and easy-going. There were 4 of us and we felt at ease and pampered. We had a great time and will definitely be back.
