Provato menù degustazione “al buio” dove lo schermo si sbizzarrisce facendoti assaggiare sapori particolari da ingredienti comuni (per esempio ceci, pecora o agnello) che a malapena riesci a riconoscere. Si capisce uno studio approfondito delle materie prime e della loro elaborazione culinaria. Niente è lasciato al caso. Personale professionale e preparatissimo nello spiegare le portate. Il cliente si sente coccolato senza che i camerieri siano invadenti. Esperienza bellissima da ripetere magari tra un po’ di tempo quando il menù sarà cambiato per via della stagionalità delle materie prime.

Overall a top place, obviously going to a starred restaurant the expectations are high, so despite an excellent service some dishes may present small critical issues, especially in the mix of flavors some predominated too much over others, too tasty for me, local very welcoming, I don't appreciate the choice of not putting any tablecloths on the tables, excellent dishes but with the possibility of improvement

A refined, intimate and welcoming environment, accompanied by a professional and sophisticated service in which to immerse yourself in a fascinating culinary journey full of peculiar flavours. The dishes are refined and complex, combining peculiar flavor combinations that adapt to all palates thanks to their reference to the flavors of traditional Italian cuisine. Big mention to legumes with prawns and bergamot and to the refinement of the raw materials used.

Bel posto, ambiente carino senza eccessivo formalismi, servizio di livello e costo adeguato alla qualità. Abbiamo scelto il menu degustazione al buio, da 6 portate. Il pranzo scorre via bene, con qualche chicca fra una portata e l’altra (panetteria semplicemente deliziosa). Si chiude con sensazioni positive, sazi e soddisfatti. Sicuramente ritorneremo, bravi ragazzi!

피렌체에서 기차와 도보로 30분 거리에 있는 paca는 어느 것 하나 흠 잡을 것 없이 완벽했습니다. 특히 저희 자매를 서브해 주셨던 Matteo께 감사의 인사를 드립니다. 음식과 페어링 와인 모두 너무 훌륭했으며 피렌체에 다시 방문하는 날, 이번에는 Prato에 하루 머물며 가장 긴 코스를 먹어보고 싶습니다.
