La semplicità e l’accuratezza di questo ristorante composto da una gioventù ricercata dalla cucina alla sala ti accoglie e ti porta a conoscere il piatto e le sue materie prime a Km zero e senza sprechi. Non si tratta di mangiare solo cibo eccellente, ma l’eccellenza di saper lavorare e rappresentare la materia prima facendola apprezzare nel suo complesso …

20/05/2025: An experience worthy of a Michelin guide. The chef experiments and offers impeccable, tasty, alternative dishes. The portions are perfect to finish the dinner with a full stomach without feeling heavy. The young waiter is very kind. As for dessert, they offer home-made pastries.

17/05/2025: Real good pizza, even if a minute more cooking would have been perfect. Luigi outside rather neglected and not very clean but the waitresses are very kind and professional. The receipt was not made when paying in person at the cashier but a non-fiscal receipt was given, we realized it later....

25/05/2025: Mezzelune alla pratese (ravioli stuffed with mortadella with butter and sage) and tagliata with truffle and mixed herbs. A superb dinner. Fantastic kindness of the staff. 10/10 compliments. To conclude, do not miss the peach of Prato - sweet surprise! Very nice location - in the center.

24/05/2025: Excellent food in this lovely Prato restaurant. High quality at an excellent price. The food was the highlight, but other notable elements include being able to accommodate a large group, and the plates had an image of the owner / chef on them which was very cool! I'd return here on a future trip.

Descrivere i piatti mi sembrerebbe di togliervi il gusto di provarlo.. ! Una piacevole scoperta sicuramente da tornarci. Ottima qualita' prezzo
