10/07/2025: A culinary masterpiece in Prato: Even 6 stars wouldn't be enough! What an evening! What we experienced at this restaurant in Prato was simply fantastic and deserves far more than just five stars. It was a feast for the senses, from the warm welcome to the last, unforgettable bite. As soon as we entered, we were greeted personally by the chef, which immediately gave the evening a very personal touch. The service was excellent, attentive, and always unobtrusive throughout the evening. Another highlight was the personalized advice from the chef herself on the dishes on the daily menu – an appreciation rarely experienced and which gave us deep insights into the philosophy and passion behind the creations. A wine journey of the highest order The wine recommendation was simply amazing! I've never tasted a better Vermentino – this white wine was a revelation and paired perfectly with our appetizers. The recommendation for the main course, a local Feronio, was so fitting that we spontaneously decided to change our itinerary to visit the wine-growing region. The fact that the chef even put us in touch with the winemaker demonstrates the exceptional hospitality and desire to offer guests a completely perfect experience. Culinary delights you'll never forget The dishes themselves were of a quality rarely found. For our starter, we chose the "Nel blu dipinto di blu" – a variation of three fishes that, eaten in the recommended order, were an absolute delight. The subtle nuances and freshness of the ingredients were simply impressive. The pickled anchovies with cucumber and celery were also a delight, sending the taste buds on a wonderful journey. The primi piatti continued this delight: the stuffed shrimp ravioli with pesto Genovese and zucchini blossoms were a dream. Perfectly balanced in size and filling, they were the best homemade ravioli I've ever eaten – a true homage to Italian culinary art. The spaghetti with butter and anchovies was also a highlight. Perfectly cooked "al dente," the anchovy sauce melted into a homogenous culinary delight that melted in the mouth. But the highlight was the secondi piatti: a duck breast with glazed carrots and three sauces. The duck breast was crispy and cooked to perfection, while the three sauces formed a creamy blend of individual components, the likes of which I've never experienced before. Each component was a small work of art in its own right, and together they created a harmony that was simply captivating. All in all, it was an incredibly fine, delicious, and wonderful evening. The entire team, with passion and dedication, created an experience that went far beyond an ordinary restaurant visit. Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience and the wonderful conversations! We will never forget this evening in Prato and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

21/06/2025: Quiet lunch break with fresh and tasty food! Air-conditioned environment and excellent for these hot days, we met with four friends, two of us ordered panzanella and farro salad, both very fresh, with raw vegetables in their natural state, I took the stuffed tomatoes, the other the pork loin with grilled vegetables. 26/10/2024: Delicatessen where we often have lunch or take away dishes: variety, every day, of first courses, second courses, desserts and many genuine and tasty side dishes (in summer there is also watermelon); try the caffè macchiato with a mountain of milk cream. Friendly and welcoming staff. The environment is familiar and you can also shop for food, including fruit and vegetables.

23/06/2025: Crispy and light pizza. Good quality peeled tomatoes, I appreciated the presence of fillets here and there. Fior di latte that does its job. Beer not very cold (our mistake for not asking for a change), fresh fried potatoes to be appreciated very good. Efficiency and kindness in the dining room. Excellent experience.

Pessima esperienza , lunga attesa prima dell'ordine, lunga attesa prima di essere serviti, seduti fuori nel plateatico e disturbati da colombi anche aggressivi, cameriera o titolare con la maglietta sporca. Risultato ... 2 prosecchi 14,00 euro ( tra l'altro di mediocre qualità) più 0,50 cents per persona per il servizio, totale 15,00 euro. Non credo che hai pratesi venga riservato lo stesso trattamento. Una ladrata. Conservo ancora lo scontrino, forse lo incornicero' per ricordarmi di non andarci più.

We waited 25 minutes before someone came to take our order, even though the place wasn't particularly crowded. In addition, we were served two wrong dishes, which we had to send back. It's a shame, because in the past we had a great time. No longer up to expectations

The menu is well-curated, with dishes that enhance fresh and local ingredients. Each course is a small masterpiece, from appetizer to dessert. The service is attentive but never intrusive: the staff makes you feel at home, always with a smile. The location is splendid, elegant but welcoming, ideal for both a romantic dinner and a lunch with friends. The wine list is also excellent, with interesting and well-selected local proposals. A place to return to, and which I highly recommend to those who want to savor the real Tuscany in style

13/07/2025: When you book a table at a restaurant like this, you don't just do it for the food, but for the whole experience, let me explain. The place is truly beautiful with a unique view, but as soon as we show up, the first small hitch arises. The waiter immediately notices my French bulldog puppy and the first thing he asks is why I didn't let him know about the dog. I tell him because I'd read that dogs were allowed; I always make a point of checking before booking. He replies that I should have done so anyway and that the dog could only be on one side of the table. Oh well! We sit down and begin the evening. The place is very nice, the menu isn't extensive, but it's interesting, unlike the wine list, which is well-stocked. We ordered a first course, both very good, and a Florentine steak. This is where the second problem arises: most restaurants of that caliber, and even less so, generally specify the breed and origin of the animal. Not here, and he also points out that the cut, weight-wise, is standard (a shame). The biggest problem arises when I ask him how I'd like it cooked, namely rare. I'm told they do it medium-rare there. Absolutely not, my dear. If you'll allow me, I'll eat my steak the way I like it, not you. Another sore point is the wine. There were no glasses on the menu. I asked if it was possible to have one. He replied yes, but not from the wines listed. I then asked him which wines he recommends, which luckily I knew, so I chose one. Note: At the table next to us, the same scene, another waiter kindly points out several wines, including rosés. I wonder why they didn't point them out to us; perhaps we were just unlucky with the waiter. It's a shame. Anyway, the first courses were excellent, but the steak wasn't.

13/07/2025: We went to this restaurant yesterday for lunch with friends. The place is located in an area where you can walk and enjoy a great view. The staff is extremely kind, the food is EXCELLENT, the meat delicious. We ate outside enjoying an enchanting view. Highly recommended!!!!

05/07/2025: Apericena with 35 people, the place is big, air conditioned, the food is plentiful and the service is very welcoming. The only flaw is a first course that is a bit raw, only for that I didn't give it my all, but I recommend it.
