30/01/2026: An excellent restaurant for a Tuscan experience. The dishes are exquisite (I recommend the tongue and the meatballs with fried artichokes), and the wine list is extensive and of excellent quality. It's a small place with a maximum capacity of 25 people, so I recommend booking in advance. Don't miss it!

17/11/2025: First of all, the menu you can choose is chefs choice so you don't really know what you are going to eat. There were 8 dishes, from which some were absolutely fantastic (my favourite was pasta with nervetti) but some were a complete miss (cauliflower with liquorice).. the staff was very young and was at a time lacked confidence and experience.

08/03/2026: Unfortunately, last night's experience was very negative. We had a table booked for 9:30 PM, but were seated after 10:00 PM. Despite the delay, the food didn't arrive until around 11:00 PM, with no attention or care shown in the meantime—not even a small courtesy appetizer to apologize for the wait. In the end, we simply ate one dish each (there were three of us) plus a very expensive mini appetizer (€5 for two vegetable rolls), water, and two coffees. Nothing else. When paying, we received no real apology for the inconvenience. We were offered some liqueurs, which we didn't like, but when we asked for even a small discount given the situation, we felt mocking and arrogant, which further worsened the experience. The food wasn't bad, but the service and organization were terrible. And in a restaurant, respect for the paying customer should come before culinary quality. I'm not in the habit of leaving negative reviews, but I believe this incident deserves to be reported. I hope you can address this obvious gap in professionalism and customer service as soon as possible, to avoid further negative publicity.

02/12/2025: I've been frequenting this place since the previous management, and even today, I've never left dissatisfied. It's one of the few places where you can find true research and innovation in dough and leavening: pizzas, peels, schiacciate... all with different and interesting textures. Some combinations work better than others, but the real musts remain the pan pizza, the round pizza, and their tiramisu. You absolutely must try the Tuscan pan pizza with chicken liver pâté and chocolate: surprising and delicious. I wasn't so impressed with the pizza escarole with ciauscolo, which was a bit heavy due to the amount of ciauscolo and the lack of a real contrast that cuts through the fat, and the Ligurian Nomaki. Anyway, it's always a pleasure to return!

19/11/2025: I had a whole-wheat pizza with chickpea hummus, tuna in porchetta, and sweet and sour onions. What can I say? Delicious. Reading the menu, I was pleasantly surprised by the focus on "modern" pizza shapes, not only in terms of composition, but also the perfect balance of flavors. I'll be back to try Tuscany. Congratulations, excellent work, truly fair value.

03/02/2026: Paiella-themed evening..... VERY GOOD. I've known the owners for almost 30 years. Professional, highly trained, and incredibly friendly. Laughter isn't on the menu because it's served for free 🤣 . Jokes aside, the cuisine is excellent, high-quality, and always made with seasonal products. Also, the themed evenings (paiella, artichokes, and more) with a fixed price (also a good price for the quantity served) are worth a visit. Go there, you'll be pleasantly satisfied 😁. Plus, in the summer, the outside area gives you that breath of fresh air we so desperately seek on muggy evenings.

28/01/2026: A well-kept venue, excellent for an al fresco dinner in a place (Galceti) that symbolizes summer freshness. I definitely recommend it, it won't disappoint. Reservations recommended

13/09/2025: The ice cream is so good… every time I have to ask for more!!! The pistachio and pomegranate cremino is delicious, but the seasonal fig ice cream is out of this world! They're getting better and better!
