17/01/2026: A delightful Prato atmosphere. It smells of the past. Even if the broken plate smells not of the past but of neglect. Very kind and helpful staff. Unfortunately, my rating is low... the adjective that best describes it is anything. Any product offered. Any presentation. Any taste. The price, however, is not anything. It's a shame. Prato used to be just top-notch.

14/01/2026: Home-style food at gourmet prices; the food is good, the place is nice and the service is good, but I found the prices excessive. Perhaps here they value traditional, home-style cooking more, I don't know...

03/12/2025: Excellent pastry shop, friendly and fast, one of my favorite "sweet stops"... The location is also nice, ample space in front for outdoor tables, without a doubt, a must stop if you're in the area!! 👍

30/01/2026: An excellent restaurant for a Tuscan experience. The dishes are exquisite (I recommend the tongue and the meatballs with fried artichokes), and the wine list is extensive and of excellent quality. It's a small place with a maximum capacity of 25 people, so I recommend booking in advance. Don't miss it!

02/12/2025: I've been frequenting this place since the previous management, and even today, I've never left dissatisfied. It's one of the few places where you can find true research and innovation in dough and leavening: pizzas, peels, schiacciate... all with different and interesting textures. Some combinations work better than others, but the real musts remain the pan pizza, the round pizza, and their tiramisu. You absolutely must try the Tuscan pan pizza with chicken liver pâté and chocolate: surprising and delicious. I wasn't so impressed with the pizza escarole with ciauscolo, which was a bit heavy due to the amount of ciauscolo and the lack of a real contrast that cuts through the fat, and the Ligurian Nomaki. Anyway, it's always a pleasure to return!

19/11/2025: I had a whole-wheat pizza with chickpea hummus, tuna in porchetta, and sweet and sour onions. What can I say? Delicious. Reading the menu, I was pleasantly surprised by the focus on "modern" pizza shapes, not only in terms of composition, but also the perfect balance of flavors. I'll be back to try Tuscany. Congratulations, excellent work, truly fair value.

17/11/2025: First of all, the menu you can choose is chefs choice so you don't really know what you are going to eat. There were 8 dishes, from which some were absolutely fantastic (my favourite was pasta with nervetti) but some were a complete miss (cauliflower with liquorice).. the staff was very young and was at a time lacked confidence and experience.

27/01/2026: I enjoyed an excellent dairy-free dark chocolate ice cream, creamy and full-bodied, and, no less importantly, made with simple, wholesome ingredients (cocoa, sugars in various forms, guar gum thickener). No colorings or mono- or diglycerides.

02/01/2026: I discovered this place through my brother, and from the first time I tried it, I felt right at home. A super welcoming place with excellent Tuscan cuisine. Perfect for an evening with your partner or friends, I highly recommend it for those looking for no frills.

11/12/2025: Business dinner. My colleagues ordered a mixed roast, which they said was excellent. I opted for grilled sea bass; they served a sea bass that looked like herring. It was overcooked...the delicate meat of the sea bass was severely affected. In fact, I just tasted it and left it on the plate. I recommend grilling it, though, as it's less aggressive. Fair prices. Definitely worth trying again.
