I stumbled upon it by chance while strolling through Pistoia, waiting for the church of San Giovanni Fuoricivitas to reopen. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the schiacciate were amazing. Generous and delicious. Highly recommended.

Excellent food, the chestnut gnocchi are a must-try, the chicken liver crostini are very delicate, and the schiacciate are delicious. The place is small, but they managed to accommodate us well. Accommodation

Excellent food and service! The platter was super varied and plentiful, the venison pici pasta was excellent, and the house wine was good. We were served by Sara, who was truly spontaneous and friendly! We'll be back.

Fantastic experience, delicious and traditional dishes, fast and very friendly service... and I must say, very reasonable prices (a rarity these days). I highly recommend trying it and fully enjoying Tuscan tradition. Ps. My girlfriend really enjoyed the lampredotto 😉

We tried several things, as far as starters and first courses are concerned they were quite good, but if we're talking about the lampredotto and peposo we'll forget about them, they were watery and tasteless, and despite there being only a few tables the waiting times were very long.

A delightful concept for a delicatessen with a kitchen, with tables inside and outside overlooking the charming Piazza della Sala. Some unique and traditional dishes; I particularly enjoyed the chestnut gnocchi. Enjoyable.
