A Pistoia institution that has continually evolved over time. Excellent ingredients and delicious combinations. Burgers, fried foods, and even lampredotto. All served with sauces and vegetables. The staff is incredibly friendly.

03/05/2026: We had lunch and dinner on the same day because we were visiting Vinci (which is a 10-minute drive away). We had a great time with the quality of the food and the kindness of the owners and waitresses. I hope to return soon!
14/04/2026: An excellent Easter lunch. And as we know very well, eating well during the holidays isn't easy, and it's very expensive. But professionals are always professionals. Congratulations. We'll be back often.

04/05/2026: Great food at a great price! We came for lunch. Ask for the menu of the day and you’ll eat very well. And what a beautiful setting, with geese swimming on the lake, fish swimming just under the surface, and a rushing river nearby. The service was quick and our server very friendly, patient and efficient.
28/04/2026: Very quiet at the end of April, excellent welcome, superb location, good food
