There were five of us and we chose the traditional menu: a truly fantastic experience! The menu included a generous platter of cured meats, several first courses to choose from, desserts, and many other specialties. Everything was carefully prepared, plentiful, and truly delicious—a true tasting experience that left us completely satisfied. The value for money was exceptional: we ate a lot and spent very little. It's rare to find a place that offers such high quality at such an affordable price. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well, in abundance, and without spending a fortune!

It was my second time there. A guarantee. Everything was delicious, from the appetizers to the limoncello. The pappardelle alla cacciatora and tagliolini with porcini mushrooms were top notch. The grilled meat was well-prepared and cooked to perfection. Recommended.

Very nice location – good, tasty, and reasonably priced lunch menu. You can choose from various pasta dishes as a starter, and then from different meat dishes for the main course. There are also several side dishes to choose from. Excellent! We really enjoyed it. The Tartufo affogato al caffè dessert is also highly recommended.

Today I had lunch at this superb restaurant, especially for its location. The Ponte di Castelvecchio area is part of the so-called Svizzera Pesciatina (Pescatina Switzerland), surrounded by greenery. The setting is truly relaxing. Two kilometers above lies the mountain village of Sorana, famous for its delicious beans.
The food at Da Carla is simply delicious: exquisitely prepared Tuscan cuisine, with prompt and friendly service. The spacious interior and exterior offer ample free parking and are also accessible to guests with walking difficulties.
At the end of lunch, my husband and I were offered a glass of limoncello.
I wholeheartedly recommend it.
